엘앤에프는 국내 주요 ESG 평가기관으로부터 우수한 평가를 받아 지속가능경영 성과를 인정받았다고 21일 밝혔다.
엘앤에프는 서스틴베스트가 발표한 ‘2025년 하반기 ESG 평가’에서 2년 연속 A등급을 획득했으며, ‘ESG 베스트 컴퍼니 100대 기업’에 선정됐다. 연결자산 2조원 이상 50개 기업을 대상으로 한 종합평가에서도 46위를 기록하며 환경(E), 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 전 분야에서 균형 있는 성과를 보였다.
한국ESG기준원(KCGS) 평가에서는 종합등급 B+를 획득하며 전년 대비 한 단계 상승했다. 사회(S) 부문은 2년 연속 A등급을 유지했고, 지배구조(G) 부문은 C등급에서 B등급으로 상승했다. 환경(E) 부문은 B+등급을 유지했다. 지배구조 등급 상승은 부패방지 계획 수립, ISO 인증 취득, ESG위원회의 중대성 검토 등 체계적 개선 노력의 결과다.
엘앤에프는 양극재 업계 최초로 폐기물 매립 제로(ZWTL) 플래티넘 등급을 3년 연속 달성하며 폐기물 재활용률 100%를 실현했다. 자회사 제이에이치화학공업(JHC)을 통해 원료→양극재→고객→재활용→원료로 이어지는 완전 순환 시스템을 구축하며 자원 순환 경제를 선도하고 있다.
사회적 책임 강화에도 주력하고 있다. 책임 있는 광물 조달 이니셔티브(RMI) 가입, 산업단지 ESG 공급망 파트너십 협약, 지역 환경 정화 및 봉사활동 참여 등을 통해 협력사와 지역사회와의 ESG 동반 성장을 추진하고 있다.
엘앤에프 최수안 대표는 “국내 ESG 평가기관들의 우수 평가와 지배구조 부문 등급 상승, 사회 부문 2년 연속 A등급 유지는 당사의 ESG 경영이 균형 있게 발전하고 있음을 보여준다”며 “앞으로 ESG 경영을 더욱 고도화해 글로벌 공급망 전반의 지속가능한 성장을 이끌겠다”고 말했다.

L&F Earns 'A' Grade in SustainVest ESG Rating for Second Consecutive Year
L&F announced on the 21st that it has received recognition for its sustainable management performance by receiving excellent evaluations from major domestic ESG evaluation agencies.
L&F earned an A grade for two consecutive years in SustainVest's "2025 Second Half ESG Evaluation" and was selected as one of the "100 Best ESG Companies." L&F also ranked 46th in a comprehensive evaluation of 50 companies with consolidated assets of over KRW 2 trillion, demonstrating balanced performance across the areas of environment (E), society (S), and governance (G).
In the Korea ESG Standards Board (KCGS) evaluation, the company achieved an overall grade of B+, rising one level from the previous year. The social (S) category maintained an A grade for the second consecutive year, while the governance (G) category rose from C to B. The environment (E) category maintained a B+ grade. The improved governance rating is the result of systematic improvement efforts, including the establishment of an anti-corruption plan, acquisition of ISO certification, and materiality reviews by the ESG Committee.
L&F has become the first cathode material company to achieve Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) Platinum certification for three consecutive years, achieving a 100% waste recycling rate. Through its subsidiary, JH Chemical Industry (JHC), L&F is leading the way in a circular economy by establishing a complete cycle system linking raw materials, cathode materials, customers, recycling, and then raw materials.
We are also focusing on strengthening our social responsibility. We are pursuing ESG-driven growth with our partners and local communities through activities such as joining the Responsible Minerals Sourcing Initiative (RMI), entering into ESG supply chain partnership agreements with industrial complexes, and participating in local environmental cleanup and volunteer activities.
L&F CEO Choi Soo-an said, “The excellent evaluations from domestic ESG rating agencies, the rise in the governance category, and the maintenance of an A grade in the social category for two consecutive years demonstrate that our ESG management is developing in a balanced manner,” adding, “We will further advance our ESG management and lead sustainable growth across the global supply chain.”

エルアンフは、陽極材業界で初めて廃棄物埋立ゼロ（ZWTL）プラチナグレードを3年連続達成し、廃棄物リサイクル率100％を実現した。子会社のジェイエイチ化学工業（JHC）を通じて原料→陽極材→顧客→リサイクル→原料につながる完全循環システムを構築し、資源循環経済をリードしている。
社会的責任の強化にも注力している。責任ある鉱物調達イニシアチブ（RMI）加入、産業団地ESGサプライチェーンパートナーシップ条約、地域環境浄化および奉仕活動参加などを通じて、協力会社と地域社会とのESG連携成長を推進している。

L&F在SustainVest的“2025年下半年ESG评估”中连续两年获得A级评级，并入选“100家最佳ESG公司”。L&F还在对50家合并资产超过2万亿韩元的公司进行的综合评估中排名第46位，展现了其在环境（E）、社会（S）和治理（G）三个领域均衡的表现。
在韩国环境、社会及治理标准（KCGS）评估中，该公司整体评级为B+，较上年提升一级。社会（S）类别连续第二年保持A级，公司治理（G）类别由C级提升至B级，环境（E）类别保持B+级。公司治理评级的提升得益于一系列系统性的改进措施，包括制定反腐败计划、获得ISO认证以及ESG委员会开展实质性审查。
L&F 已成为首家连续三年获得“零废弃物填埋”（ZWTL）铂金级认证的正极材料公司，实现了100%的废弃物回收率。L&F 通过其子公司 JH Chemical Industry (JHC) 构建了完整的循环体系，将原材料、正极材料、客户、回收利用和原材料再次连接起来，引领着循环经济的发展。

L&F obtient la note « A » au classement ESG de SustainVest pour la deuxième année consécutive
L&F a annoncé le 21 avoir été reconnue pour ses performances en matière de gestion durable en obtenant d'excellentes évaluations de la part des principaux organismes nationaux d'évaluation ESG.
L&F a obtenu la note A pendant deux années consécutives dans l'« Évaluation ESG du second semestre 2025 » de SustainVest et a été sélectionnée comme l'une des « 100 meilleures entreprises ESG ». L&F s'est également classée 46e dans une évaluation complète de 50 entreprises dont les actifs consolidés dépassent 2 000 milliards de KRW, démontrant une performance équilibrée dans les domaines de l'environnement (E), de la société (S) et de la gouvernance (G).
Lors de l'évaluation du Korea ESG Standards Board (KCGS), l'entreprise a obtenu la note globale B+, progressant d'un niveau par rapport à l'année précédente. La catégorie sociale (S) a conservé la note A pour la deuxième année consécutive, tandis que la catégorie de gouvernance (G) est passée de C à B. La catégorie environnementale (E) a maintenu la note B+. Cette amélioration de la gouvernance est le fruit d'efforts d'amélioration systématiques, notamment la mise en place d'un plan anticorruption, l'obtention de la certification ISO et des analyses de matérialité réalisées par le Comité ESG.
L&F est la première entreprise de matériaux cathodiques à obtenir la certification Platine ZWTL (Zero Waste to Landfill) pendant trois années consécutives, atteignant un taux de recyclage des déchets de 100 %. Par l'intermédiaire de sa filiale JH Chemical Industry (JHC), L&F ouvre la voie à une économie circulaire en mettant en place un système de cycle complet reliant les matières premières, les matériaux cathodiques, les clients, le recyclage, puis de nouveau les matières premières.
