엠지알브이(MGRV, 대표 조강태)는 130억 원 규모의 후속 투자 유치를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 이번 라운드는 기존 주주를 중심으로 진행됐으며, 캐나다연금투자위원회(CPP Investments, CPPIB)와 협력하는 국내 임대주택 개발 사업을 보다 신속히 추진하기 위한 목적을 갖고 있다.
기존 투자자인 TS인베스트먼트와 HB인베스트먼트는 각각 100억 원, 30억 원을 추가 투자했다. 엠지알브이는 서울 도심에서 내·외국인을 중심으로 1~2인 가구 주거 수요가 증가하고 있는 상황에 대응해 양질의 임대주택 공급을 확대할 방침이다.
엠지알브이는 신축 기반 개발형 임대주택 사업을 중심으로 캐나다연금투자위원회와 공동 프로젝트를 안정적으로 진행 중이다. 양측은 5,000억 원 규모의 공동투자 협약(JV)을 체결한 후 약 3개월 만에 서울 지역 4개의 신규 개발 프로젝트를 확정했으며, 최근 성동구 부지를 추가 매입하며 총 5개 개발 프로젝트를 확보했다. 토지 매입 시 100% 자기자본 투자 원칙을 적용해 안정적인 금융구조와 빠른 의사결정 체계를 유지하고 있으며, 서울 주요 지역을 중심으로 추가 투자도 검토 중이다.
조강태 대표는 “이번 투자는 엠지알브이의 사업 방향성과 운영 역량에 대한 시장 신뢰를 재확인한 것”이라며 “캐나다연금투자위원회와의 협력을 통해 도심 내 지속 가능한 방식의 양질의 주거 공급을 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

MG RV secures 13 billion won in follow-up investment.
MGRV (CEO Cho Kang-tae) announced that it has completed a follow-on investment of 13 billion won. This round, led by existing shareholders, aims to expedite the development of domestic rental housing in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments, CPPIB).
Existing investors TS Investment and HB Investment have invested an additional 10 billion won and 3 billion won, respectively. MGRV plans to expand its supply of quality rental housing in response to the growing demand for one- and two-person households, particularly among Koreans and foreigners, in downtown Seoul.
MGLV is steadily progressing on joint projects with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, focusing on new-build rental housing developments. Approximately three months after signing a KRW 500 billion joint investment agreement (JV), the two parties secured four new development projects in Seoul. With the recent acquisition of additional land in Seongdong-gu, MGLV now has a total of five development projects. MGLV maintains a stable financial structure and a rapid decision-making process by applying a 100% equity investment principle to land purchases. Additional investments, particularly in key areas of Seoul, are also under consideration.
CEO Cho Kang-tae said, “This investment reaffirms the market’s trust in MGLV’s business direction and operational capabilities,” and added, “Through collaboration with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, we will continue to expand the supply of quality, sustainable housing in urban areas.”

エンジアルブイ（ＭＧＲＶ、代表チョ・ガンテ）は１３０億ウォン規模の後続投資誘致を完了したと明らかにした。今回のラウンドは既存の株主を中心に進められ、カナダ年金投資委員会（CPP Investments、CPPIB）と協力する国内賃貸住宅開発事業をより迅速に推進するための目的を持っている。
既存投資家であるTSインベストメントとHBインベストメントはそれぞれ100億ウォン、30億ウォンを追加投資した。エンジアルブイはソウル市内中心部で内外国人を中心に１～２人の家具住宅需要が増加している状況に対応し、質の高い賃貸住宅供給を拡大する方針だ。
エンジアルブイは新築ベースの開発型賃貸住宅事業を中心にカナダ年金投資委員会と共同プロジェクトを安定的に進めている。両側は5,000億ウォン規模の共同投資協約(JV)を締結した後、約3ヶ月ぶりにソウル地域の4つの新規開発プロジェクトを確定し、最近、城東区の敷地を追加購入し、合計5つの開発プロジェクトを確保した。土地買取時に１００％の自己資本投資原則を適用し、安定的な金融構造と迅速な意思決定体系を維持しており、ソウルの主要地域を中心に追加投資も検討中だ。
チョ・ガンテ代表は「今回の投資はエンジアルブイの事業方向性と運営力量に対する市場信頼を再確認したもの」とし「カナダ年金投資委員会との協力を通じて都心内持続可能な方式の良質の住宅供給を拡大していく」と話した。

MGRV (PDG : Cho Kang-tae) a annoncé avoir finalisé un second tour de table de 13 milliards de wons. Ce financement, mené par les actionnaires existants, vise à accélérer le développement du logement locatif en Corée du Sud en partenariat avec l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada (OIRPC).
Les investisseurs historiques TS Investment et HB Investment ont respectivement investi 10 milliards et 3 milliards de wons supplémentaires. MGRV prévoit d'accroître son offre de logements locatifs de qualité afin de répondre à la demande croissante de logements pour une ou deux personnes, notamment parmi les Coréens et les étrangers, dans le centre de Séoul.
MGLV progresse régulièrement dans ses projets conjoints avec l'Office d'investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, axés sur la construction de logements locatifs neufs. Environ trois mois après la signature d'un accord d'investissement conjoint de 500 milliards de wons coréens, les deux parties ont obtenu quatre nouveaux projets de développement à Séoul. Grâce à l'acquisition récente de terrains supplémentaires dans le quartier de Seongdong-gu, MGLV compte désormais cinq projets de développement. MGLV maintient une structure financière stable et un processus décisionnel rapide en appliquant un principe d'investissement à 100 % en fonds propres pour l'acquisition de terrains. D'autres investissements, notamment dans des zones clés de Séoul, sont également à l'étude.
