AI 금융 콘텐츠 플랫폼 어스얼라이언스는 글로벌 블록체인 컨설팅 기업 카탈라이즈 리서치(Catalyze Research)와 리플(XRP) 생태계 활성화 및 건전한 투자문화 정착을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 어스얼라이언스가 블록체인 및 온체인 분야로의 본격적인 사업 확장을 선언한 가운데 체결된 것으로, 양사는 향후 단계적인 협력 모델을 통해 검증된 금융 및 블록체인 관련 콘텐츠 제공, 세미나와 교육 프로그램 운영, 커뮤니티 참여 기회 확대 등을 추진할 계획이다.
어스얼라이언스는 인공지능(AI) 기반 콘텐츠 자동화 기술을 바탕으로 금융 크리에이터를 위한 플랫폼 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 주식·부동산·암호화폐 등 다양한 분야의 실전형 재테크 콘텐츠와 커뮤니티 서비스를 운영 중이다.
파트너사인 카탈라이즈 리서치는 리플의 공식 한국 파트너로, 블록체인 생태계 확대를 위한 스타트업 발굴, 투자, 개발자 온보딩 등을 수행하고 있다. 리플의 메인넷인 XRPL을 중심으로, 국내외 기업의 웹3 전환 및 디지털 자산 활용을 지원하는 다양한 전략 컨설팅을 진행 중이다.
양사는 지난 21일 서울 코엑스에서 열린 ‘XRP 서울 2025’ 행사에서 공동 마케팅 및 프로그램 운영에 협력한 바 있으며, 어스얼라이언스 소속 전문가들이 발표 및 토론 세션에 참여하는 등 실질적인 협력의 첫 단계를 시작했다.
업무협약을 통해 양사는 ▲금융 및 블록체인 분야 전문가·크리에이터 네트워크 공유 ▲XRP 관련 온·오프라인 교육 프로그램 공동 기획 ▲국내외 블록체인 산업 협력 모델 발굴 등을 포함한 다각적인 협력을 예고했다. 협력의 구체적인 실행 계획은 향후 단계적으로 마련할 예정이다.
어스얼라이언스 관계자는 “이번 협약은 자사의 사업 영역을 블록체인 및 온체인 분야로 확장하는 중요한 계기”라며 “양사가 보유한 기술과 네트워크를 바탕으로 실효성 있는 협력 모델을 구축해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

AI financial content platform Earth Alliance announced on the 26th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global blockchain consulting firm Catalyze Research to activate the Ripple (XRP) ecosystem and establish a sound investment culture.
This agreement comes as Earth Alliance announces its full-scale business expansion into the blockchain and on-chain sectors. The two companies plan to pursue a phased collaboration model in the future, including providing verified financial and blockchain-related content, operating seminars and educational programs, and expanding opportunities for community participation.
Earth Alliance provides a platform service for financial creators based on artificial intelligence (AI)-based content automation technology, and operates practical financial technology content and community services in various fields such as stocks, real estate, and cryptocurrencies.
Our partner, Catalyze Research, is Ripple's official Korean partner and supports startup discovery, investment, and developer onboarding to expand the blockchain ecosystem. Focusing on Ripple's mainnet, XRPL, we provide a variety of strategic consulting services to support domestic and international companies' transition to Web3 and the utilization of digital assets.
The two companies collaborated on joint marketing and program operation at the 'XRP Seoul 2025' event held at COEX in Seoul on the 21st, and began the first step of practical cooperation, with experts from Earth Alliance participating in presentations and discussion sessions.
Through this MOU, the two companies announced multifaceted collaboration, including: sharing a network of financial and blockchain experts and creators; jointly planning online and offline XRP-related educational programs; and exploring domestic and international blockchain industry collaboration models. A detailed implementation plan for this collaboration will be developed in stages.
