부산디지털자산거래소는 김상민 대표이사가 지난 8일 열린 한국벤처창업학회 ‘2025 추계학술대회’에서 ‘혁신기업가대상’을 수상했다고 10일 밝혔다.
한국벤처창업학회는 매년 벤처창업과 혁신기업 육성에 기여한 기업가 및 기관을 대상으로 ‘창업대상’을 시상하고 있다. 이번 수상은 NH농협은행, 메가스터디그룹, 롯데벤처스, 네오위즈, 한국벤처캐피탈협회 등이 참여한 가운데 진행됐다.
김상민 대표는 국내 최초 4세대 블록체인 기반 디지털자산거래소 ‘비단(Bdan)’을 설립하며 디지털금융 산업의 혁신을 이끈 점을 높이 평가받았다. 비단은 국내 유일의 지방자치단체 주도형 100% 민간자본 실물자산(RWA) 거래소로, 하나은행, 하나증권, NHN클라우드, 아이티센글로벌, 오콘 등 11개 주주사가 참여하고 있다.
김 대표는 부산시의 ‘Target 2026 블록체인 시티 부산’ 프로젝트에서도 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 네이버파이낸셜, 해시드와 협력해 웹3.0 디지털지갑 ‘비단주머니’를 개발 중이며, 고려대학교 정보보호대학원과 공동으로 사이버보안연구소를 설립해 보안기술 고도화를 추진하고 있다.
또한 아시아 6개국 디지털자산거래소 연합체인 ADEA(Asia Digital Exchange Alliance)를 구성해 글로벌 협력체계를 강화하고, 부산 블록체인 규제자유특구 운영위원장 및 부산외국어대학교 석좌교수로도 활동하며 산업 발전과 인재 양성에 기여하고 있다.
이러한 성과를 바탕으로 김 대표는 올해 과학기술정보통신부, 중소벤처기업부 장관상과 동반성장위원회 표창을 수상한 바 있다.
김상민 대표는 “디지털 실물자산 투자 확대를 통해 고수익 금융 기회를 더 많은 개인이 누릴 수 있는 시장을 만들겠다”며 “부산을 세계적인 블록체인·디지털금융 허브로 성장시켜 대한민국의 글로벌 성공 모델을 구축하겠다”고 말했다.

Busan Digital Asset Exchange announced on the 10th that CEO Kim Sang-min received the 'Innovative Entrepreneur Award' at the '2025 Fall Academic Conference' of the Korea Venture Startup Association held on the 8th.
The Korea Venture and Entrepreneurship Association annually presents its "Entrepreneurship Awards" to entrepreneurs and organizations that have contributed to the development of venture startups and innovative companies. This year's awards ceremony was attended by NH Nonghyup Bank, Megastudy Group, Lotte Ventures, Neowiz, and the Korea Venture Capital Association.
CEO Kim Sang-min was highly praised for leading innovation in the digital finance industry by establishing Bdan, Korea's first fourth-generation blockchain-based digital asset exchange. Bdan is Korea's only local government-led, 100% privately funded real asset (RWA) exchange, with 11 shareholders, including Hana Bank, Hana Securities, NHN Cloud, ITcen Global, and Ocon.
CEO Kim is also playing a key role in Busan City's "Target 2026 Blockchain City Busan" project. He is developing the Web 3.0 digital wallet "Silk Pocket" in collaboration with Naver Financial and Hashed, and is also advancing security technology by establishing a cybersecurity research center in collaboration with Korea University's Graduate School of Information Security.
He also strengthened the global cooperative system by forming the Asia Digital Exchange Alliance (ADEA), a consortium of digital asset exchanges in six Asian countries. He also serves as the Chairman of the Busan Blockchain Regulatory Free Zone Steering Committee and a distinguished professor at Busan University of Foreign Studies, contributing to industrial development and talent development.
Based on these achievements, CEO Kim received the Minister of Science and ICT Award and the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award and the Joint Growth Committee Award this year.
CEO Kim Sang-min stated, "By expanding investment in digital real assets, we will create a market where more individuals can enjoy high-yield financial opportunities." He added, "By developing Busan into a global blockchain and digital finance hub, we will establish a global success model for South Korea."

