서진시스템은 11월 19일 삼현, 케이스랩과 ‘AI·로봇 융합 기반 스마트 자율제조 글로벌 얼라이언스 협력’을 위한 3자 전략적 제휴를 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 제휴는 초고하중 자율이동로봇(H-AMR)과 AI 기반 지능형 로봇 기술을 활용해 세계 수준의 스마트 자율제조 생태계를 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다.
서진시스템은 현재 베트남에 30만평 이상의 생산기지를 운영 중이며, 이번 제휴를 통해 해당 공장을 로봇 기술 기반 스마트팩토리로 전환해 생산공정 자동화와 지능화를 추진할 계획이다. AI 기반 관제 시스템과 자율이동로봇 도입 시 생산 효율, 품질 안정성, 공정 속도 등에서 개선 효과가 예상되며, 글로벌 제조 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화하는 계기가 될 전망이다.
3사는 ▲자율이동로봇 사업 협력 및 AI 적용 확대 ▲자율제조 시스템 공동 연구·개발 및 실증 ▲글로벌 수출 및 시장 확장 기반 구축을 공동으로 추진할 예정이다. 공동 워킹그룹을 운영하며 기술 개발과 시장 전략을 구체화하고, 글로벌 제조업 생태계를 선도하는 자율제조 모델을 단계적으로 완성할 계획이다.
서진시스템은 원재료부터 부품, 모듈, 완제품까지 연결되는 End-to-End 수직계열화 제조 체계를 구축하고 있으며, AI 확산과 고성능 하드웨어 수요 증가에 맞춰 다양한 로봇 전문기업과 협업을 확대할 방침이다. 이미 현대로보틱스 산업용 로봇의 다년간 양산 경험을 바탕으로 로봇 산업에서 레퍼런스를 확보하고 있다.
서진시스템 관계자는 “AI 시대 제조는 데이터를 기반으로 스스로 최적화하는 자율제조로 진화하고 있다”며 “이번 제휴를 통해 당사 생산 인프라와 파트너사의 로봇·AI 기술이 결합되면 글로벌 제조 혁신을 선도하는 기업으로 자리매김할 것”이라고 말했다.

Seojin Systems announced on November 19th that it had signed a three-party strategic partnership with Samhyun and Case Labs for a "Global Alliance for Smart Autonomous Manufacturing Based on AI and Robot Convergence." This partnership aims to build a world-class smart autonomous manufacturing ecosystem by leveraging ultra-high-payload autonomous mobile robots (H-AMRs) and AI-based intelligent robotics technology.
Seojin Systems currently operates a production facility in Vietnam spanning over 300,000 pyeong (approximately 100 sq ft). Through this partnership, the company plans to transform the facility into a robotics-based smart factory, further automating and enhancing its production process. The introduction of AI-based control systems and autonomous mobile robots is expected to improve production efficiency, quality stability, and process speed, further strengthening its competitiveness in the global manufacturing market.
The three companies plan to collaborate on autonomous mobile robot projects and expand AI applications, conduct joint research, development, and demonstration of autonomous manufacturing systems, and establish a foundation for global exports and market expansion. They will operate a joint working group to flesh out technology development and market strategies, and gradually develop an autonomous manufacturing model that will lead the global manufacturing ecosystem.
Seojin Systems is building an end-to-end vertically integrated manufacturing system, encompassing raw materials, components, modules, and finished products. In response to the proliferation of AI and the growing demand for high-performance hardware, the company plans to expand collaborations with various robotics companies. It already has a solid track record in the robotics industry, leveraging its years of experience in mass production of Hyundai Robotics industrial robots.

Le 19 novembre, Seojin Systems a annoncé la signature d'un partenariat stratégique tripartite avec Samhyun et Case Labs pour une « Alliance mondiale pour une fabrication autonome intelligente basée sur la convergence de l'IA et de la robotique ». Ce partenariat vise à construire un écosystème de fabrication autonome intelligente de classe mondiale en tirant parti des robots mobiles autonomes à très haute charge utile (H-AMR) et de la technologie de robotique intelligente basée sur l'IA.
Seojin Systems exploite actuellement une usine de production au Vietnam d'une superficie de plus de 300 000 pyeong (environ 100 pieds carrés). Elle bénéficie déjà d'une solide expérience dans le secteur, notamment grâce à ses années d'expertise dans la production en série de robots industriels Hyundai Robotics.
