한국건설기술연구원 스마트건설지원센터는 오는 9월 3일에서 4일, 양일간 건설·국토·교통 분야의 대·중견기업과 기술 기반 스타트업을 직접 연결하는 ‘2025 스마트건설 오픈이노베이션’을 개최한다. 이번 행사는 수요기업과 스타트업 간의 실질적인 협업 모델을 발굴, 현장 적용 가능한 기술 검증 및 공동 사업화 촉진을 목표로 기획됐다.
스마트건설지원센터는 한국건설기술연구원이 운영하는 스마트건설 창업·성장 지원 허브로, 건설산업의 디지털 전환과 기술 혁신을 촉진하기 위해 설립됐다. 창업공간 제공, 전문 교육 및 멘토링, 투자 연계, 첨단 실증 장비 지원, 해외 진출 등 전 주기 지원 프로그램을 운영하며, BIM, OSC, 건설자동화, 디지털 센싱, 스마트 안전, 빅데이터 등 다양한 분야의 스타트업을 발굴·육성하고 있다. 현재 스마트 건설기술 분야의 107개사 스타트업 및 중·소기업을 보육하고 있으며, 이들 기업을 중심으로 맞춤형 사업화 지원 프로그램을 진행 중이다.
이번 행사에서는 협업의지가 높은 스타트업과 수요기업을 선정, 행사 당일 1:1 맞춤형 밋업(Meet-up)을 진행한다. 특히 현대건설, 호반건설, 롯데건설 등 업계 대표 기업과 글로벌 IT 기업이 수요기업으로 참여하여 현장 협력 및 기술 교류가 한층 심화될 전망이다. 각 수요기업은 자사 전략 분야와 연계된 혁신기술을 보유한 스타트업과 매칭되어 PoC(Proof of Concept, 기술 검증) 및 사업화 가능성을 적극 모색할 계획이다.
참가기업 모집은 스마트건설의 핵심 분야를 중심으로 선발되었으며, BIM(Building Information Modeling)과 OSC(Off-Site Construction) 건설자동화, 디지털 센싱, 스마트 안전, 빅데이터 및 플랫폼, 제도 분야 등 수요기업의 요구에 부합하는 기술을 보유한 기업을 발굴하였다. 참여하는 대표 스타트업으로는 ㈜충청, ㈜네브시스, ㈜이앤아이시티, 공새로, ㈜빌드코퍼레이션, 주식회사 네오스텍, 주식회사 폼이즈, 주식회사 라스트마일, 파이어버스 Lab, ㈜브리콘, 주식회사 세라, 쎈블락, ㈜케이씨엠씨, 에어링크가 있다.
행사 이후에도 협력은 계속된다. 협업 확인된 기업에는 PoC 실증 환경과 자문을 제공하고, 진행 과정에서 발생하는 기술적·경영적 과제는 전문 멘토링을 통해 해결된다. 이러한 후속 지원은 성과 창출과 지속 가능성 제고에 중점을 둔다. 우수 성과 기업에는 후속 투자 검토와 국내외 판로 개척 및 홍보 기회도 제공된다.
스마트건설지원센터 한재구 센터장은 이번 오픈이노베이션은 단순한 네트워킹을 넘어, 수요기업의 실제 수요와 스타트업의 혁신기술을 결합해 현장에서 바로 적용 가능한 실행형 프로그램”이라며, “스마트건설 얼라이언스와의 연계를 통해 산업 전체 혁신과 글로벌 경쟁력 확보 기반을 강화할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 국내 건설 산업의 디지털 전환과 스마트화에 박차를 가하는 동시에, 대기업과 스타트업이 상호 보완적 관계 속에서 성장하는 새로운 협력 모델을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. 기술 개발, 현장 적용, 시장 확장이 유기적으로 연결되는 선순환 구조가 자리 잡을 경우, 스마트건설 산업은 한층 더 경쟁력 있는 미래 산업으로 도약할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

The Smart Construction Support Center of the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) will host the "2025 Smart Construction Open Innovation" event on September 3rd and 4th, directly connecting large and medium-sized enterprises in the construction, land, infrastructure, and transportation sectors with technology-based startups. This event aims to discover practical collaboration models between companies in need and startups, facilitate field-applicable technology verification, and promote joint commercialization.
