대전창조경제혁신센터(대표 박대희, 이하 대전혁신센터)가 지난 17일 대전 스타트업 파크 본부에서 ‘대전이노스타투자조합1호’(이하 조합)를 공식 결성하고, 협력 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 투자조합은 대전혁신센터, 조슈아파트너스(대표GP), 필로소피아벤처스 등 3개 기관이 공동업무집행조합원(Co-GP)으로 참여해 설립됐다. 투자 대상은 대전 소재의 혁신기술 기반 스타트업이다.
이번 조합은 단순한 자금 투자에 그치지 않고 기업 성장 전주기를 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 유망 기업을 발굴하고, 이후 선별된 기업에 대해 투자를 진행한다. 이어 프리팁스와 팁스 추천을 연계해 성장 단계에서 필요한 프로그램을 지원하며, 후속투자 유치와 사업 연계 등 기업의 지속 성장을 위한 활동을 추진할 계획이다.
이번 조합 결성은 지역 혁신기관과 민간 투자사가 협력해 대전 창업 생태계 활성화를 견인할 수 있는 투자 기반을 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 특히 대전 소재 스타트업들에게는 초기 투자부터 후속 투자에 이르기까지 안정적인 성장 사다리를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대된다.
박대희 대전혁신센터 대표는 “대전이노스타투자조합 1호를 통해 지역 스타트업들이 안정적인 성장 기반을 마련하게 되었다”며 “앞으로도 파트너사들과 협력하여 대전 창업 생태계의 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
서재승 조슈아파트너스 대표는 “대전혁신센터와 함께 이뤄진 이번 협력이 지역 혁신 스타트업 성장에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
여수아 필로소피아벤처스 대표는 “지역 혁신 스타트업의 도약을 위해 최선을 다할 것”이라며, “창업과 투자, 성장의 선순환이 대전에서 활발히 이뤄질 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

Daejeon Innovation Center Forms Daejeon InnoStar Investment Association No. 1 and Signs MOU
The Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as the Daejeon Innovation Center) officially established the 'Daejeon InnoStar Investment Association No. 1' (hereinafter referred to as the Association) at the Daejeon Startup Park headquarters on the 17th and signed a business agreement (MOU) to strengthen cooperation.

In particular, it is expected to provide Daejeon-based startups with a stable growth ladder, from initial investment to follow-up funding.
Park Dae-hee, CEO of Daejeon Innovation Center, said, “Through Daejeon InnoStar Investment Association No. 1, local startups have established a stable foundation for growth,” and added, “We will continue to work with our partners to do our best for the sustainable development of Daejeon’s startup ecosystem.”
Seo Jae-seung, CEO of Joshua Partners, said, “We will actively support this collaboration with the Daejeon Innovation Center to ensure that it provides practical assistance in the growth of local innovative startups.”
Yeosuah Philosophy Ventures CEO said, “We will do our best to help local innovative startups take a leap forward,” and added, “We will spare no support to ensure that a virtuous cycle of entrepreneurship, investment, and growth can flourish in Daejeon.”

今回の投資組合は、大田革新センター、ジョシュアパルトナス（代表GP）、フィロソフィアベンチャーズなど3つの機関が共同業務執行組合員（Co-GP）として参加して設立された。投資対象は大田素材の革新技術ベースのスタートアップだ。

今回の組合結成は地域革新機関と民間投資会社が協力して大田創業生態系活性化を牽引できる投資基盤を設けたという点で意義が大きい。特に大田素材のスタートアップには、初期投資から後続投資に至るまで安定した成長梯子を提供することが期待される。
パク・デヒ大田革新センター代表は「大田イノスタ投資組合1号を通じて地域スタートアップが安定的な成長基盤を設けることになった」とし「今後もパートナー企業と協力して大田創業生態系の持続可能な発展のために最善を尽くする」と伝えた。
ソ・ジェスンのジョシュ・アパトナス代表は「大田革新センターと共に行われた今回の協力が地域革新スタートアップの成長に実質的な助けになるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
ヨスアフィロソフィアベンチャーズ代表は「地域革新スタートアップの跳躍のために最善を尽くすだろう」とし、「創業と投資、成長の好循環が対戦で活発に行われるように支援を惜しまない」と話した。

Le Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, ci-après dénommé le Daejeon Innovation Center) a officiellement créé la « Daejeon InnoStar Investment Association No. 1 » (ci-après dénommée l'Association) au siège de Daejeon Startup Park le 17 et a signé un accord commercial (MOU) pour renforcer la coopération.
Ce fonds d'investissement a été créé avec la participation de trois associés exécutifs (Co-GP) : Daejeon Innovation Center, Joshua Partners (CEO GP) et Philosophy Ventures. Cet investissement cible les startups technologiques innovantes basées à Daejeon.
Ce partenariat va au-delà d'un simple investissement financier et vise à soutenir l'ensemble du cycle de croissance de l'entreprise.
