와탭랩스(대표 이동인)는 21일 ‘와탭 옵저브 서밋 2025’에서 AI 시대의 새로운 IT 운영 패러다임과 차세대 옵저버빌리티 기술을 공개하고 주요 고객 사례를 발표했다.
행사는 ‘옵저버빌리티 AI, 새로운 IT 운영의 미래를 열다’를 주제로 진행되었으며, 와탭랩스의 고객사, 파트너사, IT 업계 실무자 등 약 500명이 참석했다.
기조연설에서 김성조 CTO는 지난 10년간 기술 혁신 여정을 돌아보며 ‘AI 네이티브 옵저버빌리티(AI-native Observability)’를 향후 10년 핵심 비전으로 제시했다. 김 CTO는 AI 시대에는 개발과 운영 방식을 재편하는 AI 기반 설명, 해석, 예측 기능이 필수적이며, 이를 위해 데이터 레이크 기반 AI 레디 옵저버빌리티 코어 플랫폼 ‘옵스레이크(OpsLake)’를 통해 ‘AI를 위한 옵저버빌리티’와 ‘옵저버빌리티를 위한 AI’를 구현하겠다고 밝혔다.
와탭랩스는 AI 인프라 모니터링, AI 기반 운영 자동화(AIOps), 오픈 메트릭 통합 세 가지 분야에 집중한다. GPU 자원 모니터링과 최적화를 통해 모델 학습·개발·운영 효율을 높이고, AI 기반 이상 탐지, 자동 리포트, 챗봇 지원 등 운영 자동화를 단계적으로 고도화하며, 데이터를 표준화·구조화해 AI가 즉시 활용할 수 있는 오픈 메트릭 통합 구조를 구축하고 있다.
임성현 AWS 프로페셔널 서비스 매니저는 비즈니스 옵저버빌리티 관점을 제시하며, 기술 지표 중심 모니터링을 넘어 장애가 비즈니스에 미치는 손실을 정량화하고 유기적으로 분석하는 체계가 필요하다고 설명했다. 또한 AI 기반 대시보드와 구조화된 로깅, 풍부한 매트릭 수집이 향후 필수 인프라로 자리 잡을 것이라고 강조했다.
트랙 세션에서는 GPU·AI, 테크, 비즈니스 세 가지 주제로 와탭랩스 기술 전문가와 카카오, 문피아, 마이크로소프트, 메가존클라우드 등 고객사와 파트너사가 참여해 실제 적용 사례와 인사이트를 공유했다.
와탭랩스는 올해 가트너 ‘2025년 인프라 모니터링 도구 마켓 가이드’에서 국내 기업 중 유일하게 대표 기업으로 선정되었으며, AI 네이티브 옵저버빌리티 구현을 위해 GPU 모니터링 서비스와 AI 챗봇 베타 버전을 공개하고, 최근 오픈 메트릭 대시보드 기능을 도입했다. 현재 국내외 1,200여 고객사를 확보하고 있으며, 올해 방콕 리전을 개설하는 등 글로벌 시장으로 사업 영역을 확장하고 있다.

