이메일 보안 전문기업 ㈜기원테크(대표 김동철)가 정보보안 기업 ㈜마크애니(대표 최고·최종욱)와 인도네시아 총판 계약을 체결하며 동남아 시장 진출에 박차를 가하고 있다.
기원테크는 지난 10월 14일 인도네시아 자카르타에서 열린 보안 전시회 IndoSec 2025 현장에서 마크애니와 인도네시아 지역 총판 계약을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 국제표준 기반 이메일 통합 보안 솔루션 ‘이지플랫폼(EG-Platform)’의 동남아 시장 확산을 위한 전략적 조치로 평가된다.
양사는 계약 체결 다음 날인 15일, 자카르타 샹그릴라 호텔에서 개최된 ‘마크애니 인도네시아 세미나 2025’에 공동 참가해 제품 및 기술을 소개했다. 기원테크 김충한 부사장은 이날 세미나에서 “금융권 이메일 보안의 국제표준 적용 사례”를 주제로 발표를 진행하며, ITU-T X.1236 국제표준을 준수하는 ‘이지플랫폼’의 보안성과 기술력을 소개했다.
이지플랫폼은 스팸 차단, 발신 보안, 첨부파일 관리 기능을 통합한 이메일 보안 플랫폼으로, OCR(광학문자인식)을 활용해 메일 본문 내 민감 정보 포함 여부를 탐지할 수 있는 기능을 갖췄다. 현재 8종 이상의 개인정보 항목을 식별 가능하며, 독자 개발한 보안 엔진을 통해 다양한 외부 시스템과의 연동성도 확보한 상태다.
기원테크는 이번 계약을 계기로 인도네시아 금융권을 대상으로 한 개념검증(POC)을 시작하며, 향후 현지 산업 전반으로의 기술 확산 가능성도 함께 검토할 계획이다. 마크애니는 총판 계약을 통해 기원테크 솔루션을 현지에 공급하고, 자사 정보보안 제품군과의 시너지를 도모할 예정이다.
마크애니는 1999년 설립된 국내 정보보안 기업으로, DRM, 문서 위변조 방지, AI 영상 분석, CCTV 보안 등 다양한 분야에서 사업을 전개하고 있다. 현재 14개국에 걸쳐 약 3,500여 고객사를 보유하고 있으며, 글로벌 콘텐츠 기업으로부터 인증받은 비가시성 워터마크 기술 등 독자 기술력을 보유하고 있다.

Kiwon Tech signs distribution agreement with MarkAny to target Indonesian market
Email security specialist Kiwon Tech Co., Ltd. (CEO Dong-cheol Kim) is accelerating its entry into the Southeast Asian market by signing a distribution agreement with information security company MarkAny Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Go and Choi Jong-wook) in Indonesia.
On October 14th, at the IndoSec 2025 security exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia, Origin Tech signed a distribution agreement with MarkAny for the Indonesian region. This agreement is seen as a strategic move to expand the reach of "EG-Platform," an integrated email security solution based on international standards, into the Southeast Asian market.
On the 15th, the day after signing the contract, the two companies jointly participated in the 'MarkAny Indonesia Seminar 2025' held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta and introduced their products and technologies. At the seminar, Vice President Kim Chung-han of Kiwon Tech gave a presentation on the topic of "Application of International Standards for Email Security in the Financial Sector," introducing the security and technological prowess of 'Easy Platform', which complies with the ITU-T X.1236 international standard.
Easy Platform is an email security platform that integrates spam blocking, sender security, and attachment management. It utilizes OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to detect sensitive information within emails. Currently, it can identify more than eight types of personal information, and its proprietary security engine ensures integration with various external systems.
With this agreement, Kiwontech plans to initiate a proof-of-concept (POC) for the Indonesian financial sector and explore the potential for technology expansion across local industries. Through this distribution agreement, MarkAny plans to supply Kiwontech solutions locally and seek synergies with its information security product line.
Founded in 1999, MarkAny is a domestic information security company specializing in digital rights management (DRM), document forgery prevention, AI-powered video analysis, and CCTV security. It currently has approximately 3,500 clients across 14 countries and possesses proprietary technologies, including invisible watermarking technology certified by global content companies.
“Through our collaboration with MarkAny, we have established a foundation for entering the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets,” said Dong-cheol Kim, CEO of Kiwon Tech. “By combining the technological prowess and market experience of both companies, we plan to actively respond to the security needs of the Southeast Asian region and continue to provide solutions that fit the global personal information protection environment.”

Actuellement, elle peut identifier plus de huit types d'informations personnelles, et son moteur de sécurité propriétaire garantit l'intégration avec divers systèmes externes.
Grâce à cet accord, Kiwontech prévoit de lancer une étude de faisabilité (POC) pour le secteur financier indonésien et d'explorer le potentiel de déploiement de sa technologie dans les industries locales.
