창업진흥원(원장 유종필)과 태재대학교(총장 염재호)는 9월 9일, 글로벌 창업 인재 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 창업진흥원이 2026년 상반기 개소를 목표로 추진 중인 ‘글로벌 창업허브’와 태재대학교의 ‘글로벌 순환형 교육모델’을 연계하여, AI·빅데이터, 양자, 로봇, 모빌리티 등 4대 딥테크 분야의 창업 인재 양성을 목적으로 추진됐다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 ▲창업 인재 양성 공동 프로그램 운영 ▲창업 관련 교육과정 개발 및 산학 협력(인턴십 포함) ▲네트워크 및 인프라 공유 등을 중심으로 실질적인 협력 체계를 구축할 계획이다.
창업진흥원 유종필 원장은 “공공기관과 대학 간 협력을 통해 글로벌 역량을 갖춘 창업 인재를 체계적으로 육성하고, 이들이 세계 시장에서 성장할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것”이라며 “이번 협약을 시작으로 민간, 대학, 연구기관과의 연계를 지속 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
태재대학교 염재호 총장은 “이번 협약은 미래형 고등교육을 지향하는 태재대학교의 비전과 창업진흥원의 글로벌 창업 인프라가 결합하는 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며 “특히 4대 딥테크 분야를 중심으로 창의성과 실행력을 갖춘 핵심 인재를 양성해 세계 시장에 도전할 수 있는 기반을 함께 마련하겠다”고 전했다.

The Korea Institute for Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KITD) (Director Jongpil Yoo) and Taejae University (President Jaeho Yeom) announced on September 9 that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to foster global entrepreneurship talent.
This agreement was promoted to foster entrepreneurial talent in four major deep tech fields, including AI, big data, quantum, robotics, and mobility, by linking the 'Global Startup Hub', which the Korea Institute of Startups & Entrepreneurship Development is promoting with the goal of opening in the first half of 2026, with Taejae University's 'Global Circular Education Model'.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to establish a practical cooperative system centered on ▲ joint operation of a program to foster entrepreneurial talent ▲ development of entrepreneurship-related curriculum and industry-academia cooperation (including internships) ▲ sharing of networks and infrastructure.
“Through collaboration between public institutions and universities, we will be able to systematically cultivate entrepreneurial talent with global capabilities and provide them with opportunities to grow in the global market,” said Yoo Jong-pil, president of the Korea Institute for Startups & Entrepreneurship Development. “Starting with this agreement, we will continue to expand our connections with the private sector, universities, and research institutes.”
Taejae University President Yeom Jae-ho said, “This agreement will be an important opportunity to combine Taejae University’s vision of pursuing future-oriented higher education with the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development’s global startup infrastructure.” He added, “In particular, we will cultivate core talents with creativity and execution skills, focusing on the four major deep tech fields, and together we will lay the foundation for challenging the global market.”

L' Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat (KITD) (directeur Jongpil Yoo) et l'Université Taejae (président Jaeho Yeom) ont annoncé le 9 septembre avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) pour favoriser les talents entrepreneuriaux mondiaux.
Cet accord a été promu pour encourager les talents entrepreneuriaux dans quatre grands domaines de la deep tech, notamment l'IA, le big data, l'informatique quantique, la robotique et la mobilité, en reliant le « Global Startup Hub », que l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat promeut dans le but de l'ouvrir au premier semestre 2026, au « Global Circular Education Model » de l'Université Taejae.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient d'établir un système de coopération pratique axé sur : ▲ la gestion conjointe d'un programme visant à encourager les talents entrepreneuriaux ; ▲ le développement de programmes d'études liés à l'entrepreneuriat et la coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire (y compris les stages) ; ▲ le partage de réseaux et d'infrastructures.
« Grâce à la collaboration entre les institutions publiques et les universités, nous pourrons former de manière systématique des talents entrepreneuriaux dotés de compétences internationales et leur offrir des opportunités de croissance sur le marché mondial », a déclaré Yoo Jong-pil, président de l’Institut coréen pour les startups et le développement de l’entrepreneuriat. « Forts de cet accord, nous continuerons à développer nos liens avec le secteur privé, les universités et les instituts de recherche. »
Le président de l'université Taejae, Yeom Jae-ho, a déclaré : « Cet accord représente une opportunité majeure d'allier la vision de l'université Taejae, axée sur un enseignement supérieur tourné vers l'avenir, à l'infrastructure mondiale de startups du Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development. » Il a ajouté : « Nous formerons notamment des talents de haut niveau dotés de compétences créatives et opérationnelles, en nous concentrant sur les quatre grands domaines des technologies de pointe, et ensemble, nous jetterons les bases pour conquérir le marché mondial. »