Wattab Labs Presents AI-Native Observability Vision at Wattab Observe Summit 2025
Wattab Labs (CEO Dong-in Lee) unveiled a new IT operation paradigm for the AI era and next-generation observability technology at the 'Wattab Observe Summit 2025' on the 21st, and announced major customer cases.
The event was held under the theme of "Observability AI, Opening the Future of New IT Operations," and was attended by approximately 500 people, including Wattab Labs' customers, partners, and IT industry professionals.
In his keynote speech, CTO Kim Seong-jo looked back on the technological innovation journey of the past 10 years and presented 'AI-native Observability' as the core vision for the next 10 years. CTO Kim stated that in the AI era, AI-based explanation, interpretation, and prediction functions that will reorganize development and operation methods are essential, and to this end, he announced that 'OpsLake', an AI-ready observability core platform based on a data lake, will be used to implement 'Observability for AI' and 'AI for observability'.
Wattab Labs focuses on three areas: AI infrastructure monitoring, AI-based operational automation (AIOps), and open metrics integration. Through GPU resource monitoring and optimization, the company is enhancing model learning, development, and operational efficiency. It is also gradually advancing operational automation, including AI-based anomaly detection, automated reporting, and chatbot support. Furthermore, it is standardizing and structuring data to build an open metrics integration architecture that AI can immediately leverage.
Seonghyun Lim, AWS Professional Services Manager, presented a business observability perspective, explaining that beyond technical metrics-focused monitoring, a system is needed to quantify and organically analyze the impact of disruptions on the business. He also emphasized that AI-based dashboards, structured logging, and rich metrics collection will become essential infrastructure in the future.
In the track session, Wattab Labs technology experts and clients and partners such as Kakao, Moonpia, Microsoft, and Megazone Cloud participated in three topics: GPU·AI, tech, and business, sharing practical application cases and insights.
Wattab Labs was the only Korean company selected as a representative in Gartner's "2025 Market Guide for Infrastructure Monitoring Tools." To implement AI-native observability, the company released a GPU monitoring service and a beta version of its AI chatbot. It also recently introduced an open metrics dashboard feature. Currently, the company has over 1,200 domestic and international customers and is expanding its business into the global market, opening a Bangkok region this year.
CEO Lee Dong-in said, “As AI redefines the development and operation paradigm, the role of observability has emerged as a key growth engine in the AI era.” He added, “The next 10 years will be the era of AI-native observability led by Wattab Labs, and we will strengthen our role as an AI operation partner that supports customer business growth.”

在主题演讲中，首席技术官金成祖回顾了过去十年的技术创新历程，并将“AI原生可观测性”作为未来十年的核心愿景。金成祖指出，在人工智能时代，基于人工智能的解释、解读和预测功能至关重要，它们将重塑开发和运营方式。为此，他宣布将基于数据湖的AI就绪型可观测性核心平台“OpsLake”用于实现“面向人工智能的可观测性”和“面向可观测性的人工智能”。
Wattab Labs专注于三大领域：人工智能基础设施监控、基于人工智能的运维自动化（AIOps）以及开放指标集成。通过GPU资源监控和优化，该公司正在提升模型学习、开发和运维效率。同时，它也在逐步推进运维自动化，包括基于人工智能的异常检测、自动报告和聊天机器人支持。此外，该公司还在对数据进行标准化和结构化处理，以构建人工智能可以立即利用的开放指标集成架构。

Wattab Labs (PDG Dong-in Lee) a dévoilé un nouveau paradigme d'exploitation informatique pour l'ère de l'IA et une technologie d'observabilité de nouvelle génération lors du « Wattab Observe Summit 2025 » le 21, et a annoncé d'importants cas clients.
L'événement s'est tenu sous le thème « L'IA d'observabilité : ouvrir l'avenir des nouvelles opérations informatiques » et a réuni environ 500 personnes, dont des clients, des partenaires et des professionnels du secteur informatique de Wattab Labs.
Dans son discours d'ouverture, le directeur technique Kim Seong-jo a retracé le parcours d'innovation technologique des dix dernières années et a présenté « l'observabilité native de l'IA » comme vision centrale pour les dix prochaines années. Il a affirmé qu'à l'ère de l'IA, les fonctions d'explication, d'interprétation et de prédiction basées sur l'IA, qui vont restructurer les méthodes de développement et d'exploitation, sont essentielles. Seonghyun Lim, responsable des services professionnels AWS, a présenté une perspective d'observabilité métier, expliquant qu'au-delà de la surveillance axée sur les indicateurs techniques, un système est nécessaire pour quantifier et analyser de manière organique l'impact des perturbations sur l'activité. Il a également souligné que les tableaux de bord basés sur l'IA, la journalisation structurée et la collecte de données détaillées deviendront des infrastructures essentielles à l'avenir.
Lors de cette session thématique, les experts technologiques de Wattab Labs ainsi que des clients et partenaires tels que Kakao, Moonpia, Microsoft et Megazone Cloud ont participé à des discussions sur trois sujets : GPU·AI, technologie et affaires, en partageant des cas d’application pratiques et des points de vue.
Wattab Labs est la seule entreprise coréenne sélectionnée pour représenter la Corée dans le guide Gartner « Market Guide for Infrastructure Monitoring Tools 2025 ». Afin de mettre en œuvre une observabilité native basée sur l'IA, la société a lancé un service de surveillance GPU et une version bêta de son chatbot IA.
