넛지헬스케어㈜의 EAP(근로자지원프로그램) 전문기업 ㈜다인은 지난 21일부터 23일까지 서울 학여울역 SETEC에서 열린 ‘2025 일잘러 페스타(Skill-Up Festa)’에 참가해 자사의 통합형 헬스케어 플랫폼 ‘넛지EAP’를 선보이고 일정을 마무리했다고 밝혔다.
일잘러 페스타는 전시기획사 ㈜더피엠디와 HR 커뮤니티 ‘기고만장’이 공동 주최하고, (사)한국HRD기업협회와 (사)한국인공지능협회가 후원한 업무 생산성 특화 행사로, HR 및 경영관리 담당자, 직장인, 스타트업 관계자 등이 참여해 최신 업무 솔루션과 실무 노하우를 체험하는 자리로 마련됐다.
다인은 이번 행사에서 심리상담, 진단, 교육, 웰니스 프로그램까지 포괄하는 자사의 EAP 통합 솔루션 ‘넛지EAP’를 소개하며 기업 복지와 직장인 정신건강 관리에 대한 다양한 현장 수요를 확인했다. 행사 기간 동안 1,000여 명에 달하는 기업 관계자 및 일반 참관객이 부스를 방문했으며, 다수의 서비스 도입 상담이 진행됐다.
부스 내 주요 프로그램으로는 유튜브 채널 ‘트로스트’ 구독 인증 이벤트와 ‘5분 업무 생산성 심리팁’ 제공, HR 담당자를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 EAP 상담 등이 운영됐다. 특히 걷기 챌린지 등 참여형 웰니스 프로그램과 함께 비대면 앱 기반 상담 서비스에 대한 관심이 높게 나타났다.
행사 참가자들은 “심리복지 서비스 도입이 필요한 시점에서 비대면 기반 EAP 솔루션은 실용적인 대안이 될 수 있다”, “기존 복지 프로그램과 차별화되는 점이 인상 깊었다”는 평가를 남겼다.

Dain Co., Ltd., an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) specialist company of Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. , announced that it participated in the '2025 Skill-Up Festa' held at SETEC in Hakyeoul Station, Seoul from the 21st to the 23rd, and showcased its integrated healthcare platform 'NutzyEAP' and concluded its schedule.

Key programs at the booth included a subscription verification event for the YouTube channel "Trost," a "5-Minute Work Productivity Psychological Tips," and customized EAP counseling for HR professionals. Interest was particularly high in interactive wellness programs like the walking challenge, along with non-face-to-face app-based counseling services.
Event participants commented, "At a time when the introduction of psychological welfare services is necessary, a non-face-to-face EAP solution can be a practical alternative," and "I was impressed by how it differentiates itself from existing welfare programs."
A representative of Daein said, “This Iljaller Festa was an opportunity to communicate directly with HR and working-level officials and promote the value of our services and expertise,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our position as an integrated healthcare platform through various programs that enhance the psychological stability and work efficiency of office workers.”
