세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부(본부장 심혜설)는 쌍용종합사회복지관(관장 권경아)과 ‘2025년 우리같이한아이키우기’ 사업 수행을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 25일 밝혔다.
협약식은 천안시에 위치한 쌍용종합사회복지관에서 진행됐으며, 양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 참여 아동 모집, 후원 결연금 지급, 사업 운영에 필요한 보고서 협조 및 홍보 활동 등 전반적인 사업 운영에 있어 상호 협력 체계를 구축하기로 했다.
‘우리같이한아이키우기’ 사업은 만 18세 미만 아동을 대상으로 생계, 심리·정서, 진로 지원 등 다각적인 지원을 통해 아동이 건강한 성인으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히 양육 환경이 열악하고 경제적 어려움, 사회적 고립 등의 복합 위기 상황에 놓인 아동에게 맞춤형 지원을 제공한다.
세이브더칠드런은 후원자와 아동 간 결연을 통해 매월 결연금을 지급하며, 조부모 가정 아동을 시작으로 한부모 가정, 이주배경 가정, 장애 가정 등 지원 대상을 점차 확대할 계획이다.
쌍용종합사회복지관 권경아 관장은 “한 아이를 키우기 위해 온 마을이 필요하다는 말처럼, 아동이 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 함께해 주시는 후원자와 협력 기관에 감사드린다”며 “지역 내 도움이 필요한 가정이 있다면 적극적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
세이브더칠드런 심혜설 중부지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 복지 사각지대에 놓인 아동들이 보다 안정된 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 기여할 것”이라며 “쌍용종합사회복지관과 협력하여 지역 내 아동을 적극 발굴하고 지속적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters (Director Shim Hye-seol) announced on the 25th that it signed a business agreement with Ssangyong Integrated Social Welfare Center (Director Kwon Kyung-ah) to carry out the 'Raising Children Like Us in 2025' project.
The signing ceremony was held at the Ssangyong Community Welfare Center in Cheonan, and through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to establish a mutual cooperation system in overall business operations, including recruiting participating children, paying sponsorship contributions, cooperating on reports necessary for business operations, and conducting promotional activities.
The "Raising a Child Like Us" project aims to help children under 18 grow into healthy adults through multifaceted support, including livelihood, psychological and emotional support, and career guidance. It provides tailored support, particularly to children facing complex crises such as poor parenting environments, economic hardship, and social isolation.
Save the Children provides monthly pensions through sponsorship between sponsors and children, and plans to gradually expand support to include children from grandparent-owned households, single-parent families, families with immigrant backgrounds, and families with disabilities.
Ssangyong Community Welfare Center Director Kwon Kyung-ah said, “As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child, and I would like to thank the sponsors and partner organizations who work with us to help children grow up healthy,” adding, “We will actively support any families in the region who need help.”
Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Director Shim Hye-seol said, “Through this agreement, we will contribute to ensuring that children in welfare blind spots can grow up in a more stable environment,” and added, “We will actively seek out children in the region and continue to provide support in cooperation with Ssangyong Community Welfare Center.”

セーブ・ザ・チルドレン中部地域本部（本部長シム・ヘソル）は、双龍総合社会福祉官（官長クォン・ギョンア）と「2025年、韓国のような韓育成」事業遂行のための業務協約を締結したと25日明らかにした。
協約式は天安市に位置する双竜総合社会福祉館で行われ、両機関は今回の協約を通じて参加児童募集、後援決年金支給、事業運営に必要な報告書協力及び広報活動など全般的な事業運営において相互協力体制を構築することにした。
「私たちのようなアイキウギ」事業は満18歳未満の児童を対象に生計、心理・情緒、進路支援など多角的な支援を通じて児童が健康な成人に成長できるように助けることを目指す。特に、養育環境が劣悪で経済的困難、社会的孤立などの複合危機状況に置かれた児童にカスタマイズされた支援を提供する。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレンは、後援者と児童間の結縁を通じて毎月決年金を支給し、祖父母家庭児童をはじめ、韓親家庭、移住背景家庭、障害家庭など支援対象を徐々に拡大する計画だ。
双竜総合社会福祉官クォン・ギョンア官長は「ある子どもを育てるために全村が必要だという言葉のように、子どもが健康に成長できるように共にしてくれるスポンサーと協力機関に感謝する」とし「地域内の助けが必要な家庭があれば積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレン・シム・ヘソル中部地域本部長は「今回の条約を通じて福祉死角地帯に置かれた児童がより安定した環境で成長できるように貢献する」とし「双竜総合社会福祉官と協力して地域内の児童を積極的に発掘し、持続的な支援を続けていく」と話した。

