산업 특화 AI(Vertical AI) 기업 마키나락스(대표 윤성호)는 코스닥 기술특례상장을 위한 기술성 평가에서 ‘A, A’ 등급을 획득했다고 11일 밝혔다. 마키나락스는 미래에셋증권을 상장 주관사로 선정하고 2026년 상반기 기업공개(IPO)를 목표로 본격적인 상장 절차에 착수한다.
기술특례상장을 위해서는 한국거래소가 지정한 기술평가기관 두 곳으로부터 A-BBB 이상 등급을 받아야 한다. 마키나락스는 나이스디앤비와 이크레더블 두 기관으로부터 각각 ‘A’ 등급을 획득하며, 산업 특화 AI 기술력과 핵심 플랫폼 ‘런웨이(Runway)’의 시장성과 확장 가능성을 모두 인정받았다.
마키나락스는 제조, 국방 등 고보안 산업 분야에 특화된 AI 솔루션을 개발하는 버티컬 AI 전문 기업으로, 다양한 산업 현장 적용 경험을 통해 100건 이상의 특허를 보유하고 있다.
자체 개발한 AI 플랫폼 ‘런웨이’는 AI 모델 개발부터 운영, 유지보수까지 전 과정을 지원하는 엔드투엔드(End-to-End) AI 운영 솔루션이다.
‘런웨이’는 글로벌 시장조사기관 CB 인사이트(CB Insights)가 발표한 ‘글로벌 MLOps 마켓 맵’에서 ‘AI 개발 플랫폼’ 부문에 선정됐으며, 엔비디아, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 글로벌 기업과 함께 AI 인프라 얼라이언스(AIIA) 주요 멤버로 활동 중이다.
