공공·기업용 시각지능 AI 통합 솔루션 기업 한국딥러닝(대표 김지현)이 100억 원대 시리즈A 투자 유치를 진행 중이라고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 투자에는 트랜스링크인베스트먼트가 리드 투자자로 참여했으며, SV인베스트먼트와 IBK기업은행 등도 공동 투자자로 참여했다. 한국딥러닝은 설립 5년 만에 처음으로 벤처캐피털 투자를 유치하며, 그간 팁스 지원금을 제외하고는 별도의 외부 투자 없이 자체 매출 중심으로 성장해왔다. 회사는 연평균 400% 이상의 고성장을 기록하며 누적 매출 100억 원, 고객사 80여 곳을 확보했다.
한국딥러닝은 대규모 텍스트·이미지 문서를 학습한 자체 Vision-LLM(Vision-Language Model) 기반 문서 처리 자동화 솔루션을 개발해 공공기관, 의료, 금융 등 다양한 분야에서 기술력을 검증받았다. 올해 3월 출시한 문서 기반 AI 에이전트 ‘딥 에이전트’는 기존 OCR 기술 한계를 극복하고 문서 내 시각 구조와 언어 의미를 동시에 해석해 업무 조치까지 수행한다. 별도의 데이터 수집 없이도 2주 이내 도입이 가능하며, 97~99% 정확도로 문서 처리 시간을 80% 이상 단축한다. 출시 두 달 만에 약 11억 원 규모 계약을 체결하며 시장성을 입증했다.
최근에는 엔비디아 인셉션 프로그램 멤버 선정과 KAIST 출신 AI 연구원 영입 등으로 기술 경쟁력을 강화했다. 이번 투자금은 문서 특화 VLM 기술 고도화, 핵심 인재 확보, OCR 파이프라인 및 MLOps 최적화, 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 현지화 및 해외 파트너십 구축 등에 활용될 예정이다.
한국딥러닝은 현재 AI 기술 개발 인력 대규모 채용을 진행 중이며, 신입 개발자도 핵심 프로젝트에 참여할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 있다.

Korea Deep Learning Secures 10 Billion Won in Investment
Korea Deep Learning (CEO Jihyun Kim), a company providing integrated visual intelligence AI solutions for public and corporate use, announced on the 1st that it is in the process of attracting Series A investment of approximately 10 billion won.
Translink Investment participated as the lead investor in this round, with SV Investment and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea also participating as co-investors. This marks the first venture capital investment for Korea Deep Learning in just five years since its founding. Aside from TIPS grants, the company has grown primarily through its own revenue, with no external investment. The company has achieved an average annual growth rate of over 400%, reaching KRW 10 billion in cumulative revenue and securing over 80 clients.
Korea Deep Learning has developed a document processing automation solution based on its own Vision-LLM (Vision-Language Model), which trains on large-scale text and image documents. This has been proven in diverse fields, including public institutions, healthcare, and finance. Launched in March of this year, the document-based AI agent "Deep Agent" overcomes the limitations of existing OCR technology, simultaneously interpreting both the visual structure and linguistic meaning of documents and performing business actions. It can be implemented within two weeks without separate data collection and reduces document processing time by more than 80% with an accuracy rate of 97-99%. Its marketability was proven by securing contracts worth approximately 1.1 billion won within two months of its launch.
Recently, the company has strengthened its technological competitiveness by being selected as a member of the NVIDIA Inception program and recruiting AI researchers from KAIST. This investment will be used to advance document-specific VLM technology, secure key talent, optimize OCR pipelines and MLOps, and establish localization and overseas partnerships for global market entry.
Korea Deep Learning is currently recruiting large-scale AI technology development personnel and creating an environment where even new developers can participate in key projects.
