첨단소재 합성 전문기업 한켐은 제136회 대한화학회 학술발표회 및 총회에서 이상조 대표가 ‘화학경영자상’을 수상했다고 29일 밝혔다.
화학경영자상은 국내 소재·화학 관련 기업 최고경영자 중 화학산업 발전과 인재 육성에 기여한 인물을 대상으로 대한화학회가 수여하는 상이다.
이 대표는 유기화학 연구개발 역량을 바탕으로 국내 첨단소재 분야에서 CRO/CDMO(위탁연구·위탁개발생산) 사업을 최초로 상업화한 공로를 인정받아 이번 수상의 영예를 안았다. 그는 원천기술 확보를 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보하고, 국내 화학산업의 신성장 동력을 창출한 점을 높이 평가받았다.
이 대표는 한국화학연구원, 한효과학기술원, 한림제약 등에서 유기합성 기반 연구 경험을 쌓았으며, 1999년 한켐을 설립했다. 한켐은 설립 이후 약 26년간 축적한 합성 노하우를 데이터베이스화하여 신규 물질 발굴 및 합성 시간을 단축하고, 국내 첨단소재 산업의 원가 경쟁력 향상에 기여해왔다.

化学経営者賞は、国内素材・化学関連企業最高経営者のうち化学産業発展と人材育成に寄与した人物を対象に大韓化学会が授与する賞だ。
同代表は有機化学研究開発力量をもとに国内先端素材分野でCRO/CDMO(委託研究・委託開発生産)事業を初めて商業化した功労を認められ、今回の受賞の栄誉を抱いた。彼は源泉技術確保を通じてグローバル競争力を確保し、国内化学産業の新成長動力を創出した点を高く評価された。
李代表は韓国化学研究院、ハン・ヒョ科学技術院、ハンリム製薬などで有機合成基盤の研究経験を積み、1999年ハンケムを設立した。ハンケムは設立以来約26年間蓄積した合成ノウハウをデータベース化し、新規物質の発掘及び合成時間を短縮し、国内先端素材産業のコスト競争力向上に寄与してきた。

Hanchem, une société spécialisée dans la synthèse de matériaux avancés, a annoncé le 29 que son PDG Lee Sang-jo avait reçu le « Chemical Management Award » lors de la 136e conférence académique et assemblée générale de la Korean Chemical Society.
Le prix de gestion chimique est décerné par la Société coréenne de chimie au PDG d'une entreprise nationale de matériaux et de produits chimiques qui a contribué au développement de l'industrie chimique et au développement des talents.
Ce PDG a reçu ce prix prestigieux en reconnaissance de sa contribution à la commercialisation de la première entreprise CRO/CDMO (organisme de recherche sous contrat/organisme de développement et de fabrication sous contrat) du secteur des matériaux avancés en Chine, grâce à son expertise en R&D en chimie organique. Il a été particulièrement félicité pour avoir sécurisé des technologies clés, assuré la compétitivité mondiale et créé de nouveaux moteurs de croissance pour l'industrie chimique chinoise.
Ce PDG a acquis une expérience en recherche sur la synthèse organique au Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology, au Hanhyo Institute of Science and Technology et chez Hanlim Pharmaceutical, avant de fonder Hanchem en 1999. Depuis sa création, Hanchem a constitué une base de données de savoir-faire en synthèse accumulée au cours des 26 dernières années, contribuant ainsi à la découverte de nouveaux matériaux, à la réduction des temps de synthèse et à l'amélioration de la compétitivité des coûts de l'industrie nationale des matériaux avancés.
Hanchem, qui a adopté la « confiance client » comme philosophie de gestion, s'est efforcé de renforcer l'indépendance technologique de l'industrie chimique nationale en appliquant les nouvelles technologies de chimie organique aux environnements industriels. Récemment, la société a élargi son portefeuille d'activités de matériaux avancés au-delà de l'OLED pour inclure divers secteurs industriels tels que les semi-conducteurs, les catalyseurs, la biotechnologie et la défense, et a développé des dizaines de nouveaux matériaux de production de masse et pilotes au cours du premier semestre de cette année.
