코리아스타트업포럼(의장 한상우, 이하 코스포)은 11월 6일 세종특별자치시와 세종상공회의소 간 거브테크(Gov-Tech) 혁신 및 지역 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 세종시 내 창업·벤처기업 성장 지원, 창업 인프라 확충, 민관 협력 네트워크 구축 등을 통해 지역 창업 생태계를 강화하는 것을 목적으로 추진됐다. 지난 6일 세종시 집현동 공동캠퍼스 일대에서 열린 협약식에는 코스포, 세종시, 세종상공회의소가 참석했으며, ▲세종시 창업·벤처기업 발굴 및 육성 ▲창업 지원 프로그램 공동 기획·운영 ▲창업 생태계 정보 공유 및 홍보 협력 ▲오픈이노베이션 촉진 ▲컴업 등 글로벌 진출 기회 확대 등을 통해 지속 가능한 지역 창업 생태계 조성에 합의했다.
아울러 이날 협약식에는 세종시와 협업을 희망하는 코스포 회원사 5곳인 도도한콜라보, 마엇, 부스터랩, 스카이큐브, 윌체어도 참여했다. 이들 기업은 세종시와 창업 지원 및 사업화 촉진을 위한 협력 활동을 추진하고, 혁신 정책과 주요 사업과 연계한 과제를 발굴하며, 창업가와 지역 인재의 지속 성장을 위한 환경 조성에 나설 예정이다.
코스포는 이번 업무협약을 계기로 세종시 창업 생태계 활성화와 회원사 및 지역 창업기업 간 네트워크 강화, 지역 상생과 창업가 중심 공공 혁신 모델 확산을 이어간다는 계획이다. 지난해 전북에서 개최된 ‘비즈니스트립 in 전북’ 사례를 이어 이번 세종 협력도 지역 창업 생태계 지원의 연장선상에 위치한다.
한상우 코스포 의장은 “이번 세종시와의 협력은 스타트업이 공공 혁신의 주체로 자리 잡는 중요한 계기”라며 “앞으로도 지역 혁신기관과의 협력을 확대해 창업가의 도전이 존중받고 지속 가능한 혁신 생태계가 확산될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Cospo Signs Business Agreement with Sejong City and Sejong Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Korea Startup Forum (Chairman Sang-Woo Han, hereinafter referred to as KOSPO) announced on the 10th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sejong Special Self-Governing City and the Sejong Chamber of Commerce and Industry on November 6th to promote Gov-Tech innovation and revitalize the local startup ecosystem.
This agreement aims to strengthen the local startup ecosystem in Sejong City by supporting the growth of startups and venture companies, expanding startup infrastructure, and establishing a public-private partnership network. The signing ceremony, held on the 6th at the joint campus in Jiphyeon-dong, Sejong City, was attended by KOSPO, Sejong City, and the Sejong Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and agreed to create a sustainable local startup ecosystem through ▲discovering and fostering startups and venture companies in Sejong City, ▲jointly planning and operating startup support programs, ▲cooperating on sharing and promoting startup ecosystem information, ▲promoting open innovation, and ▲expanding global expansion opportunities such as ComeUp.
Also participating in the signing ceremony were five COSPO member companies seeking to collaborate with Sejong City: Dodohan Collabo, Maat, Booster Lab, Sky Cube, and Willchair. These companies plan to collaborate with Sejong City to support startups and accelerate commercialization, identify projects aligned with its innovation policies and key projects, and foster an environment conducive to the sustainable growth of entrepreneurs and local talent.
With this business agreement, Cospo plans to continue revitalizing the Sejong City startup ecosystem, strengthening the network between its member companies and local startups, and promoting a model of public innovation centered on regional coexistence and entrepreneurs. Following the success of the "Business Strip in Jeonbuk" event held in Jeonbuk last year, this collaboration in Sejong is an extension of its commitment to supporting the local startup ecosystem.
Han Sang-woo, Chairman of KOSPO, said, “This collaboration with Sejong City is an important opportunity for startups to establish themselves as the main players in public innovation,” and added, “We will continue to expand collaboration with local innovation organizations to ensure that entrepreneurs’ challenges are respected and a sustainable innovation ecosystem is fostered.”

