고기능성·비건 푸드테크 브랜드 ‘널담(Nuldam)’을 운영하는 ㈜조인앤조인(JOINANDJOIN)은 싱가포르 법인 ‘JOINANDJOIN SG PTE LTD’ 설립을 완료하고 동남아시아 시장 진출을 본격화한다고 밝혔다.
조인앤조인은 이번 싱가포르 법인 설립이 현지 핵심 파트너 및 정부 프로그램의 지원을 기반으로 동남아시아 시장에서의 성장을 가속화하기 위한 전략적 교두보가 될 것이라고 설명했다.
신설 법인은 싱가포르 벤처 스튜디오 ‘Wilt Venture’와의 조인트 벤처(JV) 형태로 설립됐다. 이는 Wilt Venture의 첫 JV이자 조인앤조인의 첫 해외 진출 사례로, Wilt Venture의 운영 경험과 전략이 널담 브랜드의 가치와 결합해 시너지를 낼 것으로 기대된다.
법인 설립과 함께 조인앤조인은 싱가포르 오차드 로드에 ‘널담은 공간(Nuldam Space)’ 1호점을 오픈했다. 해당 매장은 비건 메뉴를 중심으로 한 카페이자, ‘미래로 보내는 편지’ 콘셉트를 접목한 복합 문화 공간으로 운영된다. 방문객은 자신이나 지인에게 1년 뒤 전달되는 편지를 작성할 수 있으며, 감성적 경험을 통해 브랜드 철학을 체험하도록 구성됐다.
매장은 싱가포르 정부가 청소년을 위해 운영하는 지속가능성 건물 ‘Scape’ 내에 위치한다. 조인앤조인은 한국 대표 푸드테크 기업으로 초청받아 입점했다.
이번 입점은 1947년부터 설탕 사업을 영위해 온 ‘쳉유헹(Cheng Yew Heng)’의 계열사이자 식품 스타트업 육성기관인 ‘Innovate360’의 초청으로 이뤄졌다. Innovate360은 조인앤조인의 한국 공장과 매장을 방문해 성장 가능성을 검토한 뒤, 싱가포르 법인에 투자했다.
또한 한국의 임팩트 액셀러레이터 ‘MYSC’도 싱가포르 현지 1호 임팩트 투자사로 참여하며 조인앤조인 싱가포르 법인에 공동 투자했다.
조인앤조인 관계자는 “싱가포르에서 핵심 파트너 및 정부 프로그램과 협력해 동남아시아 시장에서 빠르게 성장할 것”이라며 “이번 진출을 통해 현지 소비자들에게 널담 브랜드와 지속가능한 식품의 가치를 알리는 계기를 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
Nuldam establishes Singapore corporation, "Full-scale expansion into Southeast Asia"
JOINANDJOIN Co., Ltd., which operates the high-functionality, vegan food tech brand 'Nuldam', announced that it has completed the establishment of its Singapore corporation 'JOINANDJOIN SG PTE LTD' and is beginning to advance into the Southeast Asian market in earnest.
Join & Join explained that the establishment of this Singapore corporation will serve as a strategic bridgehead to accelerate growth in the Southeast Asian market, supported by key local partners and government programs.
The new entity was established as a joint venture (JV) with Singaporean venture studio Wilt Venture. This marks Wilt Venture's first JV and Join & Join's first overseas expansion. Wilt Venture's operational experience and strategy, combined with the value of the Neuldam brand, are expected to generate synergy.
Along with its incorporation, Join & Join opened its first "Nuldam Space" on Singapore's Orchard Road. This location is a cafe focused on vegan cuisine and a multi-cultural space incorporating the concept of "letters to the future." Visitors can write letters to themselves or friends, which will be delivered one year later, allowing them to experience the brand's philosophy through an emotional experience.
The store is located within "Scape," a sustainable youth development building operated by the Singapore government. Join & Join was invited to open a space as a leading Korean food tech company.
This launch was made possible at the invitation of Innovate360, a food startup incubator and affiliate of Cheng Yew Heng, a sugar company that has been in the business since 1947. Innovate360 visited Join & Join's Korean factory and stores to assess its growth potential and subsequently invested in the Singaporean subsidiary.
Additionally, Korea's impact accelerator 'MYSC' also participated as the first local impact investor in Singapore and jointly invested in Join & Join Singapore.
“We will rapidly grow in the Southeast Asian market by collaborating with key partners and government programs in Singapore,” said a Join & Join representative. “This entry will provide an opportunity to introduce the Nuldam brand and the value of sustainable food to local consumers.”

JOINANDJOIN Co., Ltd., qui exploite la marque de technologie alimentaire végétalienne haute fonctionnalité « Nuldam », a annoncé avoir finalisé la création de sa société singapourienne « JOINANDJOIN SG PTE LTD » et commencer à s'implanter sérieusement sur le marché de l'Asie du Sud-Est.
Join & Join a expliqué que la création de cette société à Singapour servira de tête de pont stratégique pour accélérer la croissance sur le marché de l'Asie du Sud-Est, avec le soutien de partenaires locaux clés et de programmes gouvernementaux.
La nouvelle entité a été créée sous forme de coentreprise avec le studio de création d'entreprises singapourien Wilt Venture. Ce lancement a été rendu possible grâce à l'invitation d'Innovate360, un incubateur de startups alimentaires et filiale de Cheng Yew Heng, une entreprise sucrière active depuis 1947. Innovate360 a visité l'usine et les magasins coréens de Join & Join pour évaluer son potentiel de croissance et a ensuite investi dans la filiale singapourienne.
Par ailleurs, l'accélérateur d'impact coréen « MYSC » a également participé en tant que premier investisseur à impact local à Singapour et a investi conjointement dans Join & Join Singapore.
