자동차 리스·렌트 혁신 플랫폼 ‘차즘’을 운영하는 디자인앤프랙티스는 금융위원회가 발표한 ‘K-핀테크 30’ 3차 모집에서 설립 1년차 이하 신생 기업으로는 최초이자 유일한 핀테크 기업으로 선정됐다고 27일 밝혔다.
디자인앤프랙티스는 2024년 5월 설립된 모빌리티핀테크 기업으로, 같은 시기에 자동차 리스·렌트 플랫폼 ‘차즘’을 출시했다. 차즘은 출시 1년 반 만에 누적 회원 30만 명, 누적 거래액 1,180억 원을 기록하며 빠른 성장세를 보이고 있다.
‘K-핀테크 30’은 국내 핀테크 산업의 혁신 기업을 발굴·지원하는 사업으로, 2023년부터 매년 10개 기업을 선정해왔다. 차즘은 자동차 금융 시장의 불투명한 수수료 관행과 복잡한 계약 과정을 AI 분석 리포트 시스템 및 표준화된 비대면 중개 프로세스로 개선한 기술력과 전문성을 인정받아 이번에 선정됐다.
디자인앤프랙티스는 이번 선정을 통해 정책자금 연계, 투자유치 및 IR 기회 확대, 금융규제 샌드박스 참여, 전문 컨설팅, 해외시장 진출 등 다양한 지원을 받게 된다.
정상연 대표는 “차즘이 자동차 금융 시장의 비대칭 구조를 빠르게 해소한 성과가 이번 선정으로 이어졌다”며 “자동차는 고가 소비재인 만큼 투명하고 공정한 생태계를 만들기 위해 산업 파트너들과 협력을 지속하겠다”고 말했다.
Design & Practice Selected as One of the "K-Fintech 30"
Design & Practice, which operates the automobile leasing and rental innovation platform 'Chazm', announced on the 27th that it was selected as the first and only fintech company established less than one year ago in the third round of 'K-Fintech 30' recruitment announced by the Financial Services Commission.
Design & Practice, a mobility fintech company founded in May 2024, launched the car leasing and rental platform "Chasm" around the same time. Chasm has been growing rapidly, reaching 300,000 members and KRW 118 billion in cumulative transactions in just a year and a half since its launch.
"K-Fintech 30" is a program that discovers and supports innovative companies in the domestic fintech industry. Since 2023, 10 companies have been selected annually. Chazm was selected in recognition of its technological prowess and expertise in improving the opaque fee practices and complex contract processes in the auto finance market through an AI analysis reporting system and standardized, non-face-to-face brokerage process.
Through this selection, Design & Practice will receive various support, including access to policy funding, expanded investment attraction and IR opportunities, participation in the financial regulatory sandbox, expert consulting, and overseas market entry.
CEO Jeong Sang-yeon said, “Chazm’s rapid resolution of the asymmetrical structure of the automobile financing market led to this selection,” and added, “As automobiles are high-priced consumer goods, we will continue to collaborate with industry partners to create a transparent and fair ecosystem.”

自動車リース・レントイノベーションプラットフォーム「チャズム」を運営するデザインアンドプラクティスは、金融委員会が発表した「Ｋ－フィンテック３０」３次募集で設立１年目以下の新生企業として初めて唯一のフィンテック企業に選ばれたと２７日明らかにした。
デザイン＆プラクティスは2024年5月に設立されたモビリティピンテック企業で、同時期に自動車リース・レントプラットフォーム「チャズム」を発売した。チャズムは発売1年半ぶりに累積会員30万人、累積取引額1,180億ウォンを記録し、急成長を見せている。
「K-フィンテック30」は国内のフィンテック産業の革新企業を発掘・支援する事業で、2023年から毎年10社を選定してきた。チャズムは自動車金融市場の不透明な手数料慣行と複雑な契約過程をAI分析レポートシステムと標準化された非対面仲介プロセスで改善した技術力と専門性を認められ、今回選ばれた。
デザイン＆プラクティスは今回の選定を通じて政策資金連携、投資誘致及びIR機会拡大、金融規制サンドボックス参加、専門コンサルティング、海外市場進出など多様な支援を受けることになる。
首脳連代表は「チャムが自動車金融市場の非対称構造を素早く解消した成果が今回の選定につながった」とし「自動車は高価消費財であるだけに透明で公正な生態系を作るために産業パートナーと協力を持続する」と話した。

Design & Practice 是一家成立于 2024 年 5 月的出行金融科技公司，几乎在同一时间推出了汽车租赁平台“Chasm”。Chasm 发展迅猛，上线仅一年半时间，会员人数就已达到 30 万，累计交易额达 1180 亿韩元。
“K-Fintech 30”是一项旨在发掘和扶持韩国国内金融科技行业创新型企业的计划。自2023年起，该计划每年遴选10家企业。Chazm凭借其卓越的技术实力和专业知识入选，该公司通过人工智能分析报告系统和标准化的非面对面经纪流程，有效改善了汽车金融市场不透明的收费模式和复杂的合同流程。
通过此次入选，Design & Practice 将获得各种支持，包括获得政策资金、扩大投资吸引力和投资者关系机会、参与金融监管沙盒、专家咨询和海外市场准入。

Design & Practice, qui exploite la plateforme innovante de leasing et de location automobile « Chazm », a annoncé le 27 avoir été sélectionnée comme la première et la seule entreprise fintech créée il y a moins d'un an dans le cadre du troisième cycle de recrutement « K-Fintech 30 » annoncé par la Commission des services financiers.
Design & Practice, une fintech spécialisée dans la mobilité et fondée en mai 2024, a lancé à peu près au même moment la plateforme de leasing automobile « Chasm ». Chasm a connu une croissance fulgurante, atteignant 300 000 membres et 118 milliards de wons de transactions cumulées en seulement un an et demi depuis son lancement.
« K-Fintech 30 » est un programme qui repère et accompagne les entreprises innovantes du secteur fintech coréen. Depuis 2023, dix entreprises sont sélectionnées chaque année. Chazm a été choisie pour son expertise technologique et sa capacité à simplifier les pratiques opaques en matière de frais et les processus contractuels complexes du financement automobile grâce à un système d'analyse par intelligence artificielle et à un processus de courtage standardisé et dématérialisé.
Grâce à cette sélection, Design & Practice bénéficiera de divers soutiens, notamment l'accès à des financements politiques, un élargissement des opportunités d'attraction des investissements et des relations investisseurs, la participation au bac à sable réglementaire financier, des services de conseil d'experts et l'accès aux marchés étrangers.
