피에로컴퍼니(대표 박민진)가 한국투자증권과 IPO(기업공개) 대표주관사 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 2020년 설립된 피에로컴퍼니는 초기 단계임에도 불구하고 상장 준비를 조기에 시작하며 업계의 주목을 받고 있다.
상장 시점은 시장 여건과 주요 지표를 종합적으로 고려해 유연하게 결정할 방침이다. 이번 대표주관사 계약을 계기로 자본시장 기준에 부합하는 공시와 내부통제 체계를 선제적으로 구축하는 작업에 착수했다.
피에로컴퍼니 관계자는 “상장은 단기 목표가 아니라 중장기 성장 전략의 일부”라며 “후속 투자 라운드에서도 IPO 심사에 준하는 성장성과 수익성 기준을 일관되게 운영해 시장 신뢰를 높이겠다”고 말했다.
