리걸AI 솔루션 ‘앨리비(allibee)’ 운영사 BHSN(대표 임정근)이 중소벤처기업부 주관 ‘스케일업 팁스’ 프로그램에 선정됐다고 23일 밝혔다.
스케일업 팁스는 민간 투자와 정부 연구개발(R&D) 자금을 연계해 기술 경쟁력이 높은 유망 스타트업을 지원하는 프로그램이다. BHSN은 법령, 판례, 정책 데이터를 학습한 법률 특화 대형언어모델(LLM) ‘앨리비 아스트로(allibee astro)’의 기술력과 아시아 시장 대상 글로벌 비즈니스 확장 역량을 인정받아 최대 3년간 12억 원의 연구개발 자금을 지원받게 됐다.
이번 사업을 통해 BHSN은 앨리비 아스트로의 멀티모달 기능을 강화해 법률 및 정책 문서 내 도표, 도식 등 시각 정보를 정밀 분석할 수 있는 기술 기반을 구축할 계획이다. 또한 ‘앨리비 비즈니스 에이전트’에 멀티 에이전트(Agent to Agent, A2A) 기술을 도입해 능동적으로 사고하고 연계하는 종합형 에이전트로 고도화할 예정이다.
BHSN은 AI 기반 리걸테크 기업으로, 자체 개발한 LLM ‘앨리비 아스트로’를 탑재한 리걸AI 솔루션 ‘앨리비’를 운영 중이다. 해당 솔루션은 계약 관리, 법무 자문·송무, 법령·판례·규제·정책 데이터 분석 등 기업의 법무 관련 의사결정 프로세스를 자동화해 업무 효율성과 정확성을 높이는 것이 특징이다.
임정근 BHSN 대표는 “스케일업 팁스 선정으로 자체 AI 기술력과 글로벌 사업 경쟁력을 공식적으로 인정받았다”며 “기술 고도화와 능동형 에이전트 개발을 통해 반복 업무 자동화에 집중하고, 일본·베트남 등 아시아 중심 글로벌 시장 진출을 확대할 것”이라고 말했다.
