㈜메인(Main Co., Ltd.)은 10월 1일 열린 ‘닥터앤서 3.0(DoctorAnswer 3.0)’ 출범식에 핵심 참여 기업으로 참석했다고 밝혔다. 이번 출범식은 과학기술정보통신부가 주관하는 차세대 디지털 헬스케어 R&D 프로젝트의 시작을 알리는 자리로, ㈜메인은 산모 전주기 건강 모니터링을 위한 Agentic AI 개발을 주도할 예정이다.
‘닥터앤서 3.0’은 다양한 의료 인공지능 기업과 의료기관이 참여하는 대규모 컨소시엄 기반의 연구개발 과제로, 정밀의료, AI 진단보조, 환자 예후관리, 디지털 치료제 연계 등 기존 대비 기술적 범위와 임상 적용 가능성이 확대된 것이 특징이다.
㈜메인은 이번 과제에서 ▲개인 맞춤형 산모 예후관리 애플리케이션 및 챗봇 서비스 기획·개발 ▲Agentic AI 기반 산모 건강 모니터링 시스템 구현 ▲의료기관 및 타사 솔루션과의 연동을 통한 통합 AI 분석 플랫폼 고도화 ▲SaaS(서비스형 소프트웨어) 모델 기반 글로벌 진출 전략 수립 등의 역할을 수행할 계획이다.
이번 사업은 총 63억 원 규모의 예산으로 추진되며, 2025년도 본예산 23억 원과 하반기 추가경정예산 40억 원이 포함된다. 과제 총괄은 김대진 서울성모병원 교수가 맡았으며, 공동 주관기관으로 세브란스병원이 참여한다. 이외에도 서울아산병원, 분당서울대병원, 가천대길병원을 포함한 전국 10개 의료기관과 이지케어텍, 아크릴, 에이아이트릭스, ㈜메인 등 총 16개 기업이 함께 참여한다.

Main Co., Ltd. announced that it participated as a key participant in the "DoctorAnswer 3.0" launch ceremony held on October 1st. This launch ceremony marked the beginning of a next-generation digital healthcare R&D project hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT, and Main Co., Ltd. will lead the development of Agentic AI for full-cycle maternal health monitoring.
'Doctor Answer 3.0' is a large-scale consortium-based research and development project involving various medical AI companies and medical institutions. It is characterized by an expanded technological scope and clinical applicability compared to existing ones, including precision medicine, AI diagnostic assistance, patient prognosis management, and digital therapeutics linkage.
In this project, Main Co., Ltd. plans to perform the following roles: ▲Planning and developing a personalized maternal prognosis management application and chatbot service ▲Implementing an Agentic AI-based maternal health monitoring system ▲Advancing an integrated AI analysis platform through linkage with medical institutions and third-party solutions ▲Establishing a global expansion strategy based on the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.
This project will be funded with a total budget of 6.3 billion won, including 2.3 billion won from the 2025 main budget and 4 billion won from the second-half supplementary budget. Professor Kim Dae-jin of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital is overseeing the project, with Severance Hospital participating as a co-leading institution. Additionally, 10 medical institutions nationwide, including Seoul Asan Medical Center, Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, and Gachon University Gil Hospital, as well as 16 companies including EasyCareTech, Acryl, AITRIX, and Main Co., Ltd., are participating.

(株)メイン(Main Co., Ltd.)は10月1日に開かれた「ドクターアンサー3.0(DoctorAnswer 3.0)」の発足式に核心参加企業として参加したと明らかにした。今回の発足式は科学技術情報通信部が主管する次世代デジタルヘルスケアR&Dプロジェクトの開始を知らせる席で、(株)メインは母親全周期健康モニタリングのためのAgentic AI開発を主導する予定だ。
「ドクターアンサー3.0」は、多様な医療人工知能企業と医療機関が参加する大規模コンソーシアム基盤の研究開発課題で、精密医療、AI診断補助、患者予後管理、デジタル治療剤連携など既存の対比技術的範囲と臨床適用可能性が拡大されたことが特徴だ。
(株)メインは今回の課題で、▲個人カスタマイズされた母親予後管理アプリケーション及びチャットボットサービスの企画・開発 ▲Agentic AIベースの母親健康モニタリングシステムの実装
今回の事業は総63億ウォン規模の予算で推進され、2025年度本予算23億ウォンと下半期追加経済予算40億ウォンが含まれる。課題総括はキム・デジンソウル聖母病院教授が務め、共同主管機関としてセブランス病院が参加する。他にもソウル牙山病院、盆唐ソウル大病院、加川大吉病院を含む全国10の医療機関とイージーケアテック、アクリル、エイアイトリックス、(株)メインなど合計16社が参加する。

