제주국제자유도시개발센터(이사장 직무대행 곽진규, 이하 JDC)는 제주혁신성장센터 Route330 입주기업 주식회사 제로에너지솔루션(대표 조상문)이 지난 5일, 신용보증기금 주관 혁신스타트업 성장지원 프로그램 ‘퍼스트펭귄’에 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
2025년 제주혁신성장센터에 입주한 ㈜제로에너지솔루션은 이산화바나듐 (VO₂) 전 세계 최저비용 제조 기술을 보유한 기업으로, 이산화바나듐 나노파우더 제조 기술을 바탕으로 건축용 스마트 단열재 등을 생산한다.
신용보증기금의 혁신스타트업 성장지원 프로그램 중 하나인 ‘퍼스트펭귄’은 사업화 5단계 중 ‘본격 성장’에 해당하는 기업 가운데 창의적 아이디어와 신사업 선도 기술력을 보유한 유망창업기업(창업 7년 이하)을 대상으로 최대 40억 원 한도 내 보증료율과 보증 비율을 우대하는 지원제도다.
㈜제로에너지솔루션은 이산화바나듐을 활용한 신소재를 통해 제로에너지빌딩 시장 및 도로 열선 시장을 선점하기 위한 연구개발에 주력해왔으며, 이번‘퍼스트펭귄’선정을 통해 그 기술력을 인정받았다.
이번 선정으로 최대 40억 원의 보증 지원을 받게 된 ㈜제로에너지솔루션은 보증을 통해 생산설비 증축에 필요한 자금 일부를 충당할 계획이다.
㈜제로에너지솔루션은 2025년 3월, 세계 복합신소재 프랑스 파리 박람회(JEC WORLD 2025)에 참가했고 이후 4월에는 몽골 울란바타르 시청과 도로 열선용 이산화바나듐 80t의 MOU 계약을 체결하는 등 성장세를 보여주고 있다.
조상문 ㈜제로에너지솔루션의 대표는 “신용보증기금의 퍼스트펭귄 지원사업을 통해 생산설비 확장이 가능해졌다”며, “내년도 물량의 추가확보 및 도약의 발판을 마련하였으니, 본격적으로 해외시장을 공략할 수 있을 것”이라고 기대를 드러냈다.
구병욱 JDC 산업육성본부장은“올해 입주한 ㈜제로에너지솔루션이 신소재 개발 기술을 인정받는 쾌거를 이뤄 자랑스럽다”며 “앞으로도 JDC는 Route330 입주기업의 니즈를 파악해 기업 다각도 성장을 도모하겠다”고 말했다.

Zero Energy Solutions selected for new album 'First Penguin'
Jeju International Free City Development Center (Acting Chairman Kwak Jin-gyu, hereinafter JDC) announced on the 5th that Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. (CEO Sang-moon Cho), a company located in Route 330 of Jeju Innovation Growth Center, was selected for the ‘First Penguin’, an innovative startup growth support program hosted by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., which moved into the Jeju Innovation Growth Center in 2025, is a company that possesses the world's lowest-cost vanadium dioxide (VO₂) manufacturing technology. Based on its vanadium dioxide nanopowder manufacturing technology, it produces smart insulation materials for construction.
'First Penguin', one of the innovative startup growth support programs of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, is a support system that provides preferential guarantee rates and guarantee ratios up to a limit of 4 billion won to promising startups (founded 7 years or less) with creative ideas and new business-leading technologies among companies in the 'full-scale growth' stage of the 5-stage commercialization process.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. has been focusing on research and development to dominate the zero-energy building and road heating market through new materials utilizing vanadium dioxide, and its technological prowess has been recognized through this selection as the 'First Penguin'.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., which will receive up to 4 billion won in guarantee support through this selection, plans to use the guarantee to cover part of the funds needed to expand its production facilities.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. participated in the JEC WORLD 2025, the world's leading composite materials exhibition in Paris, France, in March 2025, and then signed an MOU with the Ulaanbaatar City Hall, Mongolia, in April for 80 tons of vanadium dioxide for road heating, demonstrating its growth.
The CEO of Zero Energy Solution, Sangmoon Cho, expressed his expectations, saying, “Thanks to the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund’s First Penguin support project, we were able to expand our production facilities,” and “Now that we have secured additional volume and laid the foundation for a leap forward next year, we will be able to fully target overseas markets.”
Koo Byung-wook, head of JDC’s Industrial Promotion Headquarters, said, “I am proud that Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., which moved in this year, has achieved the great feat of being recognized for its new material development technology,” and added, “JDC will continue to identify the needs of Route 330 companies and promote their diversified growth.”

チョ・サンムン(株)ゼロエネルギーソリューションの代表は「信用保証基金のファーストペンギン支援事業を通じて生産設備拡張が可能になった」とし、「来年度物量の追加確保および飛躍の足場を設けたので、本格的に海外市場を攻略できるだろう」と期待を表明した。

Le Jeju International Free City Development Center (président par intérim Kwak Jin-gyu, ci-après JDC) a annoncé le 5 que Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. (PDG Sang-moon Cho), une société située sur la route 330 du Jeju Innovation Growth Center, a été sélectionnée pour le « First Penguin », un programme innovant de soutien à la croissance des startups hébergé par le Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., qui a emménagé au Centre de croissance et d'innovation de Jeju en 2025, est une entreprise qui possède la technologie de fabrication de dioxyde de vanadium (VO₂) la moins chère au monde. Grâce à sa technologie de fabrication de nanopoudres de dioxyde de vanadium, elle produit des matériaux isolants intelligents pour la construction.
« First Penguin », l'un des programmes innovants de soutien à la croissance des startups du Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit, est un système de soutien qui offre des taux de garantie préférentiels et des ratios de garantie jusqu'à une limite de 4 milliards de wons aux startups prometteuses (fondées il y a 7 ans ou moins) avec des idées créatives et de nouvelles technologies de pointe parmi les entreprises en phase de « croissance à grande échelle » du processus de commercialisation en 5 étapes.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. s'est concentrée sur la recherche et le développement pour dominer le marché du chauffage des bâtiments et des routes à énergie zéro grâce à de nouveaux matériaux utilisant du dioxyde de vanadium, et ses prouesses technologiques ont été reconnues à travers cette sélection comme le « premier pingouin ».
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., qui recevra jusqu'à 4 milliards de wons de garantie grâce à cette sélection, prévoit d'utiliser la garantie pour couvrir une partie des fonds nécessaires à l'expansion de ses installations de production.
Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd. a participé au JEC WORLD 2025, le principal salon mondial des matériaux composites à Paris, en France, en mars 2025, puis a signé un protocole d'accord avec la mairie d'Oulan-Bator, en Mongolie, en avril pour 80 tonnes de dioxyde de vanadium pour le chauffage des routes, démontrant sa croissance.
Le PDG de Zero Energy Solution, Sangmoon Cho, a exprimé ses attentes en déclarant : « Grâce au projet de soutien First Penguin du Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit, nous avons pu agrandir nos installations de production » et « Maintenant que nous avons obtenu un volume supplémentaire et posé les bases d'un bond en avant l'année prochaine, nous serons en mesure de cibler pleinement les marchés étrangers. »
Koo Byung-wook, directeur du siège de la promotion industrielle de JDC, a déclaré : « Je suis fier que Zero Energy Solution Co., Ltd., qui a emménagé cette année, ait réussi le grand exploit d'être reconnue pour sa nouvelle technologie de développement de matériaux », et a ajouté : « JDC continuera d'identifier les besoins des entreprises de la Route 330 et de promouvoir leur croissance diversifiée. »