The Smart Construction Support Center, operated by the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology, is a hub for supporting smart construction startups and growth. It was established to promote digital transformation and technological innovation in the construction industry. It offers a full-cycle support program, including startup space, professional training and mentoring, investment connections, support for advanced demonstration equipment, and overseas expansion. The center also discovers and nurtures startups in diverse fields, including BIM, OSC, construction automation, digital sensing, smart safety, and big data. Currently, it is supporting 107 startups and SMEs in the smart construction technology field and is implementing customized commercialization support programs for these companies.
This event will select startups and companies with a strong desire to collaborate, and host customized one-on-one meetups on the day of the event. Industry leaders such as Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Hoban Construction, and Lotte Engineering & Construction, as well as global IT companies, will participate as companies with a strong desire to collaborate, which is expected to further deepen on-site cooperation and technological exchange. Each company with a strong desire to collaborate will be matched with a startup with innovative technologies aligned with their strategic areas, actively exploring Proof of Concept (PoC) and commercialization opportunities.
Participating companies were selected based on core areas of smart construction, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Off-Site Construction (OSC), construction automation, digital sensing, smart safety, big data and platforms, and systems. We identified companies with technologies that meet the needs of demanding companies. Representative participating startups include Chungcheong Co., Ltd., Nebsys Co., Ltd., E&ICity Co., Ltd., Gongsae-ro Co., Ltd., Build Corporation Co., Ltd., Neotech Co., Ltd., Formis Co., Ltd., Lastmile Co., Ltd., Firebus Lab, Brecon Co., Ltd., Sera Co., Ltd., Senblock Co., Ltd., KCMC Co., Ltd., and Airlink.
Collaboration continues after the event. Companies confirmed for collaboration will be provided with a proof-of-concept (PoC) testing environment and consulting, and any technical and management challenges that arise during the process will be addressed through expert mentoring. This follow-up support focuses on generating results and enhancing sustainability. Companies with outstanding performance will also be considered for follow-up investment and offered opportunities to develop domestic and international markets and promote their products.
Han Jae-gu, director of the Smart Construction Support Center, said, “This open innovation is not just a networking event; it is an actionable program that combines the actual needs of companies in need with the innovative technologies of startups and can be applied immediately in the field.” He added, “Through our collaboration with the Smart Construction Alliance, we will strengthen the foundation for innovation across the industry and securing global competitiveness.”
This event is expected to spur the digital transformation and smartization of the domestic construction industry, while also presenting a new model of cooperation where large corporations and startups grow through a mutually complementary relationship. If a virtuous cycle of organically linking technology development, field application, and market expansion is established, the smart construction industry is poised to leap forward as an even more competitive future industry.

韓国建設技術研究院スマート建設支援センターは来る9月3日から4日、両日間建設・国土・交通分野の大・中堅企業と技術基盤スタートアップを直接連結する「2025スマート建設オープンイノベーション」を開催する。今回のイベントは、需要企業とスタートアップ間の実質的なコラボレーションモデルを発掘、現場適用可能な技術検証及び共同事業化促進を目標に企画された。