釜山デジタル資産取引所はキム・サンミン代表取締役が8日に開かれた韓国ベンチャー創業学会「2025秋季学術大会」で「革新企業家大賞」を受賞したと10日明らかにした。

金代表は釜山市の「Target 2026ブロックチェーンシティ釜山」プロジェクトでも核心的な役割を果たしている。ネイバーファイナンシャル、ハッシュドと協力してWeb3.0デジタル財布「シルクポケット」を開発中であり、高麗大学情報保護大学院と共同でサイバーセキュリティ研究所を設立してセキュリティ技術の高度化を推進している。
また、アジア6カ国のデジタル資産取引所連合体であるADEA(Asia Digital Exchange Alliance)を構成し、グローバル協力体制を強化し、釜山ブロックチェーン規制自由特区運営委員長および釜山外国語大学の座席教授としても活動し、産業発展と人材養成に貢献している。
こうした成果を基に、金代表は今年科学技術情報通信部、中小ベンチャー企業部長官賞と同伴成長委員会表彰を受賞したことがある。

La plateforme Busan Digital Asset Exchange a annoncé le 10 que son PDG, Kim Sang-min, avait reçu le prix de l'entrepreneur innovant lors de la conférence académique d'automne 2025 de la Korea Venture Startup Association, qui s'est tenue le 8.
L'Association coréenne du capital-risque et de l'entrepreneuriat décerne chaque année ses « Prix de l'entrepreneuriat » aux entrepreneurs et organisations ayant contribué au développement de jeunes entreprises innovantes. Cette année, la cérémonie de remise des prix a réuni NH Nonghyup Bank, Megastudy Group, Lotte Ventures, Neowiz et l'Association coréenne du capital-risque.
Le PDG Kim Sang-min a été salué pour son rôle moteur dans l'innovation du secteur de la finance numérique, notamment grâce à la création de Bdan, la première plateforme d'échange d'actifs numériques de quatrième génération basée sur la blockchain en Corée. Bdan est la seule plateforme d'échange d'actifs réels (RWA) de Corée, entièrement financée par des fonds privés et pilotée par les autorités locales. Elle compte 11 actionnaires, dont Hana Bank, Hana Securities, NHN Cloud, ITcen Global et Ocon.
Le PDG Kim joue également un rôle clé dans le projet « Busan, ville blockchain, objectif 2026 ». Il développe le portefeuille numérique Web 3.0 « Silk Pocket » en collaboration avec Naver Financial et Hashed, et fait progresser les technologies de sécurité en créant un centre de recherche en cybersécurité en partenariat avec l'École supérieure de sécurité de l'information de l'Université de Corée.
Il a également renforcé le système de coopération mondial en créant l'Asia Digital Exchange Alliance (ADEA), un consortium de plateformes d'échange d'actifs numériques dans six pays asiatiques. Il préside également le comité de pilotage de la zone franche réglementaire de la blockchain de Busan et est professeur émérite à l'Université des études étrangères de Busan, contribuant ainsi au développement industriel et à la formation des talents.
Grâce à ces réalisations, le PDG Kim a reçu cette année le prix du ministre des Sciences et des TIC, le prix du ministre des PME et des Startups ainsi que le prix du Comité conjoint pour la croissance.
Le PDG Kim Sang-min a déclaré : « En développant les investissements dans les actifs numériques réels, nous créerons un marché où davantage de personnes pourront bénéficier d'opportunités financières à haut rendement. » Il a ajouté : « En faisant de Busan un pôle mondial de la blockchain et de la finance numérique, nous établirons un modèle de réussite international pour la Corée du Sud. »
