AI 기반 PR 자동화 솔루션 ‘퓰리처 AI’를 운영하는 스타씨드(대표 손보미)는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘2025년도 팁스(TIPS) R&D 일반트랙’에 최종 선정됐다고 17일 밝혔다.
팁스(TIPS)는 민간 투자사와 정부가 협력해 기술력과 글로벌 확장 가능성을 갖춘 초기 창업기업을 발굴·육성하는 정부 대표 기술창업 지원 프로그램이다. 이번 선정으로 스타씨드는 향후 2년간 최대 5억 원의 연구개발(R&D) 자금과 2억 원 규모의 사업화·마케팅 지원금을 연계 지원받게 된다.
스타씨드는 대형 언어모델(LLM) 기반의 자동화 엔진을 활용해 보도자료, 공문서, 블로그, 카피라이팅 등 다양한 PR 콘텐츠를 자동으로 생성하는 ‘퓰리처 AI’를 개발·운영하고 있다. 현재 스타트업부터 중견기업, 공공기관까지 다양한 고객층이 해당 솔루션을 활용 중이며, 최근에는 다국어 지원, 글로벌 언론 스타일 추천, 실시간 번역 및 뉴스 클리핑 등 기능을 강화해 시장 적용 범위를 넓히고 있다.
특히 스타씨드는 사용자의 업무 환경과 브랜드 특성에 맞춘 커스터마이징 기능과 함께, 영문·중문·일문 등 7개국어 이상 다국어 콘텐츠 자동 생성 및 글로벌 미디어 트렌드 분석 기술 고도화에 주력하고 있다.
회사 측은 이번 팁스 선정이 기술성과 시장성을 동시에 인정받은 결과라고 설명했다. 스타씨드는 이를 계기로 글로벌 PR·마케팅 자동화 솔루션으로의 기능 확대와 해외 시장 진출을 본격화할 계획이다.

Starseed (CEO Son Bo-mi), which operates the AI-based PR automation solution 'Pulitzer AI', announced on the 17th that it was finally selected for the '2025 TIPS R&D General Track' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
TIPS is the government's flagship technology startup support program, a collaboration between private investors and the government to discover and nurture early-stage startups with technological prowess and global expansion potential. With this selection, Starseed will receive up to 500 million won in research and development (R&D) funding and 200 million won in commercialization and marketing support over the next two years.
Starseed develops and operates "Pulitzer AI," a solution that automatically generates diverse PR content, including press releases, official documents, blog posts, and copywriting, utilizing an automation engine based on a Large Language Model (LLM). Currently, a diverse client base, from startups to mid-sized companies and public institutions, is utilizing this solution. Recently, Starseed has expanded its market reach by enhancing its features with multilingual support, global media style recommendations, real-time translation, and news clipping.
In particular, Starseed is focusing on customizing features tailored to the user's work environment and brand characteristics, as well as automatically generating multilingual content in over seven languages, including English, Chinese, and Japanese, and advancing global media trend analysis technology.
The company explained that this TIPS selection was a recognition of both its technological prowess and marketability. Starseed plans to use this as an opportunity to expand its capabilities as a global PR and marketing automation solution and to actively enter overseas markets.
