의료 인공지능(AI) 전문기업 제이엘케이(대표 김동민)는 27일 새로운 최고재무책임자(CFO)로 최문기 상무를 영입했다고 밝혔다.
최문기 신임 CFO는 20년 이상 재무, 전략, 경영기획 분야에서 경험을 쌓은 경영 전문가다. SK텔레콤에서는 전사 전략·재무 기획과 경영관리 체계를 구축하며 통신·ICT 산업 내 성장 기반을 마련했으며, SK플래닛에서는 신규 사업 제안과 전략적 투자 관리로 300억원 규모의 투자 재원을 확보하는 등 주요 성과를 달성했다.
또한, 최 CFO는 글로벌 사업 경험도 풍부하다. 인도네시아 법인 전략담당을 맡아 재무 효율화와 사업 구조 개선을 주도하며 손익분기점(BEP) 달성을 견인했고, M&A 관련 업무 경험도 갖춘 것으로 알려졌다.
제이엘케이는 이번 인사를 통해 재무 안정성 강화와 함께 전략적 투자 및 글로벌 사업 확장을 추진할 계획이다. 특히 구독형 모델 공급망 확대 등 회사의 핵심 전략에도 최문기 CFO의 전략 기획 및 자금 조달 역량이 더해져 실행력을 높일 것으로 기대된다.
