숙박 운영 전문기업 지냄(대표 이준호)은 대구 평리동 소재 ‘호텔더낭만스테이’와 위탁운영 계약을 체결하고, 프론트엑스(Front-X) 비대면 관제 솔루션을 도입한 ‘낭만스테이 by 지냄 평리점’ 운영을 본격 시작했다고 9일 밝혔다.
이번 평리점 위탁운영은 지냄이 영남권 시장 공략에 나서는 첫 사례로, 연내 성서점과 태전점 등 신규 지점을 순차적으로 오픈할 예정이다. 더불어 대구·경북 지역에 프론트엑스 기반 신규 관제센터를 구축, 수도권·경기권 중심이던 유무인 복합형 운영모델을 지역 거점화하는 전략도 병행한다.
프론트엑스는 지냄이 자체 개발한 차세대 운영 플랫폼으로, ▲예약 관리(PMS) ▲수익 관리(RMS) ▲채널 관리(CMS) ▲고객 응대(CS) 기능을 통합 제공한다. 또한 키오스크·도어락·자동 예약관리 기능을 일체형으로 지원해 운영 효율성과 비용 절감 효과를 동시에 확보할 수 있다. 실제 지냄 직영 지점에서는 객실 판매율 15~30% 향상, 월 500만 원 이상 인건비 절감 효과가 입증됐다.
앞서 지냄은 지난 8월 서울과 부산에서 개최한 사업설명회를 통해 안정적인 위탁운영 모델과 프론트엑스를 결합한 차세대 숙박 수익모델을 제시해 업계의 큰 관심을 모았다. 특히 부산 설명회는 지냄 위탁운영 지점인 ‘Y컬렉션 LCT 레지던스’에서 진행되어, 참석자들이 현장에서 브랜드 경쟁력과 운영 성과를 직접 확인할 수 있는 자리로 주목받았다.

Accommodation management specialist Jinam (CEO Lee Jun-ho) announced on the 9th that it has signed a consignment operation contract with 'Hotel The Romantic Stay' located in Pyeongri-dong, Daegu, and has begun full-scale operation of 'Romantic Stay by Jinam Pyeongri Branch', which has introduced the Front-X non-face-to-face control solution.
This Pyeongri branch consignment operation marks Jinam's first foray into the Yeongnam region, with plans to sequentially open new branches, including Seongseo and Taejeon, within the year.
