앳은 글로벌 기업을 위한 AI 미팅 노트테이커 ‘캐럿(Caret)’과 세일즈 AI 미팅 어시스턴트 ‘어사이드(Aside)’를 운영하고 있다. 캐럿은 음성 인식부터 워크플로우 자동화까지 통합한 AI 미팅 도구로 별도 설치 없이 실시간 기록·번역·요약 서비스를 제공하며, 온오프라인 회의와 녹음 파일을 모두 처리한다는 점이 특징이다. 아마존과 도요타, 일레븐랩스, JP모건 등에서 사용되고 있다.
어사이드는 과거 통화 기록과 성공 패턴을 학습해 영업 현장에서 기술 질문부터 클로징까지 전문적인 조언을 실시간 제안한다. 허브스팟·슬랙 연동으로 고객 대화 기록, 계약 조건 등을 즉시 파악하며, 봇 참여 없이 개인 화면에서만 작동해 데이터 보안을 보장한다.
