기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 21일(금) 지식재산공제 가입기업 2만 개사를 달성했다고 밝혔다. 이날 기보는 서울사무소에서 2만 번째 가입기업인 ‘㈜세상을바꾸는사람들(대표이사 김진우)’에 공제가입증서를 전달하는 증정식을 개최했다.
이번 행사는 지식재산공제사업의 성과를 대내외적으로 공유하고, 고객 참여를 통한 공제사업 인지도 제고 및 신규가입 확대를 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.
기보의 지식재산공제는 중소기업 등 가입자가 국내외 특허출원이나 분쟁 대응 등으로 일시에 큰 자금이 필요할 때 납부한 부금의 최대 5배까지 대출을 지원해 기술보호와 지식재산(IP) 경쟁력 강화를 돕는 제도다.
2만 번째 가입기업인 ㈜세상을바꾸는사람들은 경기도 안양에 위치한 AI 기반 전기차 충전시스템 전문기업으로, 김진우 대표이사는 “지식재산 분쟁 등 예기치 못한 경영 리스크에 대비하기 위해 가입했다”며, “향후 법률자문, 특허 우선심사 신청료 지원 등 다양한 부가서비스도 활용할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
박주선 기보 전무이사는 “지식재산공제가 출범 6년 만에 가입기업 2만 개사 달성이라는 의미있는 이정표를 세웠다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 중소기업의 IP 확보와 기술경쟁력 강화를 위해 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보가 2019년 8월 지식재산처와 함께 국내 최초로 도입한 지식재산공제사업은 2025년 10월까지 2만여 개 기업이 가입하고, 공제부금도 2698억 원 규모로 확대되며 성장세를 이어가고 있다. 지식재산공제사업은 가입기업에 ▲부금이자율 적용(2.75%p) ▲보증료 추가 감면(0.2%p↓) ▲지식재산비용 대출 ▲긴급 대출지원 ▲무료 자문서비스 등 다양한 혜택을 제공하고 있어 중소기업의 IP 기반 성장을 위한 실질적인 지원제도로 활용되고 있다.

Kibo reaches 20,000 companies enrolled in the Intellectual Property Insurance Program.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as "KIBO") announced on Friday, the 21st, that it had reached 20,000 companies enrolled in its intellectual property insurance program. On that day, KIBO held a ceremony at its Seoul office to present a certificate of enrollment to the 20,000th company, "People Who Change the World Co., Ltd." (CEO Kim Jin-woo).

KIBO's Intellectual Property Insurance is a system that helps protect technology and strengthen intellectual property (IP) competitiveness by providing loans of up to five times the premium paid by subscribers such as small and medium-sized enterprises when they need large amounts of money at once for domestic and international patent applications or dispute response.
The 20,000th company to join, People Who Change the World Co., Ltd., is an AI-based electric vehicle charging system specialist located in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do. CEO Jinwoo Kim stated, “We joined to prepare for unexpected management risks such as intellectual property disputes,” and “We also plan to utilize various additional services in the future, such as legal advice and support for patent priority examination application fees.”
Park Joo-sun, Executive Director of the Korea Intellectual Property Insurance Corporation, said, “The Intellectual Property Insurance Corporation has reached a meaningful milestone of 20,000 companies signing up in just six years since its launch,” and added, “Kibo will continue to actively support small and medium-sized enterprises in securing IP and strengthening their technological competitiveness.”
Meanwhile, the Intellectual Property Deduction Program, first introduced in Korea by KIBO in collaboration with the Ministry of Intellectual Property in August 2019, continues to grow, with over 20,000 companies enrolled and the deduction fund expected to expand to KRW 269.8 billion by October 2025. The program offers various benefits to participating companies, including: ▲ application of a premium interest rate (2.75 percentage points), ▲ additional guarantee fee reduction (0.2 percentage points), ▲ intellectual property cost loans, ▲ emergency loan support, and ▲ free consulting services. It is being utilized as a practical support system for IP-based growth of SMEs.

