중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙, 이하 중기부)는 10월 15일(수)부터 2025년 해외규격인증획득 3차 지원사업에 참여할 중소기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
해외규격인증획득 지원사업은 중소기업이 해외진출 과정에서 수출대상국에서 요구하는 규격인증 획득을 위해 인증, 시험, 컨설팅 등에 지출하는 비용의 일부를 보조해 주는 사업이다.
이번 참여기업 모집은 지난 2월과 5월(추경사업), 그리고 8월에 이어 올해 마지막으로 시행되는 것으로, 일반트랙과 함께 간이심사를 통한 신속한 인증획득 지원을 위한 별도 트랙인 패스트트랙으로 구분해 총 280개 기업(일반트랙 180개, 패스트트랙 100개)을 선정해 지원할 예정이다.
지원대상 인증은 일반트랙의 경우에는 EU의 CE(유럽 통합규격인증), 미국의 NRTL(미국 국가공인시험기관인증, UL인증 등 포함), 중국의 NMPA(중국 국가식품약품감독관리총국허가) 등 546개이며, 패스트트랙의 경우 EU의 CPNP(화장품), 국제 HALAL(식품, 화장품) 등 8개 인증이다.
선정된 기업에게는 전년도 매출액에 따라 최대 1억원 한도 내에서 총 소요비용의 50~70%가 지원된다. 기업당 연간 최대 4건까지 신청 가능하나, 연간 총 신청금액이 3,500만원 미만인 경우(소액인증) 신청 건수에 제한 없이 지원받을 수 있다.
중기부 이순배 글로벌성장정책관은 “올해는 특히 미국의 관세정책 등으로 인해 수출 지역 다변화를 희망하는 중소기업들이 늘어남에 따라 이에 대한 정부의 적극적인 지원이 어느 때보다 중요한 시기다”면서 “인증요구를 포함한 다양한 글로벌 수출규제에 기업들이 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 앞으로 정부의 역할을 더욱 늘려 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
참여기업 모집은 11월 14일(금)까지 이뤄지며, 사업 신청 등 자세한 내용은 해외규격인증획득지원센터 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups is recruiting companies to participate in its "Overseas Standard Certification Acquisition Support Program."
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Han Sung-sook, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it will be recruiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in the third support project for obtaining overseas standard certification in 2025 starting on Wednesday, October 15.

This recruitment of participating companies is the last one this year, following the previous two rounds in February, May (supplementary budget), and August. A total of 280 companies (180 in the general track and 100 in the fast track) will be selected and supported, divided into the general track and the fast track, a separate track designed to support rapid certification acquisition through a simplified screening process.
For the general track, the certifications eligible for support include 546 certifications, including the EU's CE (European Standard Certification), the US's NRTL (US Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Certification, including UL certification), and China's NMPA (China National Medical Products Administration Approval). For the fast track, there are 8 certifications, including the EU's CPNP (cosmetics) and international HALAL (food, cosmetics).
Selected companies will receive support of 50-70% of total costs, up to a maximum of KRW 100 million, based on their previous year's sales. Each company can apply for up to four projects per year. However, if the total annual application amount is less than KRW 35 million (small-sum certification), there is no limit to the number of applications.
Lee Soon-bae, Director General of Global Growth Policy at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, “This year, especially due to the U.S. tariff policy, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises wishing to diversify their export regions is increasing, so the government’s active support for this is more important than ever.” He added, “We will further expand the government’s role in the future to ensure that companies can respond quickly to various global export regulations, including certification requirements.”
Recruitment of participating companies will be held until Friday, November 14th, and detailed information, including business application, can be found on the website of the Overseas Standard Certification Support Center .

海外規格認証取得支援事業は、中小企業が海外進出過程で輸出対象国が要求する規格認証取得のために認証、試験、コンサルティングなどに支出する費用の一部を補助してくれる事業だ。
今回の参加企業募集は去る2月と5月（秋景事業）、そして8月に続き今年最後に施行されるもので、一般トラックとともに簡易審査を通じた迅速な認証取得支援のための別途トラックであるファーストトラックに区分して計280社（一般トラック180個、ファーストトラック100個）。
支援対象認証は、一般トラックの場合はEUのCE（欧州統合規格認証）、米国のNRTL（米国国家公認試験機関認証、UL認証などを含む）、中国のNMPA（中国国家食品医薬品監督管理総局許可）など546個で、ファーストトラックの場合EUのCPNP（化粧品）認証です。
選定された企業には、前年度の売上高に応じて最大1億ウォン限度内で総所要費用の50～70％が支援される。企業あたり年間最大4件まで申請可能だが、年間総申込金額が3,500万ウォン未満の場合（少額認証）、申請件数に制限なく支援を受けることができる。
中期部イ・スンベグローバル成長政策官は「今年は特に米国の関税政策などにより輸出地域の多様化を希望する中小企業が増えるにつれ、これに対する政府の積極的な支援がこれまで以上に重要な時期だ」とし「認証要求を含む多様なグローバル輸出規制に企業が迅速に対応できるように今後、政府の役割」

