서울에너지공사(사장 황보연)가 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 제정한 부패방지경영시스템 국제표준 ISO 37001 인증을 취득했다.
중소벤처기업인증원(원장 엄진엽, KOSRE)은 28일 서울에너지공사에서 인증 수여식을 열고 ISO 37001 인증서를 전달했다고 밝혔다. 수여식에는 엄진엽 원장과 황보연 사장을 비롯해 양 기관 관계자들이 참석했다.
ISO 37001은 조직의 반부패 정책과 실행, 유지, 모니터링 및 개선 활동을 평가해 부패 위험을 체계적으로 관리하고 대응하는 제도를 갖춘 기관에 부여되는 국제 표준이다.
서울에너지공사는 기관장의 부패방지 의지를 기반으로 부패 리스크 92개 항목을 도출·관리하고, 청렴문화 확산을 위한 청렴마일리지 제도를 운영하는 등 부패방지경영체계를 구축해 왔다. 또한 전 직원을 대상으로 한 청렴·부패방지 교육, 서울시와의 협업을 통한 맞춤형 감사 특강, 홈페이지와 그룹웨어 등 다양한 소통채널을 통한 부패방지방침 공유 활동도 지속하고 있다.
황보연 사장은 “이번 ISO 37001 인증은 임직원 모두의 윤리경영 노력이 공식적으로 인정받은 결과”라며 “투명하고 공정한 업무 수행을 통해 시민에게 신뢰받는 윤리적 공기업으로 나아가겠다”고 말했다.
엄진엽 원장은 “서울에너지공사는 기관장의 확고한 청렴 의지와 전 직원의 참여로 ISO 37001을 모범적으로 정착시킨 사례”라며 “이번 인증이 공공부문의 투명하고 책임 있는 경영문화 확산의 전환점이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute (KOSRE, President Jin-yeop Eom) announced on the 28th that it held a certification ceremony at Seoul Energy Corporation and presented the ISO 37001 certification. The ceremony was attended by President Jin-yeop Eom, President Yeon Hwangbo, and representatives from both organizations.
ISO 37001 is an international standard awarded to organizations that have a system to systematically manage and respond to corruption risks by evaluating the organization's anti-corruption policy and implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement activities.
Seoul Energy Corporation has established an anti-corruption management system, based on the CEO's commitment to preventing corruption. This includes identifying and managing 92 corruption risk factors and operating an integrity mileage system to promote a culture of integrity. Furthermore, the company continues to provide integrity and anti-corruption training to all employees, collaborate with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to provide customized audit training, and share its anti-corruption policies through various communication channels, including its website and groupware.
CEO Hwang Bo-yeon said, “This ISO 37001 certification is the result of official recognition of the ethical management efforts of all executives and employees,” and added, “We will move forward as an ethical public corporation trusted by citizens through transparent and fair business practices.”
President Jin-Yeop Eom said, “Seoul Energy Corporation is an exemplary case of establishing ISO 37001 through the firm will of the director to uphold integrity and the participation of all employees,” and added, “I hope that this certification will become a turning point in spreading a transparent and responsible management culture in the public sector.”

中小ベンチャー企業認証院（院長オム・ジンヨプ、ＫＯＳＲＥ）は２８日、ソウルエネルギー公社で認証授与式を開き、ＩＳＯ３７００１証明書を伝達したと明らかにした。授与式にはオム・ジンヨプ院長とファン・ボヨン社長をはじめ、両機関関係者らが参加した。
ISO 37001は、組織の腐敗防止方針と実施、維持、監視、および改善活動を評価し、腐敗リスクを体系的に管理し、対応する制度を持つ機関に付与される国際規格です。
ソウルエネルギー公社は機関長の腐敗防止意志を基盤に腐敗リスク９２項目を導出・管理し、清廉文化拡散のための清安マイレージ制度を運営するなど腐敗防止経営体系を構築してきた。また、全従業員を対象とした清廉・腐敗防止教育、ソウル市とのコラボレーションによるオーダーメード型監査特講、ホームページやグループウェアなど多様なコミュニケーションチャンネルによる腐敗防止方針共有活動も継続している。
ファン・ボヨン社長は「今回のISO 37001認証は、従業員全員の倫理経営努力が公式に認められた結果」とし「透明で公正な業務遂行を通じて市民に信頼される倫理的公企業に進む」と話した。
オム・ジンヨプ院長は「ソウルエネルギー公社は機関長の確固たる清廉意志と全職員の参加でISO 37001を模範的に定着させた事例」とし「今回の認証が公共部門の透明で責任ある経営文化拡散の転換点になることを期待する」と明らかにした。

L'Institut coréen de certification des PME et des startups (KOSRE, présidé par Jin-yeop Eom) a annoncé le 28 avoir organisé une cérémonie de certification à la Seoul Energy Corporation et avoir remis la certification ISO 37001. Le président Jin-yeop Eom, le président Yeon Hwangbo et des représentants des deux organisations ont assisté à la cérémonie.
La norme ISO 37001 est une norme internationale décernée aux organisations qui disposent d'un système permettant de gérer et de répondre systématiquement aux risques de corruption en évaluant leur politique anticorruption ainsi que leurs activités de mise en œuvre, de maintien, de surveillance et d'amélioration.
Seoul Energy Corporation a mis en place un système de gestion anticorruption, conformément à l'engagement de son PDG en matière de prévention de la corruption. Ce système comprend l'identification et la gestion de 92 facteurs de risque de corruption et la mise en œuvre d'un système de primes d'intégrité afin de promouvoir une culture d'intégrité.
