부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경센터)는 지난 14일 부산창조경제혁신센터에서 ‘2025 스마트시티 엑스포 월드 콩그레스(SCEWC) 부산관 공동 구축·운영을 위한 업무협약식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약에는 국립한국해양대학교 RISE사업단 이서정 단장, 동서대학교 RISE사업단 황기현 단장, 동아대학교 RISE사업단 이진 단장, 동의대학교 RISE사업단 이임건 단장 등이 참석한 가운데, 각 기관과 대학은 ▲부산관 기획·설계 ▲참여 기업 발굴·지원 ▲홍보 및 네트워킹 행사 운영 ▲전시 후속 사업 연계 등 역할을 분담해 부산 스마트시티 산업의 글로벌 진출을 적극 추진할 예정이다.
SCEWC는 매년 스페인 바르셀로나에서 개최되는 스마트시티 관련 국제 행사로, 전 세계 도시, 기업, 기관이 미래 도시의 비전을 공유하고 혁신 기술을 소개하는 자리다. 이번 협약은 2025년 SCEWC 국토교통부 한국관 내에 ‘부산관’을 설치·운영해 부산의 스마트시티 기술과 역량을 국제무대에 선보이기 위해 추진됐다.
부산창경센터 김용우 대표이사는 “스마트시티 엑스포 월드 콩그레스는 전 세계 도시와 기업들이 모여 미래 도시의 비전을 공유하는 혁신의 장”이라며, “이번 협약을 통해 ‘부산관’이 성공적으로 구축되어 부산이 글로벌 스마트시티 선도 도시로 나아가는 중요한 이정표가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Busan Changgyeong Center Signs MOU for Construction of Busan Pavilion for 2025 Smart City Expo
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center) announced that it held a 'Business Agreement Ceremony for Joint Construction and Operation of the 2025 Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) Busan Pavilion' at the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center on the 14th.
This agreement was attended by Director Lee Seo-jeong of the RISE Business Unit at Korea National Maritime and Ocean University, Director Hwang Ki-hyeon of the RISE Business Unit at Dongseo University, Director Lee Jin of the RISE Business Unit at Dong-A University, and Director Lee Im-geon of the RISE Business Unit at Dong-Eui University. Each institution and university will actively promote the global advancement of Busan's smart city industry by dividing up roles such as ▲ planning and designing the Busan Pavilion, ▲ discovering and supporting participating companies, ▲ operating public relations and networking events, and ▲ linking follow-up projects to the exhibition.
SCEWC is an international smart city event held annually in Barcelona, Spain. It brings together cities, companies, and organizations from around the world to share their vision for future cities and showcase innovative technologies. This agreement aims to establish and operate a "Busan Pavilion" within the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's Korea Pavilion at SCEWC 2025, showcasing Busan's smart city technology and capabilities on the international stage.
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of Busan Changgyeong Center, said, “The Smart City Expo World Congress is a place of innovation where cities and companies from around the world come together to share their vision for future cities,” and added, “Through this agreement, the successful construction of the ‘Busan Pavilion’ will become an important milestone for Busan to advance as a leading global smart city.”

釜山昌慶センター、「2025スマートシティエキスポ釜山館構築」業務協約締結
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山創景センター）は１４日、釜山創造経済革新センターで「２０２５スマートシティエキスポワールドコングレス（ＳＣＥＷＣ）釜山館共同構築・運営のための業務協約式」を開催したと明らかにした。

釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济革新中心）表示，14日在釜山创造经济革新中心举行了“2025年世界智慧城市博览会（SCEWC）釜山馆联合建设及运营业务签约仪式”。
出席此次签约仪式的有韩国海洋大学RISE事业部主任李瑞贞、东西大学RISE事业部主任黄基铉、东亚大学RISE事业部主任李镇、东义大学RISE事业部主任李任建。各机构及大学将分工负责▲釜山馆的企划与设计、▲发掘并支援参展企业、▲运营宣传与交流活动、▲将展会后续项目与展会对接等工作，积极推动釜山智慧城市产业的全球化发展。
SCEWC 是每年在西班牙巴塞罗那举办的国际智慧城市盛会。它汇聚了来自世界各地的城市、企业和组织，分享他们对未来城市的愿景，并展示创新技术。此次合作旨在于 2025 年 SCEWC 期间，在国土交通部韩国馆内设立并运营“釜山馆”，在国际舞台上展示釜山的智慧城市技术和实力。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan) a annoncé qu'il a organisé une « cérémonie d'accord commercial pour la construction et l'exploitation conjointes du pavillon de Busan du Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) 2025 » au Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan le 14.
Cet accord a été signé en présence de Lee Seo-jeong, directeur de l'unité commerciale RISE de l'Université nationale maritime et océanique de Corée, Hwang Ki-hyeon, directeur de l'unité commerciale RISE de l'Université Dongseo, Lee Jin, directeur de l'unité commerciale RISE de l'Université Dong-A, et Lee Im-geon, directeur de l'unité commerciale RISE de l'Université Dong-Eui. Le SCEWC est un événement international consacré aux villes intelligentes qui se tient chaque année à Barcelone, en Espagne. Cet accord vise à créer et à exploiter un « Pavillon de Busan » au sein du Pavillon coréen du ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports lors du SCEWC 2025, afin de présenter les technologies et les capacités de Busan en matière de villes intelligentes sur la scène internationale.
Kim Yong-woo, PDG du Busan Changgyeong Center, a déclaré : « Le Smart City Expo World Congress est un lieu d'innovation où les villes et les entreprises du monde entier se réunissent pour partager leur vision des villes du futur », et a ajouté : « Grâce à cet accord, la construction réussie du « Pavillon de Busan » deviendra une étape importante pour que Busan progresse en tant que ville intelligente de premier plan au niveau mondial. »
