도메인 특화 버티컬 AI 솔루션 전문기업 AI오투오(대표 안성민)가 신한투자증권과 IPO를 위한 대표주관 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
AI오투오는 AI 기반 협상 자동화, 멀티모달 콘텐츠 마케팅 자동화 등 버티컬 AI 솔루션을 제공하는 기업용 AI 솔루션 전문기업이다. 특히 반복적이고 비효율적인 기업 간 거래 협상을 AI로 자동화하는 독자적 기술력으로 업계 주목을 받고 있다.
신한투자증권은 AI·디지털 전환 분야의 IPO 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 도메인 특화 AI기술 혁신을 주도하는 AI오투오와의 시너지를 높게 평가받아 주관사로 선정됐다.
2017년 설립된 AI오투오는 KT 오픈이노베이션을 통해, KT커머스와 B2B AI 협상 솔루션을 공동 개발·사업화 하여 빠른 성장세를 보이고 있다. 특히 올해 ITU(국제전기통신연합)의 ‘AI for Good-Innovate for Impact Awards 2025’ 수상, 대구시 ‘미래신산업 고성장기업’ 지정, ‘국가품질혁신경진대회’ 상생협력 부문 수상 등 연이어 기술력과 성장성을 인정받았다.

AI O2O Signs IPO Lead Underwriter Agreement with Shinhan Investment & Securities
AI O2O (CEO Seongmin Ahn) , a domain-specific vertical AI solution company, announced that it has signed a lead manager contract for its IPO with Shinhan Investment & Securities.