ギボ、知的財産控除加入企業2万社を達成
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「起報」）は２１日（金）、知識財産控除加入企業２万社を達成したと明らかにした。この日ギボはソウル事務所で2万番目の加入企業である「(株)世界を変える人々(代表取締役キム・ジンウ)」に控除加入証書を伝達する贈呈式を開催した。
今回の行事は知識財産共済事業の成果を対内外的に共有し、顧客参加による共済事業認知度の向上及び新規加入拡大を図るために設けられた。
棋保の知的財産控除は、中小企業など加入者が国内外の特許出願や紛争対応などで一時に大きな資金が必要なときに納付した負金の最大５倍まで融資を支援し、技術保護と知識財産（ＩＰ）競争力強化を助ける制度だ。
2万番目の加入企業である(株)世界を変える人々は京畿道安養(キョンギド)安養に位置するAI基盤電気自動車充電システム専門企業で、キム・ジヌ代表取締役は「知識財産紛争など予期せぬ経営リスクに備えて加入した」とし、「今後法律諮問、特許優先審査申請料支援など多様な付加価値」。
パク・ジュソン棋保専務理事は「知的財産控除が発足6年ぶりに加入企業2万社の達成という意味のあるマイルストーンを立てた」とし、「起報は今後も中小企業のIP確保と技術競争力強化のために積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

韩国科技金融公司（KIBO）（董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于21日（星期五）宣布，其知识产权保险计划的参保企业已达2万家。当天，KIBO在其首尔办事处举行仪式，向第2万家参保企业“改变世界的人们有限公司”（CEO金镇宇）颁发了参保证书。
本次活动旨在向内部和外部分享知识产权保险项目的成果，并通过客户参与提高人们对该项目的认识并扩大新的订阅量。
KIBO 的知识产权保险系统通过向中小企业等投保人提供高达其所缴保费五倍的贷款，帮助保护技术和增强知识产权竞争力。当中小企业需要一次性支付大量资金用于国内和国际专利申请或争议应对时，KIBO 会提供贷款。
第20000家加入该平台的公司是位于京畿道安阳市的“改变世界的人们有限公司”（People Who Change the World Co., Ltd.），这是一家专注于人工智能电动汽车充电系统的公司。首席执行官金镇宇（Jinwoo Kim）表示：“我们加入该平台是为了应对诸如知识产权纠纷等意外的管理风险”，并且“我们还计划在未来利用该平台提供的各种其他服务，例如法律咨询和专利优先权审查申请费用方面的支持。”

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) (dont le président est Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé vendredi 21 avoir atteint le cap des 20 000 entreprises inscrites à son programme d’assurance de la propriété intellectuelle. Ce jour-là, KIBO a organisé une cérémonie dans ses bureaux de Séoul pour remettre un certificat d’inscription à la 20 000e entreprise, « People Who Change the World Co., Ltd. » (dont le PDG est Kim Jin-woo).
Cet événement a été organisé pour partager en interne et en externe les réalisations du projet d'assurance de la propriété intellectuelle, et pour promouvoir la connaissance du projet et développer de nouvelles souscriptions grâce à la participation des clients.
L'assurance de propriété intellectuelle de KIBO est un système qui contribue à protéger la technologie et à renforcer la compétitivité en matière de propriété intellectuelle (PI) en accordant des prêts pouvant atteindre cinq fois la prime payée par les souscripteurs, tels que les petites et moyennes entreprises, lorsqu'ils ont besoin de sommes importantes en une seule fois pour des demandes de brevets nationaux et internationaux ou pour répondre à des litiges.
La 20 000e entreprise à rejoindre le programme, People Who Change the World Co., Ltd., est une société spécialisée dans les systèmes de recharge pour véhicules électriques basés sur l’intelligence artificielle, située à Anyang, dans la province de Gyeonggi. Son PDG, Jinwoo Kim, a déclaré : « Nous avons rejoint le programme afin de nous prémunir contre les risques de gestion imprévus, tels que les litiges en matière de propriété intellectuelle. » Il a ajouté : « Nous prévoyons également d’utiliser divers services complémentaires à l’avenir, comme des conseils juridiques et une aide pour les frais de dépôt des demandes d’examen de priorité de brevet. »

Parallèlement, le Programme de déduction fiscale pour la propriété intellectuelle, lancé en Corée par KIBO en collaboration avec le ministère de la Propriété intellectuelle en août 2019, poursuit son développement. Plus de 20 000 entreprises y participent et le fonds de déduction devrait atteindre 269,8 milliards de wons coréens d’ici octobre 2025. Ce programme offre divers avantages aux entreprises participantes, notamment : un taux d’intérêt majoré (2,75 points de pourcentage), une réduction supplémentaire des frais de garantie (0,2 point de pourcentage), des prêts pour couvrir les coûts liés à la propriété intellectuelle, une aide financière d’urgence et des services de conseil gratuits. Il constitue un dispositif de soutien concret à la croissance des PME fondée sur la propriété intellectuelle.
