산업 특화 AI 기반 머신 비전 전문기업 세이지(SAIGE, 공동대표 박종우·홍영석)는 9월 3일부터 5일까지 인천 송도컨벤시아에서 열리는 ‘국제 첨단 반도체 기판 및 패키징 산업전(KPCA Show 2025)’에 참가한다고 밝혔다.
KPCA Show 2025는 국내 유일의 반도체 기판 및 패키징 전문 전시회로, LG이노텍, 삼성전기, 심텍 등 국내외 250여 개 기업이 참가하는 역대 최대 규모로 개최된다.
세이지는 이번 전시에서 AI 기반 머신 비전 솔루션인 ‘세이지 비전(SAIGE VISION)’의 실시간 결함 검출 데모를 선보인다. 해당 솔루션은 반도체 기판(PCB) 제작 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 결함을 자동으로 식별하며, 기존 룰 기반 시스템의 한계를 극복한 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한다. 이 기술은 비정형적 결함까지 빠르고 정확하게 검출해 불량 판별의 정밀도를 높이는 것이 특징이다.
이와 함께 세이지는 머신러닝 운영 플랫폼(MLOps)도 함께 공개한다. 이 플랫폼은 AI 모델의 개발, 배포, 운영, 모니터링 등 전 과정을 통합 관리해 제조 현장에서의 AI 성능 최적화와 안정적인 품질 검사 시스템 운영을 지원한다. 이를 통해 고객사는 공정 변경이나 신규 제품 도입 시에도 AI 모델을 신속하게 업데이트할 수 있다.

Sage Participates in the International Advanced Semiconductor Substrate and Packaging Industry Exhibition
SAIGE (Co-CEOs Jong-Woo Park and Young-Seok Hong), an industry-specialized AI-based machine vision company, announced that it will participate in the 'International Advanced Semiconductor Substrate and Packaging Industry Exhibition (KPCA Show 2025)' held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from September 3rd to 5th.
KPCA Show 2025 is Korea's only exhibition specializing in semiconductor substrates and packaging, and will be held on the largest scale ever, with approximately 250 domestic and international companies participating, including LG Innotek, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, and Simmtech.
At this exhibition, Sage will present a real-time defect detection demo of its AI-based machine vision solution, Sage Vision. This solution automatically identifies various defects occurring during the semiconductor printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing process, utilizing a deep learning algorithm that overcomes the limitations of existing rule-based systems. This technology is characterized by its ability to quickly and accurately detect even atypical defects, thereby enhancing the accuracy of defect identification.
Sage is also unveiling its Machine Learning Operations Platform (MLOps). This platform integrates the entire process of AI model development, deployment, operation, and monitoring, supporting optimized AI performance and stable quality inspection system operation in manufacturing settings. This allows customers to quickly update AI models when processes change or new products are introduced.

SAIGE (co-PDG Jong-Woo Park et Young-Seok Hong), une société de vision industrielle spécialisée dans l'IA, a annoncé qu'elle participerait au « Salon international de l'industrie des substrats et de l'emballage de semi-conducteurs avancés (KPCA Show 2025) » qui se tiendra à Songdo Convensia à Incheon du 3 au 5 septembre.

Lors de ce salon, Sage présentera une démonstration de détection de défauts en temps réel de sa solution de vision industrielle basée sur l'IA, Sage Vision. Cette solution identifie automatiquement les différents défauts survenant lors de la fabrication des circuits imprimés (PCB) semi-conducteurs, grâce à un algorithme d'apprentissage profond qui surmonte les limites des systèmes basés sur des règles existants. Cette technologie se caractérise par sa capacité à détecter rapidement et précisément les défauts, même atypiques, améliorant ainsi la précision de l'identification des défauts.
Sage dévoile également sa plateforme d'opérations d'apprentissage automatique (MLOps). Cette plateforme intègre l'ensemble du processus de développement, de déploiement, d'exploitation et de surveillance des modèles d'IA, favorisant ainsi des performances d'IA optimisées et un fonctionnement stable des systèmes d'inspection qualité en milieu industriel.
