재생에너지 플랫폼 기업 H에너지(대표 함일한)는 설립 6년 만에 매출 1,000억 원을 돌파하며 ‘벤처천억기업’에 공식 이름을 올렸다고 27일 밝혔다.
H에너지는 중소벤처기업부가 주최하고 (사)벤처기업협회가 주관한 벤처천억기업 기념식에서 ‘2025 신규 벤처천억기업’으로 선정됐다.
벤처천억기업은 1998년 벤처확인제도 시행 이후 벤처확인을 받은 136,614개 기업 가운데 2024년 결산 기준 매출 1,000억 원을 돌파한 기업을 의미한다. H에너지는 2024년 결산 기준 매출 1,023억 원, 영업이익 148억 원을 기록했다.
H에너지는 AI 및 데이터 기반 관제 시스템을 활용해 발전량 예측 기술과 운영 효율을 고도화하고 있다. 플랫폼 협동조합 방식의 에너지 투자 플랫폼 ‘모햇’, 예측·제어 기반의 ‘솔라온케어’ 및 ‘ESS온케어’ 구독형 상품 등이 성장 동력으로 꼽힌다.
또한 산업단지 등 법인 고객을 대상으로 태양광 전력을 공급하는 ‘솔라쉐어바로’ 사업을 확대하며 B2B 영역에서도 영향력을 넓혀가고 있다.
함일한 대표는 “임직원의 도전과 혁신이 만든 성과”라며 “이번 선정은 외형적 성장뿐 아니라 차세대 에너지 산업의 중심 기업으로 자리매김했음을 의미한다”고 말했다.

H Energy (CEO Ham Il-han), a renewable energy platform company, announced on the 27th that it has officially been named a ‘venture company worth 100 billion won’ by surpassing 100 billion won in sales in just 6 years since its establishment.
H Energy was selected as a '2025 New Billion Won Venture Company' at the Billion Won Venture Company Commemoration Ceremony hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by the Korea Venture Business Association.
A venture company with a trillion won in sales is one of the 136,614 companies that have received venture certification since the implementation of the venture certification system in 1998, and that surpasses 100 billion won in sales by fiscal year 2024. H Energy recorded 102.3 billion won in sales and 14.8 billion won in operating profit by fiscal year 2024.
H Energy is leveraging AI and data-driven control systems to enhance power generation prediction technology and operational efficiency. Growth drivers include its cooperative energy investment platform, "Mohat," and its subscription-based prediction and control products, "Solar Oncare" and "ESS Oncare."
In addition, the company is expanding its influence in the B2B sector by expanding its 'Solar Share Baro' business, which supplies solar power to corporate customers such as industrial complexes.
CEO Ham Il-han said, “This achievement was made possible by the challenges and innovations of our employees,” and added, “This selection signifies not only our external growth, but also our positioning as a central company in the next-generation energy industry.”

ベンチャー千億企業とは、1998年のベンチャー確認制度施行以後、ベンチャー確認を受けた136,614社のうち、2024年の決算基準で売上1,000億ウォンを突破した企業を意味する。 Hエネルギーは2024年の決算基準売上高1,023億ウォン、営業利益148億ウォンを記録した。
HエネルギーはAIとデータベースの管制システムを活用して発電量予測技術と運用効率を高度化している。プラットフォーム協同組合方式のエネルギー投資プラットフォーム「モハット」、予測・制御基盤の「ソーラーオンケア」および「ESSオンケア」購読型商品などが成長動力に挙げられる。
また、産業団地など法人顧客を対象に太陽光電力を供給する「ソーラーシェアバー」事業を拡大し、B2B領域でも影響力を広げている。
ハムイルハン代表は「役職員の挑戦と革新が作った成果」とし「今回の選定は外形的成長だけでなく次世代エネルギー産業の中心企業として位置づけたことを意味する」と話した。
