코워크위더스가 본엔젤스벤처파트너스와 Alois Ventures로부터 Pre-A 라운드 투자를 성공적으로 유치했다고 13일 밝혔다. 투자 금액은 공개되지 않았다.
코워크위더스는 이번 투자를 통해 AI 기반 인재 매칭 기술 고도화와 외국인의 국내 정착 지원 신규 서비스 개발 등 사업 확장을 추진할 계획이다. 회사는 수년간 축적한 외국인 채용 시장 데이터와 노하우를 기반으로 양질의 외국인 인재풀을 확보하고 있으며, 누적 가입 회원 수는 1년 전 대비 5배 이상 증가했다. IT, 마케팅, 무역 등 다양한 전문성을 가진 인재들이 활동하고 있어 국내 기업이 검증된 글로벌 인재를 쉽게 채용할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 있다.
코워크위더스는 채용 중개를 넘어 금융, 통신, 비자 등 외국인 인재의 국내 체류 전반을 지원하는 통합 서비스로 사업 영역을 확대하고 있다.
이번 투자를 공동 리드한 본엔젤스벤처파트너스 김현확 심사역은 “코워크위더스는 외국인 인재 채용의 새로운 표준을 제시하고 있으며, 인재풀의 질적·양적 성장과 서비스 확장성은 외국인 시장에서 핵심 경쟁력이 될 것”이라고 투자 배경을 설명했다.
김진영 코워크위더스 대표는 “이번 투자를 발판으로 단순 채용 플랫폼을 넘어 대한민국에서 커리어를 꿈꾸는 글로벌 인재에게 가장 신뢰받는 필수 서비스로 성장하겠다”며 “국내외 파트너사와 협력해 서비스 영역을 공격적으로 확장하겠다”고 밝혔다.

CoworkWithers is expanding its business beyond recruitment brokerage to include integrated services that support the entire stay of foreign talent in Korea, including finance, communications, and visas.
Kim Hyun-hwak, a senior analyst at BonAngels Venture Partners who co-led this investment, explained the background of the investment, saying, “CoworkWithers is setting a new standard for recruiting foreign talent, and the qualitative and quantitative growth of its talent pool and the expandability of its services will be its key competitive edge in the foreign market.”
