글로벌 원스탑 플랫폼 ‘Glohublink’ 서비스를 운영하는 ㈜더윤슬이 중소벤처기업부의 팁스(TIPS) 프로그램에 최종 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
더윤슬은 글로벌 진출에 어려움을 겪는 국내 기업들에게 ▲상품 출고 ▲자동 수출신고 ▲글로벌 판매사와의 협력 프로젝트 ▲다국어 서비스 등을 제공하며, 해외 시장 진출에 필요한 전 과정을 지원하는 기업이다. 특히 자체 개발 중인 AI 기반 수출 통합 운영(OP) 솔루션을 통해 중소기업의 글로벌 진출 과정에서 발생하는 규제·물류·마케팅 리스크를 최소화하고, 효율적인 해외 진출을 돕는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
팁스 프로그램은 우수 기술을 보유한 스타트업을 민간 투자사가 발굴·투자하면, 정부가 연구개발(R&D) 자금을 후속 지원하는 방식으로 운영된다. 이번 선정으로 더윤슬은 향후 2년간 연구개발 자금 5억 원과 사업화·마케팅 자금 3억 원 등 최대 8억 원을 지원받아, AI 기반 글로벌 이커머스 통합 솔루션을 고도화하게 된다. 더윤슬은 팁스 운영사인 블리스바인벤처스의 추천을 통해 이번 프로그램에 최종 선정됐다.

Yoonseul Do selected as a "Tips" by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
The Yoonseul Co., Ltd., which operates the global one-stop platform 'Glohublink' service, announced that it has been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program.
Doyunseul supports domestic companies facing challenges in global expansion by providing services such as product shipment, automated export declaration, collaborative projects with global vendors, and multilingual services, all necessary for overseas market entry. Specifically, through its proprietary AI-based export operation (OP) solution, the company aims to minimize regulatory, logistics, and marketing risks associated with global expansion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and facilitate efficient overseas expansion.
The TIPS program operates by identifying and investing in startups with outstanding technologies, with the government providing follow-up research and development (R&D) funding. With this selection, Doyunseul will receive up to KRW 800 million over the next two years, including KRW 500 million in R&D funding and KRW 300 million in commercialization and marketing. This funding will help advance its AI-based global e-commerce integrated solution. Doyunseul was ultimately selected for the program upon the recommendation of Blissvine Ventures, the operator of TIPS.

ザ・ユンスルはグローバル進出に困難を経験する国内企業に▲商品出庫▲自動輸出申告▲グローバル販売会社との協力プロジェクト▲多言語サービスなどを提供し、海外市場進出に必要な全過程を支援する企業だ。特に自社開発中のAIベース輸出統合運営(OP)ソリューションを通じて、中小企業のグローバル進出過程で発生する規制・物流・マーケティングリスクを最小化し、効率的な海外進出を支援することを目指している。
ティップスプログラムは優秀技術を保有したスタートアップを民間投資会社が発掘・投資すれば、政府が研究開発(R&D)資金を後続支援する方式で運営される。今回の選定でザ・ユンスルは今後2年間研究開発資金5億ウォンと事業化・マーケティング資金3億ウォンなど最大8億ウォンを支援され、AIベースのグローバルイコマース統合ソリューションを高度化することになる。ザ・ユンスルはティップス運営会社のブリスバインベンチャーズの推薦を通じて今回のプログラムに最終選定された。

TIPS 项目的运作方式是甄选并投资拥有卓越技术的初创企业，并由政府提供后续研发资金。通过此次入选，Doyunseul 将在未来两年内获得最高 8 亿韩元的资助，其中包括 5 亿韩元的研发资金和 3 亿韩元的商业化及市场推广资金。这笔资金将用于推进其基于人工智能的全球电商综合解决方案。Doyunseul 最终在 TIPS 运营方 Blissvine Ventures 的推荐下入选该项目。

Yoonseul Co., Ltd., qui exploite le service mondial de plateforme unique « Glohublink », a annoncé qu'elle avait été sélectionnée pour le programme TIPS du ministère des PME et des startups.
Doyunseul accompagne les entreprises nationales confrontées aux défis de leur expansion internationale en leur fournissant des services tels que l'expédition de produits, la déclaration d'exportation automatisée, des projets collaboratifs avec des fournisseurs internationaux et des services multilingues, autant de services indispensables à leur pénétration sur les marchés étrangers. Plus précisément, grâce à sa solution propriétaire d'exploitation export (OP) basée sur l'IA, l'entreprise vise à minimiser les risques réglementaires, logistiques et marketing liés à l'expansion internationale des PME et à faciliter leur expansion internationale.
Le programme TIPS consiste à identifier et à investir dans des startups dotées de technologies d'exception, le gouvernement assurant le financement complémentaire de la recherche et développement (R&D). Suite à cette sélection, Doyunseul recevra jusqu'à 800 millions de wons coréens (KRW) sur les deux prochaines années, dont 500 millions de wons coréens (KRW) en R&D et 300 millions de wons coréens (KRW) en commercialisation et marketing. Ce financement contribuera au développement de sa solution intégrée de commerce électronique mondial basée sur l'IA. Doyunseul a finalement été sélectionné pour le programme sur recommandation de Blissvine Ventures, l'opérateur de TIPS.
