마크앤컴퍼니(대표 홍경표)는 4일 결성총회를 열고 54억 원 규모의 ‘마크 혁신의숲 씨앗펀드 1호’를 공식 결성했다고 밝혔다.
이번 펀드는 AI, 로보틱스, 모빌리티, 콘텐츠, 뷰티 등 글로벌 확장성이 높은 초기기업에 대한 투자 목적으로 조성됐다. 장혜승 이사가 대표펀드매니저를 맡고, 홍경표 대표가 핵심 운용인력으로 참여한다.
앵커 LP는 모태펀드와 ‘지누스’ 창업자인 이윤재 이사장이다. 마크앤컴퍼니는 2025년 모태펀드 2차 정시 창업초기(소형) 분야 위탁운용사로 선정되며 모태펀드로부터 18억 원을 출자받았다. 이윤재 이사장은 지누스 매각 이후 창업가 교육 프로그램 ‘G&G 스쿨’ 후원과 스타트업 투자 등을 통해 창업 생태계를 지원해 왔으며, 이번 펀드에도 출자했다.
홍경표 대표는 “모태펀드의 첫 출자이자 선배 창업가가 참여하는 초기 펀드로 의미가 깊다”며 “펀드 이름처럼 초기 기업들이 가능성의 씨앗을 틔울 수 있도록 적극 투자하고, 투자 후에도 기업별 성장 단계에 맞춘 밸류업 활동을 수행하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Mark & Company Launches "Mark Innovation Forest Seed Fund No. 1"
Mark & Company (CEO Hong Kyung-pyo) announced on the 4th that it held a general meeting and officially established the 'Mark Innovation Forest Seed Fund No. 1' worth 5.4 billion won.
This fund was established to invest in early-stage companies with high global scalability in areas such as AI, robotics, mobility, content, and beauty. Director Jang Hye-seung serves as the lead fund manager, and CEO Hong Kyung-pyo serves as a key asset manager.
Anchor LP is the founder of Mother Fund and Zinus, Chairman Lee Yoon-jae. Mark & Company was selected as the trustee for the early-stage (small-cap) startup sector in the Mother Fund's second regular round in 2025 and received a KRW 1.8 billion investment from Mother Fund. Since the sale of Zinus, Chairman Lee has supported the startup ecosystem through sponsorship of the entrepreneurship education program "G&G School" and startup investments, and has also invested in this fund.
CEO Hong Kyung-pyo said, “This is a significant investment as it is the first investment in the mother fund and an early stage fund in which senior entrepreneurs participate,” and added, “As the name of the fund suggests, we will actively invest in early stage companies to help them sprout the seeds of possibility, and even after the investment, we will carry out value-up activities tailored to each company’s growth stage.”

マーク＆カンパニー、「マークイノベーションの森シードファンド1号」を結成
マーク＆カンパニー（代表ホン・ギョンピョ）は４日、結成総会を開き、５４億ウォン規模の「マーク革新の森シードファンド１号」を公式結成したと明らかにした。

アンカーLPはモテファンドと「ジヌス」創業者のイ・ユンジェ理事長だ。マーク・アンド・カンパニーは2025年、モテファンド2次定時創業初期(小型)分野委託運用会社に選定され、モテファンドから18億ウォンを出資された。イ・ユンジェ理事長はジヌス売却以後創業家教育プログラム「G&Gスクール」の後援とスタートアップ投資などを通じて創業生態系を支援してきたし、今回のファンドにも出資した。
ホン・ギョンピョ代表は「モテファンドの初出資で先輩創業者が参加する初期ファンドで意味が深い」とし、「ファンド名のように初期企業が可能性の種を盗むことができるように積極的に投資し、投資後も企業別成長段階に合わせたバリューアップ活動を遂行する」と明らかにした。

Mark & Company（CEO洪京杓）于4日宣布召开股东大会，正式设立规模为54亿韩元的“Mark创新森林种子基金1号”。
该基金旨在投资人工智能、机器人、移动出行、内容和美妆等领域具有高全球扩展潜力的早期公司。董事张慧胜担任首席基金经理，首席执行官洪京杓担任主要资产管理人。
Anchor LP是Mother Fund和Zinus的创始人，董事长为李允宰。Mark & Company在2025年Mother Fund第二轮常规募资中被选为早期（小市值）创业公司的受托人，并获得了Mother Fund 18亿韩元的投资。自Zinus出售以来，李允宰董事长一直通过赞助创业教育项目“G&G School”和投资创业公司来支持创业生态系统的发展，并且也投资了该基金。
CEO洪京杓表示：“这是一笔意义重大的投资，因为这是母基金的首笔投资，也是一支由资深企业家参与的早期投资基金。”他还补充道：“正如基金名称所示，我们将积极投资早期公司，帮助它们播下发展的种子，即使在投资之后，我们也会根据每家公司的发展阶段开展相应的增值活动。”

La société Mark & Company (PDG Hong Kyung-pyo) a annoncé le 4 qu'elle avait tenu une assemblée générale et créé officiellement le « Fonds d'amorçage de la forêt d'innovation Mark n° 1 » d'une valeur de 5,4 milliards de wons.
Ce fonds a été créé pour investir dans des entreprises en phase de démarrage présentant un fort potentiel de croissance internationale dans des secteurs tels que l'IA, la robotique, la mobilité, le contenu et la beauté. La directrice Jang Hye-seung en est la gestionnaire principale, et le PDG Hong Kyung-pyo, un gestionnaire d'actifs clé.
Anchor LP, dont le président est Lee Yoon-jae, est le fondateur de Mother Fund et de Zinus. Mark & Company a été sélectionnée comme gestionnaire pour le secteur des jeunes pousses (petites capitalisations) lors du deuxième tour de table de Mother Fund en 2025 et a reçu un investissement de 1,8 milliard de wons coréens.
