한국핀테크산업협회(회장 이근주, 한패스 대표)와 한국인식산업㈜(대표 이명성)은 11월 5일 핀테크 산업의 안전한 본인확인 환경 조성과 신분증 진위확인 솔루션 확산을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약의 주요 내용은 ▲핀테크 산업 내 신분증 진위확인 솔루션 적용 및 확산 지원 ▲소액해외송금업 회원사 대상 합리적 조건의 솔루션 공급 ▲정부 및 관계기관과의 정책·제도 건의 ▲공동 연구 및 실증사업 추진 등이다.
협약에 따라 한국핀테크산업협회는 회원사의 본인확인 환경 개선과 인증 인프라 고도화를 지원하고, 한국인식산업은 기술력과 운영 경험을 기반으로 솔루션 공급 및 안정성 확보를 담당한다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 신분증 진위확인 솔루션의 산업 확산과 기술 실증, 정책 협력 등 공동사업을 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다. 이를 통해 핀테크 산업의 신뢰 기반을 강화하고 회원사의 서비스 경쟁력 제고를 도모한다.
이근주 협회장은 “핀테크 산업이 성장할수록 본인확인의 신뢰성과 보안성 확보가 중요해지고 있다”며 “이번 협약으로 핀테크 기업들이 합리적인 비용으로 고도화된 신분증 진위확인 시스템을 도입할 수 있게 되어 산업 전반의 신뢰 기반이 한층 강화될 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “협회는 안전하고 효율적인 본인확인 체계 구축을 위해 정책적 지원을 지속할 것”이라며 “회원사와 함께 핀테크 산업의 신뢰 인프라 확산에 적극 나서겠다”고 덧붙였다.
이명성 한국인식산업 대표는 “핀테크 산업의 혁신이 지속되기 위해서는 안전한 본인확인 인프라가 필수적”이라며 “이번 협약을 통해 업계 전반의 신뢰성과 편의성을 높이는 데 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

The Korea Fintech Industry Association (Chairman Lee Geun-joo, CEO of Hanpass) and Korea Recognition Industry Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Myeong-seong) signed a business agreement on November 5 to create a safe identity verification environment for the fintech industry and expand ID verification solutions.
The main contents of this agreement include ▲support for the application and expansion of ID authentication solutions within the fintech industry ▲provision of solutions under reasonable conditions to small-sum overseas remittance business members ▲suggestions on policies and systems with the government and related organizations ▲promotion of joint research and demonstration projects.
Under the agreement, the Korea Fintech Industry Association will support member companies in improving their identity verification environment and enhancing their authentication infrastructure, while the Korea Recognition Industry will be responsible for providing solutions and ensuring stability based on its technological prowess and operational experience.
With this agreement, the two organizations plan to gradually pursue joint projects, including the industrial expansion of ID authentication solutions, technology verification, and policy cooperation. Through these efforts, they aim to strengthen the foundation of trust in the fintech industry and enhance the service competitiveness of member companies.
“As the fintech industry grows, ensuring the reliability and security of identity verification is becoming increasingly important,” said Lee Geun-ju, president of the association. “This agreement will enable fintech companies to introduce advanced identity verification systems at a reasonable cost, which we expect will further strengthen the foundation of trust across the industry.”
He added, “The association will continue to provide policy support to establish a safe and efficient identity verification system,” and “We will actively work with our member companies to expand the trust infrastructure of the fintech industry.”
Lee Myeong-seong, CEO of Korea Recognition Industry, said, “Secure identity verification infrastructure is essential for the continued innovation of the fintech industry,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will contribute to increasing reliability and convenience across the industry.”

イ・グンジュ協会長は「フィンテック産業が成長するほど本人確認の信頼性とセキュリティ性確保が重要になっている」とし「今回の条約でフィンテック企業が合理的な費用で高度化された身分証真偽確認システムを導入できるようになり、産業全般の信頼基盤が一層強化されると期待する」と明らかにした。
続いて「協会は安全で効率的な本人確認体系構築のために政策的支援を継続する」とし「会員社と共にフィンテック産業の信頼インフラ拡散に積極的に乗り出す」と付け加えた。
イ・ミョンソン韓国認識産業代表は「フィンテック産業の革新が持続するためには安全な本人確認インフラが必須」とし「今回の条約を通じて業界全般の信頼性と利便性を高めることに貢献する」と話した。

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie Fintech (Président : Lee Geun-joo, PDG de Hanpass) et Korea Recognition Industry Co., Ltd. (PDG : Lee Myeong-seong) ont signé un accord commercial le 5 novembre afin de créer un environnement sûr de vérification d'identité pour le secteur Fintech et d'étendre les solutions de vérification d'identité.
Les principaux éléments de cet accord comprennent : ▲ le soutien à l’application et à l’expansion des solutions d’authentification d’identité au sein du secteur fintech ; ▲ la fourniture de solutions dans des conditions raisonnables aux membres du secteur des transferts de fonds internationaux de faible montant ; ▲ des suggestions sur les politiques et les systèmes avec le gouvernement et les organisations connexes ; ▲ la promotion de projets conjoints de recherche et de démonstration.
Aux termes de cet accord, la Korea Fintech Industry Association soutiendra ses entreprises membres dans l'amélioration de leur environnement de vérification d'identité et le renforcement de leur infrastructure d'authentification, tandis que la Korea Recognition Industry sera chargée de fournir des solutions et d'assurer la stabilité grâce à son expertise technologique et son expérience opérationnelle.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de mener progressivement des projets communs, notamment le développement industriel des solutions d'authentification d'identité, la vérification technologique et la coopération en matière de politiques publiques. Il a ajouté : « L’association continuera d’apporter son soutien politique afin de mettre en place un système de vérification d’identité sûr et efficace », et « Nous travaillerons activement avec nos entreprises membres pour développer l’infrastructure de confiance du secteur de la fintech. »
Lee Myeong-seong, PDG de Korea Recognition Industry, a déclaré : « Une infrastructure de vérification d'identité sécurisée est essentielle à l'innovation continue du secteur de la fintech », et a ajouté : « Grâce à cet accord, nous contribuerons à accroître la fiabilité et la commodité dans l'ensemble du secteur. »
