기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 공무원연금공단(이사장 김동극, 이하 ‘공단’)과 19일(금) 제주 서귀포시 소재 공단 본사에서 ‘AI 기반 디지털 감사역량 강화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 AI 전환, 정보보안 위협 등 고도화되는 감사환경에 공동 대응하고, 첨단 기술 기반의 감사기법을 공유함으로써 감사체계 전반의 전문성과 신뢰성을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
양 기관은 협약에 따라 ▲AI 등 신기술 기반 디지털 감사역량 강화 협력 ▲개인정보 보호 등 정보보안 분야의 감사 노하우 공유 ▲우수 내부통제체계 구축 협력 ▲감사 인력 교류를 통한 전문 분야 상호 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 예정이다.
기보는 이번 협약을 통해 공공기관 간 감사 네트워크를 확대하고, 감사자원의 활발한 교류를 통해 감사품질을 향상시킬 계획이다. 또한, 디지털 환경에 부합하는 감사시스템을 구축해 재정 운영 투명성 및 내부통제 수준을 한층 더 강화해 나갈 방침이다.
임명배 기보 감사는 “이번 협약은 디지털 전환 시대에 발맞춰 AI 기반 선제적 예방감사 체계를 구축한다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협업을 확대해 감사역량을 고도화하고, 정책금융기관으로서 신뢰받는 내부통제 문화를 선도해나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with the National Pension Service
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it signed a “Business Agreement to Strengthen AI-Based Digital Auditing Capabilities” with the National Pension Service (Chairman Kim Dong-geuk, hereinafter referred to as “the Service” ) at the Service’s headquarters in Seogwipo, Jeju on Friday the 19th.
This agreement was established to jointly respond to the evolving audit environment, including AI transformation and information security threats, and to strengthen the expertise and reliability of the overall audit system by sharing cutting-edge technology-based audit techniques.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲ strengthening digital audit capabilities based on new technologies such as AI ▲ sharing audit know-how in the field of information security such as personal information protection ▲ cooperating in establishing an excellent internal control system ▲ mutual support in specialized fields through the exchange of audit personnel.
Through this agreement, KIBO plans to expand its audit network among public institutions and enhance audit quality through active exchange of audit resources. Furthermore, it plans to establish an audit system suited to the digital environment, further strengthening financial management transparency and internal control.
“This agreement is very significant in that it establishes an AI-based preemptive audit system in step with the digital transformation era,” said Im Myeong-bae, auditor of Kibo. “Kibo will continue to expand collaboration with related organizations to enhance its audit capabilities and lead the way in establishing a trustworthy internal control culture as a policy finance institution.”

棋保、公務員年金公団と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は、公務員年金公団（理事長キム・ドングク、以下「工団」）と19日（金）、済州西帰浦市所在公団本社で「AI基盤デジタル監査力量強化のための業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、AI転換、情報セキュリティ脅威など高度化する監査環境に共同対応し、先端技術基盤の監査技術を共有することにより、監査体系全般の専門性と信頼性を強化するために設けられた。
両機関は、協約により▲AIなど新技術基盤のデジタル監査能力強化協力▲個人情報保護など情報セキュリティ分野の監査ノウハウ共有▲優秀内部統制体制構築協力▲監査人材交流を通じた専門分野相互支援など多様な分野で協力する予定だ。
ギボは今回の条約を通じて公共機関間監査ネットワークを拡大し、監査資源の活発な交流を通じて監査品質を向上させる計画だ。また、デジタル環境に適合する監査システムを構築し、財政運営の透明性および内部統制水準をさらに強化していく方針だ。
イム・ミョンバ記念監査は「今回の協約はデジタル転換時代に合わせてAIベースの先制的予防監査体系を構築するという点で大きな意味がある」とし、「記事は今後も関連機関との協業を拡大して監査力量を高度化し、政策金融機関として信頼される内部統制文化を先導していく」と述べた。

Kibo与国民年金公团签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公司（KTFC）（会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）19日宣布，与国民年金公团（会长金东格，以下简称“该公团”）在位于济州岛西归浦的该公团总部签署了“旨在加强基于AI的数字审计能力的业务协议” 。
本协议旨在共同应对不断变化的审计环境，包括人工智能转型和信息安全威胁，并通过共享基于尖端技术的审计技术来加强整个审计系统的专业性和可靠性。
根据协议，两家机构计划在多个领域开展合作，包括▲基于人工智能等新技术加强数字审计能力▲共享个人信息保护等信息安全领域的审计经验▲合作建立良好的内部控制体系▲通过审计人员的交流在专业领域相互支持等。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec le Service national des retraites
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir signé un « accord commercial visant à renforcer les capacités d'audit numérique basées sur l'IA » avec le National Pension Service (président Kim Dong-geuk, ci-après dénommé « le Service » ) au siège du Service à Seogwipo, Jeju, le vendredi 19.
Cet accord a été établi pour répondre conjointement à l’évolution de l’environnement d’audit, y compris la transformation de l’IA et les menaces à la sécurité de l’information, et pour renforcer l’expertise et la fiabilité du système d’audit global en partageant des techniques d’audit basées sur la technologie de pointe.

« Cet accord est très important car il met en place un système d'audit préventif basé sur l'IA, en phase avec la transformation numérique », a déclaré Im Myeong-bae, auditeur de Kibo. « Kibo continuera de développer sa collaboration avec des organisations partenaires afin d'améliorer ses capacités d'audit et de montrer la voie à suivre pour établir une culture de contrôle interne fiable en tant qu'institution financière de politique monétaire. »
