법무법인 원(대표변호사 윤기원, 이유정) ESG센터(공동센터장 오지헌, 이태경)는 11월 11일 서울 강남대로 랜드마크타워 23층 강의장에서 ‘공공기관 경영평가체계 변화와 대응방안’을 주제로 특별세미나를 개최했다.
세미나는 ESG 공동센터장 오지헌 변호사가 사회를 맡고, 강금실 변호사의 환영사로 시작했다. 첫 번째 세션에서는 이재혁 고려대 경영학과 교수 겸 국제ESG협회 회장이 ‘지속가능성 평가방법과 중대성 이슈’를, 두 번째 세션에서는 최현선 명지대 행정학과 교수가 ‘새 정부 공공기관 거버넌스: 정책 및 평가방향’을 발표했다. 두 발제는 변화된 경영평가 체계와 대응 전략을 심층 분석하며 참석자들로부터 높은 호응을 얻었다.
이어 법무법인 원 인사노무팀 강서영 변호사는 ‘노동법 관점 대응방안’을, 이태경 ESG센터장은 ‘내부통제 관점 대응방안’을 제시하며 실무적 전략을 공유했다. 강 변호사는 산업재해와 노동법 위반이 기관 신뢰와 기관장 책임, 국민 평가에 직결된다며 체계적 점검과 전문가 협력의 필요성을 강조했다. 이 센터장은 안전·AI 등 핵심 영역의 거버넌스 및 내부통제 체계를 통합 관리할 컨트롤타워 구성과 마스터플랜 수립의 중요성을 설명했다.
오지헌 ESG센터장은 “전국 공공기관 실무 담당자들의 높은 참여를 언급하며, 법무법인 원 ESG센터가 앞으로도 공공기관의 ESG 역량 강화를 위한 전문 지원을 지속할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Won Law Firm's ESG Center Hosts Special Seminar on Responding to Changes in Public Institution Management Evaluation
On November 11, Won Law Firm (CEOs Ki-won Yoon and Yu-jeong Lee) and ESG Center (Co-Center Directors Ji-heon Oh and Tae-kyung Lee) held a special seminar on the topic of “Changes in the Public Institution Management Evaluation System and Response Measures” at the 23rd floor lecture hall of Landmark Tower in Gangnam-daero, Seoul.
The seminar was moderated by Attorney Oh Ji-heon, Director of the ESG Joint Center, and began with a welcoming address by Attorney Kang Geum-sil. In the first session, Professor Lee Jae-hyeok of the Department of Business Administration at Korea University and President of the International ESG Association presented on "Sustainability Assessment Methods and Materiality Issues," while Professor Choi Hyun-sun of the Department of Public Administration at Myongji University presented on "New Government Public Institution Governance: Policy and Evaluation Directions." Both presentations provided in-depth analyses of the evolving management evaluation system and response strategies, garnering enthusiastic responses from attendees.
Next, Attorney Kang Seo-young of the Human Resources and Labor Team at Won Law Firm presented "Response Measures from a Labor Law Perspective," while Director Lee Tae-kyung of the ESG Center presented "Response Measures from an Internal Control Perspective," sharing practical strategies. Attorney Kang emphasized the need for systematic inspections and expert collaboration, stating that industrial accidents and labor law violations are directly linked to institutional trust, the responsibility of the institution's head, and public evaluation. Director Lee explained the importance of establishing a control tower and master plan to integrate governance and internal control systems in key areas such as safety and AI.
Ji-Heon Oh, Director of the ESG Center, stated, “Noting the high level of participation from public institution practitioners across the country, Won Law Firm’s ESG Center will continue to provide specialized support to strengthen the ESG capabilities of public institutions.”

元律师事务所ESG中心举办关于应对公共机构管理评估变化的特别研讨会
11月11日，元律师事务所（CEO尹基元、李裕贞）和ESG中心（联席中心主任吴智宪、李泰京）在首尔江南大路地标大厦23楼演讲厅举办了以“公共机构管理评价体系的变化及应对措施”为主题的特别研讨会。
本次研讨会由ESG联合中心主任吴智宪律师主持，姜锦实律师致欢迎辞。在第一场会议中，高丽大学工商管理系教授、国际ESG协会会长李在赫教授就“可持续性评估方法及实质性问题”作了报告；明知大学公共管理系教授崔贤善教授则就“新政府公共机构治理：政策与评估方向”作了报告。两位教授的报告均深入分析了不断发展的管理评估体系及应对策略，赢得了与会者的热烈反响。
接下来，元律师事务所人力资源与劳动团队的姜瑞英律师作了题为“从劳动法角度出发的应对措施”的演讲，而ESG中心主任李泰京则作了题为“从内部控制角度出发的应对措施”的演讲，分享了切实可行的策略。姜律师强调了系统性检查和专家协作的必要性，指出工伤事故和违反劳动法的行为与机构信任度、机构负责人的责任以及公众评价直接相关。李主任则阐述了建立控制塔和总体规划的重要性，以便将治理和内部控制系统整合到安全和人工智能等关键领域。

Le centre ESG du cabinet d'avocats Won organise un séminaire spécial sur la manière de réagir aux changements dans l'évaluation de la gestion des institutions publiques
Le 11 novembre, le cabinet d'avocats Won (PDG Ki-won Yoon et Yu-jeong Lee) et le centre ESG (codirecteurs Ji-heon Oh et Tae-kyung Lee) ont organisé un séminaire spécial sur le thème « Évolutions du système d'évaluation de la gestion des institutions publiques et mesures de réponse » dans l'amphithéâtre du 23e étage de la Landmark Tower à Gangnam-daero, Séoul.
Le séminaire était animé par Maître Oh Ji-heon, directrice du Centre conjoint ESG, et a débuté par un mot de bienvenue de Maître Kang Geum-sil. Lors de la première session, le professeur Lee Jae-hyeok, du département d'administration des affaires de l'Université de Corée et président de l'Association internationale ESG, a présenté une communication intitulée « Méthodes d'évaluation du développement durable et questions de matérialité », tandis que le professeur Choi Hyun-sun, du département d'administration publique de l'Université Myongji, a présenté une communication intitulée « Nouvelle gouvernance des institutions publiques : orientations politiques et d'évaluation ». Ensuite, Me Kang Seo-young, du département Ressources Humaines et Droit du Travail du cabinet Won, a présenté les « Mesures de réponse du point de vue du droit du travail », tandis que Me Lee Tae-kyung, du Centre ESG, a présenté les « Mesures de réponse du point de vue du contrôle interne », en partageant des stratégies concrètes. Me Kang a insisté sur la nécessité d'inspections systématiques et d'une collaboration entre experts, affirmant que les accidents du travail et les violations du droit du travail sont directement liés à la confiance institutionnelle, à la responsabilité du dirigeant et à l'évaluation publique. Me Lee a expliqué l'importance de mettre en place une cellule de pilotage et un plan directeur pour intégrer la gouvernance et les systèmes de contrôle interne dans des domaines clés tels que la sécurité et l'intelligence artificielle.
Ji-Heon Oh, directeur du Centre ESG, a déclaré : « Constatant le niveau élevé de participation des praticiens des institutions publiques à travers le pays, le Centre ESG du cabinet Won Law continuera à fournir un soutien spécialisé pour renforcer les capacités ESG des institutions publiques. »
