AI 기반 물류 자율주행 스타트업 서울로보틱스의 이한빈 대표가 2일 ‘제26회 소프트웨어 산업인의 날’ 기념식에서 2025 소프트웨어 산업발전 유공자 국무총리 표창을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
이한빈 대표는 자체 개발한 AI 딥러닝 기반 자율주행 소프트웨어를 유럽과 일본에 수출하며 K-소프트웨어 기술력을 입증하고 국내 소프트웨어 산업 경쟁력 강화에 기여한 점을 인정받았다.
이 대표는 미국 펜실베이니아주립대에서 기계공학을 전공했으며, 2017년 실리콘밸리 자율주행 소프트웨어 대회 라이다 부문에서 1위를 차지했다. 같은 해 서울로보틱스를 창업해 산업용 자율주행 분야를 개척했으며, 지난해에는 모교가 선정하는 ‘35세 이하 뛰어난 업적 동문상’을 수상했다.
서울로보틱스는 닛산 그룹 공장 물류 자동화 프로젝트를 수주하며 일본 시장에 진출했으며, 토요타그룹 투자 자회사 우븐캐피탈과도 투자 협력 방안을 논의 중이다. 핵심 기술 ‘레벨5 컨트롤 타워(LV5 CTRL TWR)’는 제한된 환경에서 운전자 개입 없이 완전 자율주행을 구현하며, 폭설·폭우에서도 정확한 객체 인식과 수십 대 차량 통합 제어가 가능하다.
서울로보틱스 기술은 산업통상자원부와 KOTRA 주관 ‘2025 차세대 세계일류상품’에 선정됐으며, 국내 14건, 해외 27건 이상의 특허를 출원·등록했다.
이한빈 대표는 “국무총리 표창은 국내 기술로 개발한 AI 자율주행 소프트웨어를 글로벌 시장에 수출하며 대한민국 기술력을 세계에 입증한 성과를 인정받은 것”이라며 “코스닥 상장 후 확보 자금을 R&D와 글로벌 인재 영입에 투자해 자율주행 소프트웨어 분야 글로벌 리더로 자리매김하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Seoul Robotics CEO Lee Han-bin Receives Prime Minister's Commendation
Hanbin Lee, CEO of AI-based autonomous logistics startup Seoul Robotics, announced on the 2nd that he received the Prime Minister's Award for his contribution to the development of the software industry in 2025 at the '26th Software Industry Day' ceremony.
CEO Lee Han-bin was recognized for demonstrating K-software technology and contributing to strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic software industry by exporting self-developed AI deep learning-based autonomous driving software to Europe and Japan.
This CEO majored in mechanical engineering at Pennsylvania State University and won first place in the LiDAR category of the 2017 Silicon Valley Autonomous Driving Software Competition. That same year, he founded Seoul Robotics, pioneering the field of industrial autonomous driving. Last year, he received his alma mater's "Outstanding Alumni Under 35 Award."
Seoul Robotics has entered the Japanese market by winning a contract for a logistics automation project at a Nissan Group factory and is currently discussing investment opportunities with Woven Capital, an investment subsidiary of the Toyota Group. Its core technology, the "Level 5 Control Tower (LV5 CTRL TWR)," enables fully autonomous driving in confined environments without driver intervention. It also enables accurate object recognition and integrated control of dozens of vehicles, even in heavy snow and rain.
Seoul Robotics' technology was selected as a '2025 Next-Generation World-Class Product' by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and KOTRA, and has applied for and registered 14 domestic patents and 27 overseas patents.
CEO Lee Han-bin said, “The Prime Minister’s Award is recognition of our achievements in exporting AI autonomous driving software developed with domestic technology to the global market and demonstrating Korea’s technological prowess to the world.” He added, “We will invest the funds secured after listing on KOSDAQ in R&D and recruiting global talent to establish ourselves as a global leader in autonomous driving software.”

ソウルロボティクスは日産グループ工場物流自動化プロジェクトを受注して日本市場に進出し、トヨタグループ投資子会社ウーブンキャピタルとも投資協力案を議論中だ。コア技術「レベル5コントロールタワー（LV5 CTRL TWR）」は、限られた環境で運転者介入なしに完全自律走行を実現し、大雪・大雨でも正確なオブジェクト認識と数十台の車両統合制御が可能だ。
ソウルロボット技術は産業通商資源部とKOTRA主管「2025次世代世界一流商品」に選定され、国内14件、海外27件以上の特許を出願・登録した。
イ・ハンビン代表は「国務総理表彰は国内技術で開発したAI自律走行ソフトウェアをグローバル市場に輸出し、大韓民国の技術力を世界に立証した成果を認められた」とし、「コスダック上場後の確保資金をR&Dとグローバル人材獲得に投資し、自律走行ソフトウェア分野のグローバルリーダーとして位置づける」と明らかにした。

