SaaS 플랫폼 전문기업 핑거(대표 안인주)는 NH농협은행(은행장 강태영), 삼일회계법인(금융부문대표 이승호)과 중소기업의 경영지원 및 금융 접근성 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 31일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 중소기업이 겪는 회계·세무·자금관리 등의 업무를 통합적으로 지원하기 위해 세 기업의 전문 역량과 네트워크를 결합, 중소기업의 경영 효율 향상과 디지털 전환을 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.
협약에 따라 세 기업은 ▲중소기업 및 스타트업 대상 통합 경영지원 서비스 제공 ▲핑거 ERP 플랫폼 ‘파로스·스텔라’에 농협은행 임베디드 뱅킹 기능 구축 ▲신규 고객 확보와 혜택 확대를 위한 공동 마케팅 등을 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다.
핑거는 삼일회계법인과 공동 개발한 클라우드 ERP ‘파로스’와 ‘스텔라’에 ‘NH임베디드플랫폼’을 연계 구축한다. 이를 통해 기업 고객은 ERP 내에서 계좌 조회, 자금 이체, 급여 이체 등 금융 기능을 별도 설치 없이 바로 이용할 수 있다. 또한 회계·재무·세무는 물론 법률·노무 등 경영 전반에 대한 비대면 자문 서비스도 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다.
핑거 안인주 대표는 “이번 협약은 금융과 비금융 서비스를 융합해 중소기업의 디지털 경영환경 구축에 실질적인 해법을 제공하고 통합 경영 생태계를 구현하는 데 의미가 있다”며 “파로스와 스텔라 ERP를 중심으로 더 많은 기업이 효율적인 디지털 경영환경을 구축할 수 있도록 플랫폼 고도화와 협력을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Finger Signs Business Agreement with NH Nonghyup Bank and Samil Accounting Corporation
Finger (CEO In-joo Ahn), a SaaS platform specialist, announced on the 31st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NH Nonghyup Bank (CEO Tae-young Kang) and Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers (Finance Division Head Seung-ho Lee) to strengthen management support and financial accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This agreement aims to support SMEs' management efficiency and digital transformation by combining the expertise and networks of the three companies to provide integrated support for accounting, tax, and financial management tasks.
According to the agreement, the three companies plan to gradually promote ▲provision of integrated management support services for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups ▲establishment of Nonghyup Bank's embedded banking function in Finger ERP platform 'Paros·Stella' ▲joint marketing to secure new customers and expand benefits.
Finger is integrating the NH Embedded Platform with its cloud ERP systems, Pharos and Stella, jointly developed with Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers. This will allow corporate customers to access financial functions such as account inquiries, fund transfers, and payroll transfers directly within the ERP system, without requiring separate installation. Finger also plans to continuously expand its non-face-to-face advisory services covering accounting, finance, taxation, legal affairs, labor, and other areas of management.
“This agreement is significant in that it provides practical solutions for building a digital management environment for small and medium-sized enterprises by converging financial and non-financial services and implements an integrated management ecosystem,” said An In-ju, CEO of Finger. “We will strengthen cooperation and enhance our platform so that more companies can build efficient digital management environments, centered around Paros and Stella ERP.”

フィンガーは三日会計法人と共同開発したクラウドERP「ファロス」と「ステラ」に「NH埋め込みプラットフォーム」を連携構築する。これにより企業顧客はERP内で口座照会、資金振替、給与振替など金融機能を別途設置せずにすぐに利用できる。また、会計・財務・税務はもちろん、法律・労務など経営全般に対する非対面諮問サービスも継続的に拡大する計画だ。

Finger (PDG In-joo Ahn), spécialiste des plateformes SaaS, a annoncé le 31 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec NH Nonghyup Bank (PDG Tae-young Kang) et Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers (responsable de la division Finance Seung-ho Lee) afin de renforcer le soutien à la gestion et l'accessibilité financière pour les petites et moyennes entreprises.
Cet accord vise à soutenir l'efficacité de la gestion et la transformation numérique des PME en combinant l'expertise et les réseaux des trois entreprises afin de fournir un soutien intégré pour les tâches de comptabilité, de fiscalité et de gestion financière.
Selon l'accord, les trois sociétés prévoient de promouvoir progressivement : ▲ la fourniture de services de soutien à la gestion intégrés pour les petites et moyennes entreprises et les startups ; ▲ la mise en place de la fonction bancaire intégrée de Nonghyup Bank dans la plateforme ERP Finger « Paros·Stella » ; ▲ le marketing conjoint pour fidéliser de nouveaux clients et accroître les bénéfices.
Finger intègre la plateforme NH Embedded à ses systèmes ERP cloud, Pharos et Stella, développés conjointement avec Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers. Les entreprises clientes pourront ainsi accéder directement, au sein du système ERP, à des fonctions financières telles que la consultation de comptes, les virements et les versements de paie, sans installation supplémentaire. Finger prévoit également de développer continuellement ses services de conseil à distance, couvrant la comptabilité, la finance, la fiscalité, le droit, le droit du travail et d'autres domaines de la gestion.
« Cet accord est important car il apporte des solutions concrètes pour la mise en place d'un environnement de gestion numérique adapté aux PME, en combinant services financiers et non financiers et en instaurant un écosystème de gestion intégré », a déclaré An In-ju, PDG de Finger. « Nous allons renforcer notre coopération et améliorer notre plateforme afin de permettre à un plus grand nombre d'entreprises de développer des environnements de gestion numérique performants, basés sur les progiciels de gestion intégrée Paros et Stella. »