救助儿童会中央区域总部（主任沈惠雪）于25日宣布，已与双龙综合社会福利中心（主任权京雅）签署业务协议，开展“2025年养育像我们一样的孩子”项目。
签约仪式在天安市双龙社区福利中心举行。根据该协议，两家机构同意在整体业务运营中建立互惠合作体系，包括招募参与儿童、支付赞助费、合作撰写业务运营所需的报告以及开展宣传活动。
“养育像我们一样的孩子”项目旨在通过提供多方面的支持，帮助18岁以下儿童健康成长为成年人，这些支持包括生计技能培训、心理和情感支持以及职业指导。该项目提供量身定制的支持，尤其针对面临复杂危机（例如不良的养育环境、经济困难和社会孤立）的儿童。
救助儿童会通过赞助人和儿童之间的赞助关系提供每月养老金，并计划逐步扩大支持范围，将祖父母家庭、单亲家庭、移民背景家庭和残疾家庭的儿童纳入其中。
双龙社区福利中心主任权京娥表示：“俗话说，养育一个孩子需要全村之力，我要感谢与我们一起帮助孩子们健康成长的赞助商和合作伙伴组织。”她补充道：“我们将积极支持该地区任何需要帮助的家庭。”
救助儿童会中央区域总部主任沈惠雪表示：“通过这项协议，我们将为确保福利盲区的儿童能够在更稳定的环境中成长做出贡献。”她还补充道：“我们将积极寻找该地区的儿童，并继续与双龙社区福利中心合作，为他们提供支持。”

Le siège régional central de Save the Children (directrice Shim Hye-seol) a annoncé le 25 avoir signé un accord commercial avec le Ssangyong Integrated Social Welfare Center (directrice Kwon Kyung-ah) pour mener à bien le projet « Élever des enfants comme nous en 2025 ».
La cérémonie de signature s'est tenue au centre de bien-être communautaire Ssangyong à Cheonan, et par cet accord, les deux organisations ont convenu d'établir un système de coopération mutuelle dans l'ensemble de leurs opérations commerciales, y compris le recrutement des enfants participants, le versement des contributions de parrainage, la coopération sur les rapports nécessaires aux opérations commerciales et la réalisation d'activités promotionnelles.
Le projet « Élever un enfant comme nous » vise à aider les enfants de moins de 18 ans à devenir des adultes épanouis grâce à un soutien global, incluant l’aide à la subsistance, un soutien psychologique et émotionnel, ainsi qu’une orientation professionnelle. Il propose un accompagnement personnalisé, notamment aux enfants confrontés à des crises complexes telles qu’un environnement parental défavorable, des difficultés économiques et l’isolement social.
Save the Children verse des pensions mensuelles grâce au parrainage entre parrains et enfants, et prévoit d'étendre progressivement son soutien aux enfants issus de foyers gérés par leurs grands-parents, aux familles monoparentales, aux familles d'origine immigrée et aux familles d'enfants handicapés.
La directrice du centre de bienfaisance communautaire de Ssangyong, Kwon Kyung-ah, a déclaré : « Comme le dit le proverbe, il faut tout un village pour élever un enfant, et je tiens à remercier les sponsors et les organisations partenaires qui travaillent avec nous pour aider les enfants à grandir en bonne santé », ajoutant : « Nous soutiendrons activement toutes les familles de la région qui auront besoin d'aide. »
La directrice du siège régional de Save the Children pour le centre de l'Inde, Shim Hye-seol, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous contribuerons à garantir que les enfants laissés pour compte par les services sociaux puissent grandir dans un environnement plus stable », et a ajouté : « Nous rechercherons activement les enfants de la région et continuerons à leur apporter notre soutien en coopération avec le centre de bien-être communautaire de Ssangyong. »
