재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표 김원경, 이하 경기혁신센터)는 10월 16일 판교 창업존에서 ‘제34회 스타트업 815 IR-SEED’를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사에는 인공지능(AI), 신소재, 에너지 등 첨단 산업기술을 융합한 기술기반 스타트업들이 참여해 기후위기 대응을 위한 혁신적인 솔루션을 소개했다.
피엠에너지솔루션(대표 현덕수)은 AI 기반 셀스크리닝 기술을 통해 사용 후 원통형 배터리를 정밀 진단하고, 이를 동남아 등 신흥시장에 적합한 소용량 모빌리티 배터리 팩으로 재제조하는 솔루션을 선보였다. 해당 기술은 폐배터리 자원화와 순환경제 실현에 기여하며, 제조 및 재제조 공정의 효율성을 높이는 점에서 주목받았다.
지오에이치텍(대표 김영곤)은 산-염기 기반 선택적 이산화탄소(CO₂) 흡수 기술과 이를 적용한 플랜트 운영·유지관리(O&M) 서비스를 소개했다. 해당 기술은 고순도 CO₂ 포집과 비용 효율성, 유지관리 편의성을 개선해 산업 현장 적용 가능성이 높은 것으로 평가받았다.
이번 IR 행사는 대규모 투자사가 비공개 형태로 참여했으며, 필로소피아벤처스, 넥스트웨이브벤처파트너스, 파트너스인베스트먼트, 인포뱅크, 센트럴투자파트너스 등 주요 기후테크 벤처캐피탈과 기관 관계자들이 참석해 기술 경쟁력과 사업성, 글로벌 확장 전략에 대해 심층 질의와 투자 연계 가능성을 논의했다.
경기혁신센터 관계자는 “기후테크는 AI, 신소재, 에너지 등 딥테크 기반 혁신을 통해 산업 전반의 변화를 이끄는 핵심 분야”라며 “센터는 기술 경쟁력을 갖춘 기후테크 스타트업의 투자 유치와 글로벌 진출을 지원하기 위해 맞춤형 네트워크와 지원 체계를 지속 강화할 계획”이라고 말했다.
한편, 경기혁신센터는 경기도와 함께 ‘기후테크 스타트업 육성사업’을 추진 중이며, 탄소 포집·저감, 친환경 소재, 순환경제 등 분야의 스타트업을 발굴·육성하고 있다. 이 사업은 2026년까지 연간 33개사, 총 100개사의 기후테크 스타트업을 지원해 글로벌 유니콘 기업 배출을 목표로 하고 있다. 경기혁신센터는 이를 통해 기후테크 산업 생태계 조성 및 국내 스타트업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.

The Gyeonggi Innovation Center hosted the 34th Startup 815 IR-SEED.
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Won-kyung Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Center) announced that it held the 34th Startup 815 IR-SEED at the Pangyo Startup Zone on October 16th. Technology-based startups integrating cutting-edge industrial technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), new materials, and energy participated in the event, introducing innovative solutions to address the climate crisis.
PM Energy Solutions (CEO Hyun Deok-soo) presented a solution that utilizes AI-based cell screening technology to precisely diagnose used cylindrical batteries and remanufacture them into small-capacity mobility battery packs suitable for emerging markets such as Southeast Asia. This technology has garnered attention for contributing to the recycling of used batteries and the realization of a circular economy, while also increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing and remanufacturing processes.
GeoHTech (CEO Kim Young-gon) introduced its acid-base-based selective carbon dioxide (CO₂) absorption technology and its application to plant operation and maintenance (O&M) services. The technology was evaluated as highly applicable to industrial sites due to its high-purity CO₂ capture, cost-effectiveness, and improved maintenance convenience.
This IR event was held privately with the participation of large-scale investors, and representatives from major climate tech venture capital firms and institutions such as Philosophy Ventures, Next Wave Venture Partners, Partners Investment, Infobank, and Central Investment Partners attended to discuss in-depth questions about technological competitiveness, business viability, and global expansion strategies, as well as the possibility of investment connections.
An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “Climate tech is a key field that is driving change across industries through innovation based on deep tech such as AI, new materials, and energy.” He added, “The center plans to continue strengthening its customized network and support system to attract investment and support global expansion of climate tech startups with technological competitiveness.”
Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Innovation Center is working with Gyeonggi Province on the "Climate Tech Startup Incubation Project," discovering and nurturing startups in areas such as carbon capture and reduction, eco-friendly materials, and the circular economy. This project aims to support 33 climate tech startups annually (100 companies in total) by 2026, with the goal of creating global unicorn companies. Through this initiative, the Gyeonggi Innovation Center plans to continuously foster a climate tech industry ecosystem and secure the global competitiveness of domestic startups.

一方、京畿革新センターは京畿道とともに「気候テックスタートアップ育成事業」を推進中であり、炭素捕集・低減、環境にやさしい素材、循環経済など分野のスタートアップを発掘・育成している。この事業は2026年まで年間33社、計100社の気候テックスタートアップを支援し、グローバルユニコーン企業排出を目指している。京畿革新センターはこれを通じて、気候テック産業生態系の造成及び国内スタートアップのグローバル競争力確保を継続的に推進する計画だ。

Le Centre Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Won-kyung Kim, ci-après dénommé le Centre Gyeonggi) a annoncé la tenue de la 34e édition du salon Startup 815 IR-SEED à la Zone Startup de Pangyo le 16 octobre. Des startups technologiques intégrant des technologies industrielles de pointe telles que l'intelligence artificielle (IA), les nouveaux matériaux et l'énergie ont participé à l'événement, présentant des solutions innovantes pour lutter contre la crise climatique.
PM Energy Solutions (PDG Hyun Deok-soo) a présenté une solution utilisant une technologie de criblage cellulaire basée sur l'IA pour diagnostiquer précisément les batteries cylindriques usagées et les transformer en packs de batteries de mobilité de petite capacité adaptés aux marchés émergents comme l'Asie du Sud-Est. Cette technologie a suscité un vif intérêt car elle contribue au recyclage des batteries usagées et à la mise en place d'une économie circulaire, tout en améliorant l'efficacité des processus de fabrication et de reconditionnement.
GeoHTech (PDG : Kim Young-gon) a présenté sa technologie d'absorption sélective du dioxyde de carbone (CO₂) acido-basique et son application aux services d'exploitation et de maintenance des installations. Cette technologie a été jugée particulièrement adaptée aux sites industriels grâce à sa capture de CO₂ haute pureté, sa rentabilité et sa facilité de maintenance.
Cet événement IR s'est tenu en privé avec la participation d'investisseurs de grande envergure et de représentants de grandes sociétés et institutions de capital-risque dans le domaine des technologies climatiques telles que Philosophy Ventures, Next Wave Venture Partners, Partners Investment, Infobank et Central Investment Partners, qui ont assisté à des discussions approfondies sur des questions de compétitivité technologique, de viabilité commerciale et de stratégies d'expansion mondiale, ainsi que sur la possibilité de connexions d'investissement.

Parallèlement, le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi collabore avec la province de Gyeonggi sur le « Projet d'incubation de startups en technologies climatiques », qui vise à découvrir et à accompagner des startups dans des domaines tels que la capture et la réduction du carbone, les matériaux écologiques et l'économie circulaire. Ce projet vise à soutenir 33 startups en technologies climatiques par an (100 entreprises au total) d'ici 2026, avec pour objectif de créer des licornes mondiales. Grâce à cette initiative, le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi entend promouvoir en permanence un écosystème industriel des technologies climatiques et garantir la compétitivité internationale des startups nationales.
