운수산업 디지털 전환 솔루션 기업 스마트라이드(대표 이우영)가 고려대학교 기술지주회사(대표 우상현)로부터 팁스(TIPS) 연계 시드 투자를 유치했다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 투자는 중소벤처기업부의 기술창업 지원 프로그램인 ‘팁스(TIPS)’ 추천을 전제로 이루어졌다. 고려대학교 기술지주는 스마트라이드가 자체 개발한 운수 통합 관리 플랫폼의 기술력과 사업 성장 가능성을 높이 평가해 투자를 결정했다.
스마트라이드는 법인택시, 버스 등 상업 운수업 시장을 위한 통합 관리 플랫폼을 제공한다. 주요 기술로는 DTG(운행기록장치) 기반 운행 관리 시스템, 음주측정기 연동 솔루션, 택시기사 KPI 정량화 시스템 등이 있으며, 운수 운영 전반을 효율화하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.
이우영 스마트라이드 대표는 “운수업 현장과 데이터를 가장 잘 이해하고 있는 기술력을 바탕으로 시장에 즉시 적용 가능한 솔루션을 제공하고 있다”며, “이번 투자를 발판 삼아 TIPS 선정에 총력을 기울이고, 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 기술 고도화에 집중할 것”이라고 말했다.
Smart Ride Secures TIPS-Linked Seed Investment from Korea University Technology Holdings
Smart Ride (CEO Wooyoung Lee), a transportation industry digital transformation solution company, announced on the 19th that it has secured seed investment in connection with TIPS from Korea University Technology Holdings (CEO Sanghyun Woo).
This investment was made based on a recommendation from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' technology startup support program, "TIPS." Korea University Technology Holdings decided to invest after highly evaluating the technological prowess and business growth potential of Smart Ride's self-developed integrated transportation management platform.
Smart Ride provides an integrated management platform for commercial transportation markets, including corporate taxis and buses. Key technologies include a DTG (Driving Tag)-based operation management system, a breathalyzer integration solution, and a taxi driver KPI quantification system. It focuses on improving the efficiency of overall transportation operations.

今回の投資は、中小ベンチャー企業部の技術創業支援プログラムである「ティップス（TIPS）」推薦を前提に行われた。高麗大学の技術持株は、スマートライドが自社開発した運輸統合管理プラットフォームの技術力と事業成長の可能性を高く評価して投資を決定した。
スマートライドは法人タクシー、バスなど商業運輸業市場のための統合管理プラットフォームを提供する。主な技術としては、DTG（運行記録装置）ベースの運行管理システム、飲酒測定機連動ソリューション、タクシー記事KPI定量化システムなどがあり、運輸運営全般を効率化することに焦点を当てている。

Korea University Technology Holdings a décidé d'investir après avoir fortement évalué les prouesses technologiques et le potentiel de croissance commerciale de la plateforme de gestion des transports intégrée développée en interne par Smart Ride.
Smart Ride propose une plateforme de gestion intégrée pour les marchés du transport commercial, notamment les taxis et les bus d'entreprise. Ses technologies clés comprennent un système de gestion des opérations basé sur le DTG (Driving Tag), une solution d'intégration d'éthylotests et un système de quantification des indicateurs de performance des chauffeurs de taxi.