スマート建設支援センターは韓国建設技術研究院が運営するスマート建設創業・成長支援ハブで、建設産業のデジタル転換と技術革新を促進するために設立された。創業空間提供、専門教育及びメンタリング、投資連携、先端実証機器支援、海外進出など全周期支援プログラムを運営し、BIM、OSC、建設自動化、デジタルセンシング、スマートセーフ、ビッグデータなど多様な分野のスタートアップを発掘・育成している。現在、スマート建設技術分野の107社のスタートアップおよび中・小企業を保育しており、これら企業を中心にカスタマイズされた事業化支援プログラムを進めている。
今回のイベントでは、コラボレーション意志の高いスタートアップと需要企業を選定し、イベント当日1:1のオーダーメード型ミートアップ(Meet-up)を行う。特に現代建設、湖畔建設、ロッテ建設など業界代表企業とグローバルIT企業が需要企業として参加し、現場協力及び技術交流が一層深化する見通しだ。各需要企業は自社戦略分野と連携した革新技術を保有したスタートアップとマッチングされ、PoC（Proof of Concept、技術検証）および事業化の可能性を積極的に模索する計画だ。
参加企業募集はスマート建設の核心分野を中心に選抜され、BIM(Building Information Modeling)とOSC(Off-Site Construction)建設自動化、デジタルセンシング、スマートセーフティ、ビッグデータおよびプラットフォーム、制度分野など需要企業の要求に合致する技術を保有した企業を発掘した。参加する代表スタートアップとしては(株)忠清、(株)ネブシス、(株)イアンアイシティ、公爵路、(株)ビルドコーポレーション、株式会社ネオステック、株式会社フォムイズ、株式会社ラストマイル、ファイアバスLab、㈱ブリコン、株式会社セラ、エアリンクがある。
イベント後も協力は続く。協業確認された企業にはPoC実証環境と助言を提供し、進行過程で発生する技術的・経営的課題は専門メンタリングを通じて解決される。その後の支援は、パフォーマンスの創出と持続可能性の向上に焦点を当てています。優秀な成果企業には、後続の投資検討と国内外の販路開拓及び広報機会も提供される。
スマート建設支援センターハンジェグセンター長は今回のオープンイノベーションは単純なネットワーキングを超え、需要企業の実際の需要とスタートアップの革新技術を結合して現場ですぐに適用可能な実行型プログラム」とし、「スマート建設アライアンスとの連携を通じて産業全体の革新とグローバル競争力確保基盤を強化する。
今回のイベントは、国内建設産業のデジタル転換とスマート化に拍車をかけるとともに、大企業とスタートアップが相互補完的な関係の中で成長する新たな協力モデルを提示することが期待される。技術開発、現場適用、市場拡張が有機的につながる好循環構造がある場合、スマート建設産業はさらに競争力のある未来産業に飛躍することができると見込まれる。

由韩国土木建筑技术研究院运营的智能建造支持中心，是支持智能建造领域初创企业发展壮大的枢纽。该中心旨在促进建筑行业的数字化转型和技术创新，提供全方位的支持服务，包括创业空间、专业培训和导师指导、投资对接、先进示范设备支持以及海外拓展。中心还发掘并培育涵盖BIM、OSC、施工自动化、数字传感、智能安全和大数据等多个领域的初创企业。目前，中心正在支持107家智能建造技术领域的初创企业和中小企业，并为这些企业实施定制化的商业化支持方案。
本次活动将遴选出具有强烈合作意愿的初创企业和公司，并在活动当天安排定制化的一对一洽谈。现代工程建设、浩邦建设、乐天工程建设等行业领军企业以及全球IT公司将作为具有强烈合作意愿的企业参与，预计这将进一步深化现场合作和技术交流。每家具有强烈合作意愿的企业都将与一家拥有与其战略领域相契合的创新技术的初创企业进行配对，积极探索概念验证（PoC）和商业化机会。

Le Centre de soutien à la construction intelligente de l'Institut coréen de génie civil et de technologie du bâtiment (KICT) organise l'événement « Innovation ouverte pour la construction intelligente 2025 » les 3 et 4 septembre. Cet événement vise à mettre en relation directe les grandes et moyennes entreprises des secteurs de la construction, du foncier, des infrastructures et des transports avec des start-ups technologiques. Il a pour objectifs de découvrir des modèles de collaboration concrets entre les entreprises ayant besoin de solutions et les start-ups, de faciliter la validation des technologies applicables sur le terrain et de promouvoir leur commercialisation conjointe.
Le Centre de soutien à la construction intelligente, géré par l'Institut coréen de génie civil et de technologie du bâtiment, est un pôle d'accompagnement pour les jeunes entreprises et leur croissance dans le domaine de la construction intelligente. Créé pour promouvoir la transformation numérique et l'innovation technologique dans le secteur de la construction, il propose un programme de soutien complet comprenant des espaces de coworking, des formations et du mentorat professionnels, des mises en relation avec des investisseurs, un accès à des équipements de démonstration de pointe et un accompagnement à l'international. Le centre repère et accompagne également les jeunes entreprises dans divers domaines, tels que le BIM, l'OSC (construction hors site), l'automatisation de la construction, la détection numérique, la sécurité intelligente et le big data. Actuellement, il soutient 107 startups et PME du secteur des technologies de la construction intelligente et met en œuvre des programmes d'accompagnement à la commercialisation personnalisés pour ces entreprises.
Cet événement sélectionnera des startups et des entreprises désireuses de collaborer et organisera des rencontres individuelles personnalisées le jour même. Des leaders du secteur tels que Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Hoban Construction et Lotte Engineering & Construction, ainsi que des entreprises informatiques internationales, participeront à cet événement, témoignant ainsi de leur volonté de collaborer et d'approfondir la coopération sur site et les échanges technologiques.
