종합 콘텐츠 기업 ㈜아티스트컴퍼니(대표 황경주)는 27일 토큰증권(STO) 유통 플랫폼 운영사 한국ST거래와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, K-콘텐츠 IP 기반의 신종증권(STO) 발행 및 유통 사업에 협력한다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 드라마, 영화, 배우 매니지먼트 등 K-콘텐츠 IP를 토큰증권화해 새로운 투자 및 유통 모델을 창출하고, 글로벌 STO 시장 진출을 위한 기반을 구축하기 위한 것이다. 협약식은 아티스트컴퍼니 본사에서 진행됐으며, 아티스트컴퍼니 신대식 콘텐츠제작사업 부문대표와 한국ST거래 정상준 대표이사를 비롯한 양사 주요 관계자가 참석했다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲K-콘텐츠 및 배우 IP 기반 STO 상품 기획 및 발행 ▲공동 마케팅 ▲글로벌 STO 유통망 확장 등을 주요 협력 분야로 설정했다.
아티스트컴퍼니는 콘텐츠 제작 역량과 보유 IP를 활용해 STO 상품화를 추진하며, 팬 및 투자자 참여를 기반으로 한 엔터테인먼트 투자 모델 구축에 나선다. 한국ST거래는 국내 최초이자 유일하게 금융위원회로부터 혁신금융서비스 지정을 받은 STO 유통 플랫폼 기업으로, 상품 유통 및 제도적 지원을 담당할 예정이다.
신대식 아티스트컴퍼니 콘텐츠제작사업 부문대표는 “K-콘텐츠와 배우 IP, 그리고 혁신금융 기술이 결합된 이번 협력을 통해 차세대 콘텐츠 투자 모델을 제시하겠다”고 밝혔다.
정상준 한국ST거래 대표는 “양사의 협력은 STO 산업 내 K-컬처 기반 자산 유통의 가능성을 현실화하는 계기가 될 것”이라며 “투명하고 효율적인 유통 인프라를 통해 글로벌 시장에서도 경쟁력을 확보하겠다”고 말했다.

Artist Company Signs Business Agreement with Korea ST Trading
Artist Company (CEO Hwang Kyung-joo), a comprehensive content company, announced on the 27th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Korea ST Trading, an operator of a token securities (STO) distribution platform, and will cooperate in the issuance and distribution of new securities (STO) based on K-content IP.
This agreement aims to create a new investment and distribution model by tokenizing K-content IP, including dramas, movies, and actor management, and to lay the foundation for entering the global STO market. The signing ceremony took place at Artist Company's headquarters and was attended by key representatives from both companies, including Shin Dae-sik, Head of Content Production at Artist Company, and Jeong Sang-jun, CEO of Korea ST Trading.
Through this agreement, the two companies have set the following as their main areas of cooperation: ▲Planning and issuing STO products based on K-content and actor IP, ▲Joint marketing, and ▲Expansion of the global STO distribution network.
Artist Company will leverage its content production capabilities and proprietary IP to commercialize STOs and establish an entertainment investment model based on fan and investor participation. Korea ST Trading, Korea's first and only STO distribution platform company designated as an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission, will be responsible for product distribution and institutional support.
Shin Dae-sik, head of content production at Artist Company, said, “Through this collaboration, which combines K-content, actor IP, and innovative financial technology, we will present a next-generation content investment model.”
Jeong Sang-jun, CEO of Korea ST Trading, said, “The collaboration between our two companies will serve as an opportunity to realize the potential of K-culture-based asset distribution within the STO industry,” and added, “We will secure competitiveness in the global market through transparent and efficient distribution infrastructure.”

Artist Company (PDG Hwang Kyung-joo), une société de contenu complet, a annoncé le 27 avoir signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) avec Korea ST Trading, un opérateur d'une plate-forme de distribution de titres symboliques (STO), et coopérera à l'émission et à la distribution de nouveaux titres (STO) basés sur la propriété intellectuelle K-content.
Cet accord vise à créer un nouveau modèle d'investissement et de distribution en tokenisant la propriété intellectuelle des contenus coréens, notamment les dramas, les films et la gestion des acteurs, et à poser les bases d'une entrée sur le marché mondial des STO. La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée au siège d'Artist Company en présence de représentants clés des deux entreprises, dont Shin Dae-sik, responsable de la production de contenu chez Artist Company, et Jeong Sang-jun, PDG de Korea ST Trading.
