기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 국민은행(은행장 이환주)과 문화콘텐츠 산업 육성 및 시장 활성화를 위한 ‘K-콘텐츠기업 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 16일(목) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 콘텐츠 제작비 증가와 기획·개발 단계에서의 선제작 자금 수요 확대 등으로 자금조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 콘텐츠기업의 금융 애로를 해소하고, 콘텐츠 생태계 활성화를 위한 금융지원 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 국민은행의 보증료지원금 10억원을 기반으로 500억원 규모의 보증료지원 협약보증을 공급하고, 국민은행은 보증료(1.0%p, 최대 2년간)를 지원한다.
지원대상은 기보의 기술보증 지원요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 ▲문화콘텐츠 제작기업 ▲선도콘텐츠산업 영위기업 등이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 콘텐츠 제작기업의 금융비용 부담을 완화하고, 우수 콘텐츠기업의 제작활동을 지원해 산업 경쟁력 강화와 글로벌 시장 진출을 뒷받침할 계획이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “최근 K-콘텐츠가 전 세계적으로 주목받고 있는 가운데, 국내 콘텐츠 제작기업들은 제작비 상승 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과 협력해 K-콘텐츠의 글로벌 확산과 콘텐츠 산업 육성을 위해 지원을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo and Kookmin Bank sign a business agreement to support the production of high-quality content through a 50 billion won guarantee.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Thursday the 16th that it has signed a “K-Content Enterprise Financial Support Business Agreement” with Kookmin Bank (CEO Lee Hwan-joo) to foster the cultural content industry and revitalize the market.
This agreement was promoted to resolve the financial difficulties faced by content companies who are experiencing difficulties in securing funds due to increasing content production costs and the increased demand for pre-production funds during the planning and development stages, and to establish a financial support foundation for revitalizing the content ecosystem.
According to the agreement, Kibo will provide a guarantee support agreement guarantee worth 50 billion won based on Kookmin Bank's guarantee support fund of 1 billion won, and Kookmin Bank will support the guarantee fee (1.0%p, for up to 2 years).
The target of support is ▲cultural content production companies ▲leading content industry operators, etc., among new technology businesses that meet the technology guarantee support requirements of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to alleviate the financial burden on content production companies and support the production activities of excellent content companies, thereby strengthening their industrial competitiveness and supporting their entry into the global market.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “While K-content has recently been gaining global attention, domestic content production companies are facing difficulties due to rising production costs,” and added, “Kibo will continue to strengthen its support in cooperation with relevant organizations to expand K-content globally and foster the content industry.”

技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は、国民銀行（銀行長イ・ファンジュ）と文化コンテンツ産業の育成及び市場活性化のための「Ｋ－コンテンツ企業金融支援業務協約」を締結したと１６日（木）明らかにした。
今回の条約は、コンテンツ制作費の増加や企画・開発段階での先制作資金需要拡大などで、資金調達に困難を経験しているコンテンツ企業の金融アローを解消し、コンテンツエコシステム活性化のための金融支援基盤を設けるために推進された。
条約に基づき、起補は国民銀行の保証料支援金10億ウォンを基に500億ウォン規模の保証料支援協約保証を供給し、国民銀行は保証料（1.0％p、最大2年間）を支援する。
支援対象は記事の技術保証支援要件を満たす新技術事業者のうち▲文化コンテンツ制作企業▲先導コンテンツ産業営委企業などだ。
両機関は今回の協約を通じてコンテンツ制作企業の金融費用負担を緩和し、優秀コンテンツ企業の制作活動を支援し、産業競争力強化とグローバル市場進出を裏付ける計画だ。
キム・ジョンホ記報理事長は「最近Kコンテンツが世界的に注目されている中、国内コンテンツ制作企業は製作費の上昇などで困難を経験している」とし、「記事は今後も関連機関と協力してKコンテンツのグローバル拡散とコンテンツ産業の育成のために支援を強化していく」と明らかにした。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé jeudi 16 avoir signé un « accord commercial de soutien financier aux entreprises de contenu coréen » avec la Kookmin Bank (PDG Lee Hwan-joo) afin de favoriser l'industrie du contenu culturel et de revitaliser le marché.
Cet accord a été proposé pour résoudre les difficultés financières rencontrées par les sociétés de production de contenu, qui peinent à obtenir des fonds en raison de l'augmentation des coûts de production et de la demande accrue de financements de préproduction lors des phases de planification et de développement, et pour établir un cadre de soutien financier destiné à revitaliser l'écosystème du contenu.
Selon l'accord, Kibo fournira une garantie d'une valeur de 50 milliards de wons basée sur le fonds de garantie de 1 milliard de wons de la Kookmin Bank, et la Kookmin Bank prendra en charge les frais de garantie (1,0 % p, jusqu'à 2 ans).
