㈜무브가 베트남 IT 서비스 기업 로비홀딩스(Rovi Holdings)와 전략적 제휴(MOU)를 체결하고, AI 기반 온디맨드 모빌리티 솔루션을 현지에 제공하며 베트남 시장에 본격 진출한다고 밝혔다.
로비홀딩스는 관광·물류·기술·부동산을 아우르는 종합 기업 그룹으로, 2026년 IPO를 목표로 성장하고 있으며, 약 3만 5천 명의 그랩(Grab) 운전기사와 차량을 관리·운영하고 있다. 또한 렌터카, 물류용 GPS 기기 제조·판매, 온라인 여행사업 운영 등 다양한 IT 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
무브는 국내외 모빌리티 운영 경험과 AI 기술을 바탕으로 모빌리티 서비스 예약, 차량 배차 자동화, 실시간 관제, 정산 등 혁신적 솔루션을 개발해 온 기업이다.
이번 제휴를 통해 양사는 무브의 기술력과 로비홀딩스의 현지 네트워크를 결합하여 모빌리티 운영 효율화와 서비스 확장을 추진할 계획이다.
특히 무브의 SaaS 플랫폼을 로비홀딩스가 활용할 수 있도록 지원하며, 로비홀딩스가 해외 이동 서비스까지 사업을 확장할 수 있는 환경을 구축할 예정이다. 이를 통해 로비홀딩스는 차량·기사 관리, 배차, 관제, 고객 응대 등 운영 전반을 보다 효율적이고 안정적으로 수행할 수 있게 된다.
베트남은 외국인 출장·여행자, 법인 장기렌트, 임직원 출퇴근 등 다양한 차량 서비스 수요가 존재하며, 빈그룹(Vingroup), 타코그룹(THACO Group) 등 주요 기업이 자동차 제조뿐만 아니라 렌터카와 라이드헤일링(Ride-Hailing) 등 다양한 모빌리티 서비스를 직접 운영하고 있다.
무브는 SaaS 솔루션과 로비홀딩스의 현지 인프라를 결합해 베트남 내수 모빌리티 시장을 확장하고, 이후 아시아 주요 국가로 온디맨드 모빌리티 솔루션 사업을 단계적으로 확대할 계획이다.

Move Signs MOU with Vietnam's Lobby Holdings
Move Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a strategic partnership (MOU) with Vietnamese IT service company Rovi Holdings and will provide AI-based on-demand mobility solutions locally, making a full-scale entry into the Vietnamese market.
Robi Holdings is a comprehensive conglomerate encompassing tourism, logistics, technology, and real estate. It is growing, aiming for an IPO in 2026. It manages and operates approximately 35,000 Grab drivers and vehicles. It also provides a variety of IT services, including rental cars, the manufacture and sale of logistics GPS devices, and the operation of an online travel business.
Move is a company that has developed innovative solutions, including mobility service reservations, automated vehicle dispatch, real-time control, and settlement, based on its domestic and international mobility operation experience and AI technology.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to combine Move's technological prowess with Robi Holdings' local network to improve mobility operation efficiency and expand services.
In particular, we will support Robi Holdings in leveraging Move's SaaS platform and establish an environment where the company can expand its business to include overseas mobility services. This will enable Robi Holdings to conduct all operations, including vehicle and driver management, dispatching, control, and customer service, more efficiently and reliably.
Vietnam has a diverse range of vehicle service needs, including those for foreign business travelers, long-term corporate rentals, and employee commuting. Major corporations such as Vingroup and THACO Group not only manufacture automobiles but also directly operate various mobility services, including rental cars and ride-hailing services.
Move plans to expand into the Vietnamese domestic mobility market by combining its SaaS solution with Robi Holdings' local infrastructure, and then gradually expand its on-demand mobility solutions business to major Asian countries.

Robi Holdings est un conglomérat global regroupant les secteurs du tourisme, de la logistique, des technologies et de l'immobilier. En pleine croissance, il vise une introduction en bourse en 2026. Il gère et exploite environ 35 000 chauffeurs et véhicules Grab. Il propose également divers services informatiques, notamment la location de voitures, la fabrication et la vente de GPS logistiques, et l'exploitation d'une agence de voyages en ligne.
Move est une entreprise qui a développé des solutions innovantes, notamment des réservations de services de mobilité, la répartition automatisée des véhicules, le contrôle en temps réel et le règlement, basées sur son expérience en matière d'exploitation de mobilité nationale et internationale et sur la technologie de l'IA.

Le Vietnam a des besoins variés en matière de services automobiles, notamment pour les voyageurs d'affaires étrangers, les locations d'entreprise longue durée et les déplacements domicile-travail des employés. De grandes entreprises comme Vingroup et THACO Group fabriquent non seulement des automobiles, mais exploitent également divers services de mobilité, notamment la location de voitures et les services de VTC.
Move prévoit de se développer sur le marché vietnamien de la mobilité intérieure en combinant sa solution SaaS avec l'infrastructure locale de Robi Holdings, puis d'étendre progressivement son activité de solutions de mobilité à la demande aux principaux pays asiatiques.