中小企业和风险投资部正在招募企业参与其“海外标准认证获取支持计划”。
中小企业和风险投资部（部长韩成淑，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）宣布，将从10月15日星期三开始招募中小企业参与2025年获得海外标准认证的第三次支持项目。
海外标准认证取得支援项目是针对中小企业在进军海外市场过程中，为取得出口国所要求的标准认证而产生的认证、检测、咨询等费用，给予部分补助的项目。
本次招募是今年最后一次，此前已于2月、5月（追加预算）和8月进行了两轮招募。共计280家企业（普通通道180家，快速通道100家）将入选并提供支持，分为普通通道和快速通道。快速通道旨在通过简化的筛选流程，支持企业快速获得认证。
普通通道支持认证项目包括欧盟CE（欧洲标准认证）、美国NRTL（美国国家认可测试实验室认证，含UL认证）、中国NMPA（中国国家药品监督管理局认证）等546项认证；快速通道支持认证项目包括欧盟CPNP（化妆品）、国际HALAL（食品、化妆品）等8项认证。
入选企业将根据其上一年度销售额，获得相当于总成本50%至70%的资助，最高金额为1亿韩元。每家企业每年最多可申请4个项目。但如果年度申请总额低于3500万韩元（小额认证），则申请数量不受限制。
中小企业风险投资部全球增长政策局局长李淳培表示：“今年尤其受美国关税政策影响，希望拓展出口地域的中小企业数量不断增加，因此政府对此的积极支持比以往任何时候都更加重要。”他还表示：“未来我们将进一步扩大政府的作用，确保企业能够快速应对包括认证要求在内的各种全球出口法规。”
参与公司的招募将持续到11月14日星期五，包括业务申请在内的详细信息可在海外标准认证支持中心的网站上查阅。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Han Sung-sook, ci-après dénommé ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé qu'il recruterait des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) pour participer au troisième projet de soutien à l'obtention d'une certification standard à l'étranger en 2025 à partir du mercredi 15 octobre.
Le projet de soutien à l’acquisition de certifications standard à l’étranger est un projet qui subventionne une partie des coûts engagés par les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) pour obtenir la certification standard requise par les pays de destination des exportations au cours du processus d’expansion à l’étranger, y compris la certification, les tests et le conseil.
Ce recrutement d'entreprises participantes est le dernier de l'année, après les deux précédentes sessions de février, mai (budget supplémentaire) et août. Au total, 280 entreprises (180 en filière générale et 100 en filière accélérée) seront sélectionnées et accompagnées, réparties entre la filière générale et la filière accélérée, une filière distincte conçue pour favoriser l'obtention rapide de la certification grâce à un processus de sélection simplifié.
Pour le parcours général, 546 certifications sont éligibles, dont la certification CE (norme européenne), la certification NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Certification, incluant la certification UL) des États-Unis et la certification NMPA (China National Medical Products Administration Approval) de la Chine. Pour le parcours accéléré, 8 certifications sont disponibles, dont la CPNP (cosmétiques) de l'UE et la certification HALAL (alimentaire et cosmétiques) internationale.
Les entreprises sélectionnées recevront une aide de 50 à 70 % de leurs coûts totaux, jusqu'à un maximum de 100 millions de wons (KRW), en fonction de leur chiffre d'affaires de l'année précédente. Chaque entreprise peut déposer jusqu'à quatre demandes par an. Toutefois, si le montant total annuel des demandes est inférieur à 35 millions de wons (certification de petite somme), le nombre de demandes est illimité.
Lee Soon-bae, directeur général de la politique de croissance mondiale au ministère des PME et des Startups, a déclaré : « Cette année, notamment en raison de la politique douanière américaine, le nombre de petites et moyennes entreprises souhaitant diversifier leurs exportations est en hausse. Le soutien actif du gouvernement est donc plus important que jamais. » Il a ajouté : « Nous renforcerons encore le rôle du gouvernement à l'avenir afin de garantir que les entreprises puissent réagir rapidement aux diverses réglementations mondiales en matière d'exportation, notamment aux exigences de certification. »