首尔机器人公司CEO李汉彬荣获总理嘉奖
2日，人工智能自主物流初创公司首尔机器人（Seoul Robotics）首席执行官李韩彬宣布，他因对2025年软件产业发展做出的贡献，在“第26届软件产业日”仪式上荣获总理奖。
K-software首席执行官李汉彬因展示K-software技术，并通过向欧洲和日本出口自主研发的基于人工智能深度学习的自动驾驶软件，为增强国内软件行业的竞争力做出了贡献而受到表彰。
这位首席执行官毕业于宾夕法尼亚州立大学机械工程专业，并在2017年硅谷自动驾驶软件大赛的激光雷达（LiDAR）类别中荣获第一名。同年，他创立了首尔机器人公司，开创了工业自动驾驶领域的先河。去年，他荣获母校颁发的“35岁以下杰出校友奖”。
首尔机器人公司已成功进军日本市场，赢得日产集团旗下工厂的物流自动化项目合同，目前正与丰田集团旗下投资子公司Woven Capital洽谈投资事宜。其核心技术“L5级控制塔（LV5 CTRL TWR）”可在封闭环境中实现完全自动驾驶，无需驾驶员干预。即使在暴雪和暴雨等恶劣天气下，该技术也能精准识别目标并集成控制数十辆车辆。
首尔机器人公司的技术被韩国贸易、工业和能源部以及韩国贸易投资振兴公社（KOTRA）评选为“2025 年下一代世界级产品”，并已申请和注册了 14 项国内专利和 27 项海外专利。
首席执行官李汉彬表示：“总理奖是对我们利用自主研发技术将人工智能自动驾驶软件出口到全球市场，并向世界展示韩国科技实力的认可。” 他补充道：“我们将把在韩国创业板上市后获得的资金投入研发和全球人才引进，力争成为自动驾驶软件领域的全球领导者。”

Hanbin Lee, PDG de la start-up de logistique autonome basée sur l'IA Seoul Robotics, a annoncé le 2 qu'il avait reçu le prix du Premier ministre pour sa contribution au développement de l'industrie du logiciel en 2025 lors de la cérémonie de la « 26e Journée de l'industrie du logiciel ».
Le PDG Lee Han-bin a été récompensé pour avoir démontré la maîtrise de la technologie K-software et contribué au renforcement de la compétitivité de l'industrie logicielle nationale en exportant vers l'Europe et le Japon un logiciel de conduite autonome basé sur l'apprentissage profond et l'IA, développé en interne.
Ce PDG a fait des études d'ingénierie mécanique à l'Université d'État de Pennsylvanie et a remporté le premier prix dans la catégorie LiDAR du concours de logiciels de conduite autonome de la Silicon Valley en 2017. La même année, il a fondé Seoul Robotics, une entreprise pionnière dans le domaine de la conduite autonome industrielle. L'année dernière, il a reçu le prix « Ancien élève exceptionnel de moins de 35 ans » de son université.
Seoul Robotics a fait son entrée sur le marché japonais en remportant un contrat pour un projet d'automatisation logistique dans une usine du groupe Nissan et discute actuellement d'opportunités d'investissement avec Woven Capital, filiale d'investissement du groupe Toyota. Sa technologie phare, la « Tour de contrôle de niveau 5 (LV5 CTRL TWR) », permet une conduite entièrement autonome dans des espaces restreints, sans intervention du conducteur. Elle assure également une reconnaissance précise des objets et le contrôle intégré de dizaines de véhicules, même en cas de fortes chutes de neige ou de pluie.
La technologie de Seoul Robotics a été sélectionnée comme « produit de classe mondiale de nouvelle génération 2025 » par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et par KOTRA, et a déposé et enregistré 14 brevets nationaux et 27 brevets à l'étranger.
Le PDG Lee Han-bin a déclaré : « Le Prix du Premier ministre récompense nos succès dans l’exportation de logiciels de conduite autonome basés sur l’IA, développés grâce à la technologie nationale, vers le marché mondial et témoigne du savoir-faire technologique de la Corée. » Il a ajouté : « Nous investirons les fonds levés après notre introduction en bourse sur le KOSDAQ dans la R&D et le recrutement de talents internationaux afin de nous imposer comme leader mondial des logiciels de conduite autonome. »
