클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털 전환(DT) 전문기업 이노그리드(대표 김명진)는 숭실대학교 스파르탄SW교육원(원장 신용태)과 협력해 클라우드 네이티브 교육 프로그램을 실시한다고 3일 밝혔다.
숭실대학교는 AI와 클라우드 네이티브 등 신기술에 대응하는 소프트웨어(SW) 전공 교육과 다양한 SW 융합 교육, 비전공자를 위한 맞춤형 기초 교육을 운영 중이다. 특히 현장 중심의 실무 인재 양성을 위해 Co-Op(협력 교육) 집중학기제를 도입했으며, 이번 학기에는 클라우드 트랙을 새롭게 신설했다.
이노그리드는 2025학년도 2학기 집중학기제 내 클라우드 트랙 교육을 담당하며, 강의는 9월부터 12월까지 매주 2회, 총 6학점 과정으로 진행된다. 약 80여 명이 신청한 가운데 학교 심사 기준에 따라 25명의 학생이 최종 선발됐다.
교육은 상반기에는 국내 PaaS 표준 모델인 K-PaaS를 주제로, 하반기에는 이노그리드의 상용 PaaS 솔루션 ‘SE클라우드잇(SECloudit)’을 중심으로 심화 학습이 이루어진다. 커리큘럼은 컨테이너 플랫폼, 쿠버네티스 운영, DevOps 및 CI/CD 자동화, 서비스 메시, 보안 및 거버넌스 등 실습 중심으로 구성됐다. 학생들은 팀 프로젝트와 실무 과제를 수행하며 클라우드 네이티브 전환 역량을 강화할 수 있다. 우수 수료생에게는 이노그리드와 파트너사 인턴십 기회도 제공될 예정이다.
교육 첫날인 9월 2일에는 이노그리드 김명진 대표가 직접 참석해 ‘국산 클라우드로 길을 만들다: 학생에서 대표까지의 실전 성장기’를 주제로 특강을 진행했다. 김 대표는 클라우드 산업과 취업 전략 등 실무 경험을 공유하며 학생들의 관심을 모았다.
김명진 이노그리드 대표는 “클라우드 네이티브 교육을 정규 학점 과정과 접목한 점에서 큰 의미가 있다”며 “앞으로도 산학 협력을 강화해 차세대 클라우드 전문 인재 양성에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 이노그리드는 지난해 2월 맞춤형 클라우드 교육 센터 ‘에듀 스퀘어(EDU SQUARE)’를 개소해 단계별·유형별 교육을 제공하고 있다. 공공기관과 금융권 IT 담당자를 대상으로 20회 이상의 클라우드 교육을 실시하며 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있으며, 지속적으로 교육 사업을 확대하고 있다.

Innogrid and Soongsil University Launch Cloud Native Education Program
Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim) , a cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on the 3rd that it will conduct a cloud native education program in cooperation with Soongsil University's Spartan SW Education Center (Director Yongtae Shin).
Soongsil University offers a software (SW) major program that addresses emerging technologies like AI and cloud native, along with various SW convergence programs and customized introductory courses for non-majors. Specifically, the university has introduced a Co-Op (collaborative education) intensive semester system to foster practical talent focused on the field, and this semester, it has launched a new cloud track.
Innogrid will be responsible for the Cloud Track program within the Intensive Semester program for the second semester of the 2025 academic year. Lectures will be held twice a week from September to December, for a total of six credits. Approximately 80 students applied, and 25 students were ultimately selected based on the school's screening criteria.
The first half of the course will focus on K-PaaS, the domestic PaaS standard model, while the second half will focus on in-depth learning centered on Innogrid's commercial PaaS solution, SECloudit. The curriculum is structured around hands-on learning, including container platforms, Kubernetes operations, DevOps and CI/CD automation, service mesh, security, and governance. Students will strengthen their cloud-native transition capabilities through team projects and practical assignments. Successful graduates will also be offered internship opportunities with Innogrid and its partners.
On September 2nd, the first day of the training, Innogrid CEO Kim Myeong-jin attended the event and delivered a special lecture titled "Forging a Path with Domestic Cloud: A Practical Growth Story from Student to CEO." Kim captivated the students by sharing his practical experience in the cloud industry and employment strategies.
Kim Myeong-jin, CEO of Innogrid, said, “It is very meaningful that we have integrated cloud native education into regular credit courses,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen industry-academia cooperation to contribute to the development of next-generation cloud experts.”
Meanwhile, Innogrid opened "EDU SQUARE," a customized cloud training center, in February of last year, offering step-by-step and type-specific training. Having conducted over 20 cloud training sessions for IT professionals in public institutions and the financial sector, Innogrid has received positive reviews and continues to expand its training offerings.

Innogrid (PDG Myungjin Kim) , spécialiste du cloud computing et de la transformation numérique (DT), a annoncé le 3 qu'elle mènera un programme de formation cloud native en coopération avec le Spartan SW Education Center de l'Université Soongsil (directeur Yongtae Shin).
L'université Soongsil propose un cursus en génie logiciel (SW) axé sur les technologies émergentes telles que l'IA et le cloud natif, ainsi que divers programmes de convergence et des cours d'introduction personnalisés pour les étudiants d'autres disciplines. L'université a notamment mis en place un système de semestres intensifs en alternance (formation collaborative) afin de former des professionnels compétents et orientés vers le cloud, et a inauguré ce semestre une nouvelle spécialisation en cloud.
Innogrid sera responsable du programme Cloud Track au sein du semestre intensif pour le second semestre de l'année universitaire 2025. Les cours auront lieu deux fois par semaine de septembre à décembre, pour un total de six crédits. Environ 80 étudiants ont postulé et 25 ont finalement été sélectionnés selon les critères de l'établissement.
La première partie du cours sera consacrée à K-PaaS, le modèle PaaS standard en Corée, tandis que la seconde partie proposera une étude approfondie de la solution PaaS commerciale d'Innogrid, SECloudit. Le programme est structuré autour d'un apprentissage pratique, incluant les plateformes de conteneurs, l'exploitation de Kubernetes, le DevOps et l'automatisation CI/CD, le maillage de services, la sécurité et la gouvernance. Les étudiants développeront leurs compétences en transition vers le cloud natif grâce à des projets d'équipe et des travaux pratiques. Les diplômés ayant réussi le cours se verront proposer des stages chez Innogrid et ses partenaires.
Le 2 septembre, premier jour de la formation, Kim Myeong-jin, PDG d'Innogrid, a assisté à l'événement et a donné une conférence intitulée « Tracer sa voie avec le cloud domestique : une histoire de croissance concrète, d'étudiant à PDG ». Kim a captivé les étudiants en partageant son expérience pratique dans le secteur du cloud et ses stratégies de recrutement.
Kim Myeong-jin, PDG d'Innogrid, a déclaré : « L'intégration de la formation au cloud natif dans les cursus universitaires réguliers est très significative », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à renforcer la coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire afin de contribuer à la formation de la prochaine génération d'experts du cloud. »

Ayant déjà dispensé plus de 20 sessions de formation au cloud à des professionnels de l'informatique issus du secteur public et financier, Innogrid a reçu des retours positifs et continue de développer son offre de formation.