Main株式会社宣布，作为主要参与者参加了10月1日举行的“DoctorAnswer 3.0”发布仪式。此次发布仪式标志着韩国科学技术信息通信部主办的下一代数字医疗保健研发项目的启动，Main株式会社将主导用于全周期孕产妇健康监测的Agentic AI的开发。
“Doctor Answer 3.0”是一个由多家医疗AI公司和医疗机构参与的大型联盟研发项目。与现有技术相比，其特点是技术范围和临床适用性得到扩展，涵盖精准医疗、AI诊断辅助、患者预后管理、数字治疗联动等。
在本项目中，株式会社Main计划发挥以下作用：▲企划开发个性化孕产妇预测管理应用程序及聊天机器人服务▲实现基于Agentic AI的孕产妇健康监测系统▲通过与医疗机构及第三方解决方案的联动，推进综合AI分析平台▲构建基于SaaS（软件即服务）模式的全球扩张战略。
该项目总预算为63亿韩元，其中23亿韩元来自2025年主预算，40亿韩元来自下半年补充预算。首尔圣母医院金大镇教授将负责该项目，Severance医院作为联合牵头机构参与其中。此外，还有首尔峨山医院、盆唐首尔大学医院、嘉泉大学吉医院等全国10家医疗机构，以及EasyCareTech、Acryl、AITRIX、Main株式会社等16家公司参与其中。

Main Co., Ltd. a annoncé sa participation clé à la cérémonie de lancement de « DoctorAnswer 3.0 » qui s'est tenue le 1er octobre. Cette cérémonie a marqué le début d'un projet de recherche et développement sur les soins de santé numériques de nouvelle génération, organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC. Main Co., Ltd. pilotera le développement de l'IA Agentic pour le suivi complet de la santé maternelle.
« Doctor Answer 3.0 » est un vaste projet de recherche et développement, issu d'un consortium impliquant diverses entreprises et institutions médicales spécialisées dans l'IA médicale. Il se caractérise par une portée technologique et une applicabilité clinique élargies par rapport aux projets existants, incluant la médecine de précision, l'aide au diagnostic par IA, la gestion du pronostic des patients et l'intégration de thérapies numériques.
Dans ce projet, Main Co., Ltd. prévoit d'assumer les rôles suivants : ▲Planification et développement d'une application personnalisée de gestion du pronostic maternel et d'un service de chatbot ▲Mise en œuvre d'un système de surveillance de la santé maternelle basé sur l'IA agentique ▲Promotion d'une plate-forme d'analyse d'IA intégrée grâce à des liens avec des institutions médicales et des solutions tierces ▲Établissement d'une stratégie d'expansion mondiale basée sur le modèle SaaS (Software as a Service).
Ce projet sera financé par un budget total de 6,3 milliards de wons, dont 2,3 milliards de wons du budget principal 2025 et 4 milliards de wons du budget supplémentaire du second semestre. Le professeur Kim Dae-jin de l'hôpital St. Mary de Séoul supervise le projet, avec la participation de l'hôpital Severance en tant qu'institution co-responsable. Dix établissements médicaux nationaux, dont le centre médical Asan de Séoul, l'hôpital universitaire national de Séoul Bundang et l'hôpital Gil de l'université Gachon, ainsi que 16 entreprises, dont EasyCareTech, Acryl, AITRIX et Main Co., Ltd., participent également au projet.
