인공지능(AI) 의료데이터 분석 전문기업 크레스콤(대표 이재준)은 9월 4일 국회의원회관에서 개최된 ‘제10회 2025 4차 산업혁명 Power Korea 대전’에서 보건복지부 장관상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 4차 산업혁명 Power Korea 대전 운영본부와 (주)한국지속경영평가원이 주관하고, 과학기술정보통신부, 보건복지부, 문화체육관광부, 농림축산식품부, 산업통상자원부, 해양수산부, 중소벤처기업부 등이 후원했다. 디지털 전환 가속화와 글로벌 환경 변화에 대응해 인간 중심의 스마트 사회 구현과 ICT 산업 발전을 촉진하기 위해 마련됐다.
크레스콤은 근골격계 질환에 특화된 AI 기술을 통해 의료영상 판독의 정확도와 효율성을 높이고, 정밀 진단 및 환자 맞춤형 건강관리 지원을 통해 국내 보건의료 발전과 국민 건강 증진에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 수상의 영예를 안았다.
회사 주요 솔루션으로는 ▲골연령 분석 솔루션 MediAI-BA (TW3·GP 하이브리드 방식), ▲정량적 무릎관절염 심각도 자동 분석 솔루션 MediAI-OA (현재 건강보험심사평가원 전수 검사에 적용 중), ▲세계 최초로 일반 방사선 영상에서 주상골(Scaphoid) 골절을 검출하는 MediAI-FX 등이 있다. 현재 국내외 470여 개 병·의원에 해당 솔루션이 공급되고 있다.
또한 크레스콤은 골격 계측, 척추 질환, 강직척추염 등 다양한 근골격계 질환을 대상으로 한 차세대 솔루션의 출시도 앞두고 있으며, 제품들은 식품의약품안전처(MFDS), 말레이시아 보건부 인증, ISO 13485 등 글로벌 규제 인증을 획득한 바 있다. 이와 함께 국내 주요 대학병원 및 해외 의료기관에서의 임상 실증과 PoC(개념검증)를 통해 기술의 임상 적용 가능성도 입증하고 있다.

Crescom Receives the Minister of Health and Welfare Award at the 2025 4th Industrial Revolution Power Korea Exhibition.
Crescom (CEO Jaejun Lee), an artificial intelligence (AI) medical data analysis company, announced that it received the Minister of Health and Welfare Award at the '10th 2025 4th Industrial Revolution Power Korea Exhibition' held at the National Assembly Members' Hall on September 4th.
This event was hosted by the Daejeon Operations Headquarters of the 4th Industrial Revolution Power Korea and the Korea Sustainability Management Evaluation Institute, and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The event was organized to promote the realization of a human-centered smart society and the development of the ICT industry in response to the acceleration of digital transformation and changing global environments.
Crescom was honored with the award in recognition of its contributions to the advancement of domestic healthcare and the promotion of national health by improving the accuracy and efficiency of medical image interpretation through AI technology specialized in musculoskeletal diseases, and by supporting precise diagnosis and personalized healthcare management for patients.
The company's key solutions include: MediAI-BA, a bone age analysis solution (TW3·GP hybrid method); MediAI-OA, an automated quantitative knee arthritis severity analysis solution (currently being applied to all health insurance review and assessment services); and MediAI-FX, the world's first solution to detect scaphoid fractures in plain radiographs. These solutions are currently being provided to approximately 470 hospitals and clinics in Korea and abroad.
Crescom is also preparing to launch next-generation solutions targeting various musculoskeletal conditions, including skeletal measurements, spinal disorders, and ankylosing spondylitis. These products have received global regulatory certifications, including the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the Malaysian Ministry of Health, and ISO 13485. Furthermore, the company is demonstrating the clinical applicability of its technologies through clinical trials and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) at major domestic university hospitals and overseas medical institutions.

Crescom reçoit le prix du ministre de la Santé et du Bien-être lors de l'exposition « 4e révolution industrielle en Corée » de 2025.
Crescom (PDG Jaejun Lee), une société d'analyse de données médicales par intelligence artificielle (IA), a annoncé avoir reçu le prix du ministre de la Santé et du Bien-être lors de la « 10e exposition coréenne sur la puissance de la 4e révolution industrielle 2025 » qui s'est tenue au hall des membres de l'Assemblée nationale le 4 septembre.
Cet événement était organisé par le siège opérationnel de Daejeon de Power Korea, la quatrième révolution industrielle, et l'Institut coréen d'évaluation de la gestion du développement durable. Il bénéficiait du soutien du ministère des Sciences et des TIC, du ministère de la Santé et des Affaires sociales, du ministère de la Culture, des Sports et du Tourisme, du ministère de l'Agriculture, de l'Alimentation et des Affaires rurales, du ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, du ministère des Océans et de la Pêche, et du ministère des PME et des Startups. Son objectif était de promouvoir la construction d'une société intelligente centrée sur l'humain et le développement du secteur des TIC face à l'accélération de la transformation numérique et à l'évolution du contexte mondial.
Crescom a été honorée de ce prix en reconnaissance de sa contribution à l'avancement des soins de santé nationaux et à la promotion de la santé publique, grâce à l'amélioration de la précision et de l'efficacité de l'interprétation des images médicales par le biais de l'intelligence artificielle spécialisée dans les maladies musculo-squelettiques, et grâce au soutien apporté au diagnostic précis et à la gestion personnalisée des soins de santé pour les patients.
Les solutions clés de l'entreprise comprennent : MediAI-BA, une solution d'analyse de l'âge osseux (méthode hybride TW3·GP) ; MediAI-OA, une solution automatisée d'analyse quantitative de la gravité de l'arthrose du genou (actuellement utilisée dans tous les services d'évaluation et d'examen des dossiers d'assurance maladie) ; et MediAI-FX, la première solution au monde permettant de détecter les fractures du scaphoïde sur des radiographies standard. Ces solutions sont actuellement déployées dans environ 470 hôpitaux et cliniques en Corée et à l'étranger.
Crescom se prépare également à lancer des solutions de nouvelle génération ciblant diverses affections musculo-squelettiques, notamment les mesures squelettiques, les troubles rachidiens et la spondylarthrite ankylosante. Ces produits ont obtenu des certifications réglementaires internationales, dont celles du ministère malaisien de la Sécurité alimentaire et pharmaceutique (MFDS), du ministère malaisien de la Santé et la norme ISO 13485. Par ailleurs, l'entreprise démontre l'applicabilité clinique de ses technologies par le biais d'essais cliniques et de preuves de concept (PoC) menés dans de grands centres hospitaliers universitaires chinois et des institutions médicales à l'étranger.
