IT 교육 스타트업 팀스파르타(대표 이범규)가 중소벤처기업부의 ‘2025 예비유니콘’ 기업에 선정됐다고 4일 밝혔다.
예비유니콘은 정부가 고성장 스타트업을 발굴·지원하기 위해 도입한 프로그램으로, 매출 성장성, 고용 창출, 투자 유치 역량 등을 종합적으로 평가해 선정한다. 올해는 총 15개 기업이 최종 선발됐다.
팀스파르타는 매년 2~3배 수준의 매출 성장을 이어가고 있으며, IT 및 AI 분야 교육성과, 글로벌 확장 가능성, 인재 양성 및 산업 현장 연결 구조 등을 통해 산업 경쟁력 강화와 청년 고용 확대 측면에서 긍정적인 평가를 받았다.
해당 기업은 국내 최대 규모의 온라인 국비지원 부트캠프 ‘스파르타 내일배움캠프’를 운영하고 있으며, 누적 수료생 7,000여 명 중 약 4,000명이 커리어 전환에 성공한 것으로 알려졌다. AI, 유니티, 리액트, UX/UI 등 14개 커리큘럼을 운영 중이며, 문제 해결 중심의 학습 환경과 취업 지원 프로그램 ‘커리어톤’, 실무형 인턴십 ‘바로인턴’ 등을 통해 수료 이후 경로까지 폭넓게 지원하고 있다.
팀스파르타 이범규 대표는 “이번 예비유니콘 선정은 당사의 비즈니스 모델과 성장 가능성을 공식적으로 인정받은 결과”라며 “디지털 인재 생태계 조성을 위한 기술 혁신과 글로벌 확장을 계속 이어나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

IT education startup Team Sparta (CEO Beomgyu Lee) announced on the 4th that it was selected as a '2025 Preliminary Unicorn' company by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The "Unicorn Potential" program, introduced by the government to discover and support high-growth startups, is selected through a comprehensive evaluation of factors including sales growth potential, job creation, and investment attraction capabilities. This year, a total of 15 companies were selected.
Team Sparta continues to achieve two to three times annual sales growth, and has received positive reviews for its efforts to strengthen industrial competitiveness and expand youth employment through educational achievements in IT and AI, global expansion potential, talent development, and industry-connected structures.
The company operates "Sparta Tomorrow Learning Camp," Korea's largest online, government-funded bootcamp. Of the approximately 7,000 graduates, approximately 4,000 have reportedly successfully transitioned into careers. The program offers 14 curricula, including AI, Unity, React, and UX/UI. It also offers a problem-solving-focused learning environment, a job search support program called "Career Thon," and a practical internship program called "Baro Intern," offering comprehensive support for post-graduation career paths.
Team Sparta CEO Lee Beom-gyu stated, “This selection as a potential unicorn is an official recognition of our business model and growth potential,” and added, “We will continue to pursue technological innovation and global expansion to foster a digital talent ecosystem.”

同企業は国内最大規模のオンライン国費支援ブートキャンプ「スパルタ明日学習キャンプ」を運営しており、累積修了生7,000人余りのうち約4,000人がキャリア転換に成功したという。 AI、ユニティ、リアクト、UX/UIなど14カリキュラムを運営中であり、問題解決中心の学習環境と就職支援プログラム「キャリアトン」、実務型インターンシップ「バロインターン」などを通じて修了後の経路まで幅広く支援している。

Team Sparta 持续实现每年两到三倍的销售额增长，并通过 IT 和 AI 方面的教育成就、全球扩张潜力、人才培养和行业关联结构，努力增强行业竞争力并扩大青年就业，获得了积极评价。
该公司运营着韩国最大的在线政府资助训练营“斯巴达明日学习营”。据悉，约7000名毕业生中，约4000人已成功就业。该项目提供14门课程，包括人工智能、Unity、React和用户体验/用户界面(UX/UI)。此外，它还提供以解决问题为重点的学习环境、名为“职业马拉松”(Career Thon)的求职支持项目以及名为“Baro Intern”的实践实习项目，为毕业生的职业发展提供全方位支持。

Le programme « Potentiel Licorne », lancé par le gouvernement pour découvrir et soutenir les startups à forte croissance, est sélectionné à l'issue d'une évaluation complète de critères tels que le potentiel de croissance des ventes, la création d'emplois et la capacité d'attraction des investissements.