コスポ、世宗市・世宗商工会議所と業務協約締結
コリアスタートアップフォーラム(議長ハン・サンウ、以下コスポ)は11月6日、世宗特別自治市と世宗商工会議所間のGov-Tech革新と地域創業生態系活性化のための業務協約(MOU)を締結したと10日明らかにした。
今回の条約は、世宗市内の創業・ベンチャー企業の成長支援、創業インフラ拡充、民館協力ネットワークの構築などを通じて地域創業生態系を強化することを目的に推進された。去る6日世宗市集賢洞共同キャンパス一帯で開かれた協約式にはコスポ、世宗市、世宗商工会議所が出席し、▲世宗市創業・ベンチャー企業発掘及び育成▲創業支援プログラム共同企画・運営▲創業生態系情報共有及び広報協力を促進生態系の組成に合意した。
また、この日の協約式には世宗市とコラボレーションを希望するコスポ会員社5社であるドドハンコラボ、マオット、ブースターラップ、スカイキューブ、ウィルチェアも参加した。これらの企業は、世宗市と創業支援及び事業化促進のための協力活動を推進し、イノベーション政策と主要事業と連携した課題を発掘し、創業家と地域人材の持続成長のための環境づくりに乗り出す予定だ。
コスポは今回の業務協約を契機に世宗市創業生態系活性化と会員社及び地域創業企業間のネットワーク強化、地域共生と創業家中心の公共イノベーションモデルの拡散を続けていく計画だ。昨年全北で開催された「ビジネスストリップ in 全北」事例を続け、今回の世宗協力も地域創業生態系支援の延長線上に位置する。
ハン・サンウコスポ議長は「今回の世宗市との協力はスタートアップが公共革新の主体として位置づける重要な契機」とし「今後も地域革新機関との協力を拡大し、創業家の挑戦が尊重され、持続可能な革新生態系が広がるように努力する」と話した。

Cospo与世宗市及世宗工商会签署商业协议
韩国创业论坛（会长韩相佑，以下简称KOSPO）于10日宣布，已于11月6日与世宗特别自治市和世宗工商会签署谅解备忘录，以促进政府科技创新，振兴当地创业生态系统。
该协议旨在通过支持初创企业和风险投资公司的发展、拓展初创企业基础设施以及建立公私合作网络，加强世宗市的本地创业生态系统。签约仪式于6日在世宗市智菲洞联合园区举行，韩国创业促进组织（KOSPO）、世宗市政府和世宗市工商会出席了仪式。各方同意通过以下方式打造可持续的本地创业生态系统：▲发掘和培育世宗市的初创企业和风险投资公司；▲共同规划和运营创业支持项目；▲合作共享和推广创业生态系统信息；▲促进开放式创新；以及▲拓展全球拓展机会，例如ComeUp项目。

Cospo signe un accord commercial avec la ville de Sejong et la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Sejong
Le Korea Startup Forum (présidé par Sang-Woo Han, ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 10 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec la ville autonome spéciale de Sejong et la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Sejong le 6 novembre afin de promouvoir l'innovation Gov-Tech et de revitaliser l'écosystème local des startups.
Cet accord vise à renforcer l'écosystème des startups à Sejong en soutenant leur croissance, en développant les infrastructures dédiées et en établissant un réseau de partenariats public-privé. La cérémonie de signature, qui s'est tenue le 6 sur le campus commun de Jiphyeon-dong à Sejong, a réuni KOSPO, la ville de Sejong et la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Sejong. Les parties se sont engagées à créer un écosystème local durable pour les startups en : ▲identifiant et encourageant les startups à Sejong ; ▲planifiant et mettant en œuvre conjointement des programmes de soutien aux startups ; ▲partageant et promouvant l'information sur l'écosystème ; ▲promouvant l'innovation ouverte ; et ▲développant les opportunités d'expansion internationale, notamment grâce à des initiatives comme ComeUp.
Cinq entreprises membres de COSPO, Dodohan Collabo, Maat, Booster Lab, Sky Cube et Willchair, souhaitant collaborer avec la ville de Sejong, ont également participé à la cérémonie de signature. Elles prévoient de travailler avec Sejong pour soutenir les jeunes entreprises et accélérer leur commercialisation, identifier des projets en adéquation avec ses politiques d'innovation et ses projets clés, et favoriser un environnement propice à la croissance durable des entrepreneurs et des talents locaux.
Grâce à cet accord commercial, Cospo entend poursuivre la dynamisation de l'écosystème des startups de Sejong, renforcer le réseau entre ses entreprises membres et les jeunes pousses locales, et promouvoir un modèle d'innovation publique axé sur la coexistence régionale et l'entrepreneuriat. Suite au succès de l'événement « Business Strip in Jeonbuk » organisé à Jeonbuk l'an dernier, cette collaboration à Sejong témoigne de son engagement continu envers le soutien de l'écosystème local des startups.
Han Sang-woo, président de KOSPO, a déclaré : « Cette collaboration avec la ville de Sejong représente une opportunité importante pour les startups de s'imposer comme acteurs majeurs de l'innovation publique », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à développer notre collaboration avec les organismes locaux d'innovation afin de garantir le respect des défis rencontrés par les entrepreneurs et de favoriser un écosystème d'innovation durable. »
