AI 기반 돌봄 솔루션 전문기업 ㈜케어로그(대표 유성호)가 11월 10일 미얀마 양곤에서 현지 파트너사 아쿠아랜드(Aqualand)와 미얀마 돌봄 인력의 한국 유학 및 취업 연계를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 국내 돌봄 인력 수급 문제를 해결하기 위해 미얀마 현지에서 우수 돌봄 인재를 발굴하고, 한국 교육기관 유학부터 돌봄 현장 취업까지 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 모델 구축을 목표로 추진됐다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 ▲미얀마 현지 인력 모집 및 1차 선발 ▲한국어·기초 직무교육 ▲외국인 교육기관 입학 준비 및 비자 발급 지원 ▲출국 전 오리엔테이션 ▲입국 후 학업 및 생활 정착 지원 ▲돌봄 자격시험 응시 지원 ▲E-7 비자 전환 및 취업 알선 ▲근로 중 애로사항 해결 등 전 주기에 걸친 인력 양성 및 관리 업무를 공동 수행한다.
특히 한국 정부가 지정한 외국인 요양보호사 양성대학 24개교와의 협력 기반을 강화하고, 미얀마 노동부와 연계하여 합법적이고 체계적인 송출 절차를 마련할 계획이다. 선발 기준과 교육과정은 양 기관이 공동 개발하며, 정기 회의와 현장 점검을 통해 운영 안정성을 확보한다.
케어로그는 자사의 AI 기반 한국어 교육 기술과 직무 온보딩 시스템, 돌봄·복지 데이터 관리 플랫폼을 활용해 외국인 돌봄 인력의 언어 장벽과 초기 정착 과정의 어려움을 줄이는 디지털 지원 체계를 단계적으로 도입할 예정이다. 이를 통해 입국 전부터 체계적 학습과 직무 교육을 제공하고, 입국 후에도 지속적인 학습과 업무 지원이 가능하다.

Carelog Signs Business Agreement with Aqualand
Carelog Co., Ltd. (CEO Seong-ho Yoo), an AI-based care solution specialist, announced on November 10 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with its local partner Aqualand in Yangon, Myanmar, to connect Myanmar care workers with opportunities to study and find employment in Korea.
This agreement aims to solve the domestic care workforce shortage problem by discovering excellent caregivers in Myanmar and establishing an integrated model that supports the entire process from studying abroad at Korean educational institutions to finding employment in care settings.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will jointly carry out human resource development and management tasks throughout the entire cycle, including ▲recruitment of local Myanmar personnel and first-round selection ▲Korean language and basic job training ▲support for admission to foreign educational institutions and visa issuance ▲pre-departure orientation ▲support for academic and life settlement after entry ▲support for taking care qualification exams ▲E-7 visa conversion and job placement ▲resolution of difficulties during work.
In particular, we plan to strengthen our cooperation with the 24 foreign nursing assistant training colleges designated by the Korean government and establish a legal and systematic dispatch process in collaboration with the Myanmar Ministry of Labor. Selection criteria and curriculum will be jointly developed by both organizations, and operational stability will be ensured through regular meetings and on-site inspections.
Carelog plans to gradually introduce a digital support system that leverages its AI-based Korean language education technology, job onboarding system, and care and welfare data management platform to reduce language barriers and initial settling-in difficulties for foreign caregivers. This system will provide systematic learning and job training before arrival, and provide ongoing learning and job support after arrival.

今回の条約は、国内の世話人材需給問題を解決するため、ミャンマー現地で優秀な世話人材を発掘し、韓国教育機関留学から世話の現場就職まで全過程を支援する統合モデル構築を目標に推進された。

Carelog Co., Ltd. (PDG Seong-ho Yoo), spécialiste des solutions de soins basées sur l'IA, a annoncé le 10 novembre avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec son partenaire local Aqualand à Yangon, au Myanmar, afin de mettre en relation les travailleurs de la santé du Myanmar avec des opportunités d'études et de recherche d'emploi en Corée.
Cet accord vise à résoudre le problème de la pénurie de personnel soignant à domicile en identifiant d'excellents soignants au Myanmar et en établissant un modèle intégré qui soutient l'ensemble du processus, depuis les études à l'étranger dans des établissements d'enseignement coréens jusqu'à la recherche d'un emploi dans le secteur des soins.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations mèneront conjointement des tâches de développement et de gestion des ressources humaines tout au long du cycle, y compris : ▲ le recrutement de personnel local du Myanmar et la première sélection ; ▲ la formation en langue coréenne et la formation professionnelle de base ; ▲ l’aide à l’admission dans les établissements d’enseignement étrangers et à la délivrance des visas ; ▲ l’orientation avant le départ ; ▲ l’aide à l’installation académique et personnelle après l’entrée ; ▲ l’aide à la préparation des examens de qualification ; ▲ la conversion du visa E-7 et le placement professionnel ; ▲ la résolution des difficultés rencontrées au travail.
Nous prévoyons notamment de renforcer notre coopération avec les 24 établissements de formation d'aides-soignants étrangers agréés par le gouvernement coréen et de mettre en place, en collaboration avec le ministère du Travail du Myanmar, une procédure d'affectation légale et systématique. Les critères de sélection et le programme de formation seront élaborés conjointement par les deux organismes, et la stabilité opérationnelle sera assurée par des réunions régulières et des inspections sur site.
Carelog prévoit de déployer progressivement un système de soutien numérique s'appuyant sur sa technologie d'apprentissage du coréen basée sur l'IA, son système d'intégration professionnelle et sa plateforme de gestion des données relatives aux soins et au bien-être, afin de réduire les barrières linguistiques et les difficultés d'installation initiales des soignants étrangers. Ce système proposera une formation structurée avant l'arrivée, ainsi qu'un accompagnement continu en matière d'apprentissage et d'emploi après l'arrivée.
